After many grueling hours of car shopping and dealer disenchantments, finally our search led us to Global Auto Showroom. What a wonderful find!!! When driving in to the lot, it was evident that great pride was given to each and every vehicle. So impressed with the showroom worthy inventory, my husband and I knew we had found a unique and one of a kind auto dealership at its finest. The awesome duo sales team Liz and Todd were truly a breath of fresh air. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and at ease. Global's fair pricing and excellent quality proved that no wonder Global is among the fastest growing dealerships on the rise with world class WOW factor. When leaving, my husband said "That is what a car buying experience should be like".

Great experience

We found our car on the internet. We called Global Auto Showroom and spoke to Liz. She was amazing throughout our long distance purchase. The car is beautiful and the service was great, especially since it was all completed by phone, text, email!! When I arrived to pick up the car Liz spent so much time to be sure everything was perfect. I recommend them highly.

They don't care about customers

I called this dealership inquiring about a 2013 Mercedes e350 because I wanted to see the free car fax because the car fax could not be seen on their website. Called the dealership and spoke with Nicole and after affirming that my email request could not be answered because their salesman Nick was in West Palm Purchasing "more cars". She said he would call me back within a day or 2 ... He emailed me saying the car fax was down and to give him time to get the car fax up ...hmmm ...never heard of that one ..result ...he never called me back and when I did call back to speak to him ( he was busy ) I asked if the car was available and they said it was sold !!!!! WTF !!!! Is that how customer service is at that dealership ? I will never shop or recommend them to anyone as I found out most of their inventory has been involved in their accidents ...hence hiding the car fax from me ...avoid this dealership that lacks customer service etiquettes ....

I would not recommend this dealer.
