The sales team was great. Buying a car typically can be high stressed but it was not here everyone worked hard to make you feel comfortable and really helped my wife get what she was looking for.

The people to ask for at this Mitsubishi Dealership are... Alton Misgette (Finance Manager), Stephen Hardcastle (GSM), Theo Hodges (New Car Manager) & Renee Randolph (Sales Person)! This is the dream team of buying a new vehicle!! They treated my husband and I with the utmost respect and our entire deal only took two days to complete!! I can't say enough good things about these four people to do them justice, but I can tell you if you're in the market for a new vehicle this is the only place to go and these are definitely the people to deal with! They've made repeated customers out of our family for sure!! Thanks again Alton, Stephen, Theo & Renee! No pressure sales with Kimberly

Super nice lady. Was great to work with. I would buy from her again. I have had bad experiences with sales people before when they are trying to push a sale. Kimberly did a great job making sure I was comfortable during the transaction and I want pressuredto by anything. Ended up buying a Chrysler Pacifica.

When I came in to look for a car for my daughter I was greeted by a gentleman name Jerry. Came in and started to talk and he was very friendly and very easy going, I asked him a question and he knew exactly what to say. I am pleased with the customer service and the experience from this dealership.

Fantastic service

I was looking to buy an inexpensive used vehicle. I honestly wasn't expecting them to be able to help me. Granted my credit is good, but all my other requirements, should have sent them running. From the first moment our salesman, Jerry Dominguez introduced himself, his main concern was to get me into something that I wanted, and would ultimately be happy with, as well as afford. He is so friendly, helpful and honest. Every employee I encountered had a smile, was happy to introduce themselves, and was eager to ensure my happiness. I didn't feel out of place, they definitely made me feel at home. The finance crew, starting with Joe and ending with Heather and Oliver, made miracles happen. Jerry even took me on a tour and introduce me to the service department and parts department peeps. I went in looking and not expecting much, if anything and left with all the employees giving congratulations and words of encouragement. I could go on and on, but bottom line, they helped me when I needed it and made my experience so fantastic, I know I'll be back and recommend them to everyone!

Management/Salesman mixed up vehicle being negotiated!

Terrible! I called in about a used truck and was directed to a salesman. We started talking about the truck after I told him their stock number for that specific truck on their website. We started talking numbers for a little while then he referred me up to his manager. After talking with the manager for a minute we decided id bring my trade-in into the dealership in the next couple days because I am 1.5 hours away from them. After further dealing with them over the phone, we decided on good trade in and sale numbers for the truck and that id go ahead and make the hour and half drive to look over the deal and finalize numbers. After arriving, I immediately noticed they had the wrong truck pulled up to the front. After letting the salesman know this, we drove over to their other lot to grab the truck that I had been talking with them about. When meeting with the manager again, they realized that it was their mistake but could not lower the price to where I believed we had negotiated to. I thought this was just terrible service because I had talked with the initial salesman about that specific stock number, whoever answered the phone getting ahold of the manager later, and the manager himself. I also had to submit a "Buy Now" for that specific truck on their website which tied my credit check to that trucks stock number. After driving over and hour and half to buy this truck, then not being able to make a deal on what we had negotiated because of their mistake was extremely frustrating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone do business with SouthWest Mitsubishi, they should have been more accommodating for such a big mistake considering the overall negotiated prices were not that far apart with me walking away because of $1000.

I started my journey with Southwest about two years ago. From day one they have always provided excellent customer service and have catered to my every need. I worked with Brandon Hill in sales and he was fantastic! Jimmy Troung was the financial person that worked my deal, and he did just that, got me a great deal! The staff overall at Southwest has always been friendly and professional. They have always remembered my fiance and I as we are repeat customers. There's no other dealership that I would want to do business with. They are outstanding!

After receiving a flyer in the mail I decided to visit Southwest Mitsubishi in Weatherford, Tx on Thursday Sept 26, 2013. I located the vehicle I was interested in and walked in to inquire about purchasing the vehicle. All of this took place late Thursday evening coming up on closing time. The service I received was outstanding beginning with Cody the salesman and ending with Raleigh in vehicle financing. They went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered and worked hard to get me the best deal. These people are true professionals and really did their best to find a way to work a deal that was fair and reasonable for both parties. I am 52 yrs old and have bought several vehicles in my lifetime, I have left dealerships with bad feelings about the deal I signed and in some instances about the way I was treated. This is absolutely not the case with Cody and Raleigh at Southwest Mitsubishi. To this point the service has been outstanding and I will continue to visit the dealership in the future to properly maintain my vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being outstanding, I would rate this dealership an 11!

I searched for the salesman ratings at Southwest Mitsubishi. I liked Trey's reviews, so when we walked into the showroom I asked for Trey, just like we were old friends. He tries hard to meet your needs. We bought one car from him on Saturday and traded it back in to him, and Jimmy, on Wednesday. We did not like the 4 cylinder, so traded for a 6 cylinder, and upgraded from SE trim to GT trim and AWD. In our eyes there was a world difference. I also like David the service manager there. They are all good folks to deal with. Ron

I had an amazing experience working with Jimmy. He was able to help me find the best financing and work out the best deal he could on my trade-in. I was so impressed and had such a great experience that I went back 3 days later and bought a second car from him for my mother. The sales lady sent me a rude email in response to my email telling her please do not call me anymore because I took my business somewhere else since she wasn't willing to work with me. As a customer I'm not going to just take the sales persons word that I have a guaranteed approval with no money down and drive 45 minutes to this dealership when I've heard the same story from other dealerships in the same city where I live and when I get there its always the same thing that I need this amount down or a co-signer or something else. Here is the rude email I got from her and notice the caps as if she is yelling at me. Instead of sending a rude email she could of asked what happened and how she could of earned my business. "Actually, I did try to work with you. YOU did not want to work with us. So instead of putting it on us it was you that did not want to make the drive, we did offer you a guarnteed approval that YOU did not want to take. I really am thankful that you sent me this email now I can stop wasting my time on trying to help YOU."

I came over from Abilene Texas i did not know anyone from the dealership I had filled out a computer email asking about Auto loans. Rebbca asked if I could come by I made an appointment and my friend Cecil drove me over. I was not going to trade in my old 1981 380 SEL Mercedes. I wanted a ford explorer which your inventory was out of on the day 1-7-2013, The service by Rebbca Mustafa Lopez and Finally to David Hill was a good experience I saw and drove several Auto's but I decided on a C230 Mercedes Benz. A very nice little ride I drove back with the car on the same day.. Thank you for your time and considerations. The staff and service was execellent I will tell my friends to go there for a auto. Overall satisfaction with the service department as well a the dealership. Trey was great with us. We weren't really sure what we were looking for and he took the time to discuss each and every auto we talked about. Then we test drove the ones we discussed and between him and their finance department we got our "new Outlander" at a monthly payment we could afford. To the whole "Southwest Mitsubishi Dealership Team" a big Thanks.

Trey Moss is a great salesperson, it is very hard to find great customer service. Everyone seems to not like the job they do, but not Trey he is so good at what he does he is very respectful, he got me what I wanted I am not a very easy person to work with. I go in and tell them what I want and I don't like people giving me the run a round either you can give me the deal I want or you can't. Trey did make sure he could and was very honest. I like that. I have already recommended this dealership and Trey to a friend, and will continue to do so.
