Negative Experience with Placing Car on Hold

We used USAAs car buying service, placed the car on hold with a credit card, and scheduled an appointment to purchase the car. My husband flew in from out-of-state (over 5 hours) and the Finance Manager at Gillman over-rode our hold and sold the car to someone else. Unfortunately, it looks like that was the only color and trim in all of Texas.

I would not recommend this dealer.
