Best Dealer and Experience EVER!!!

This is my first experience with BMW and I must say it was FANTASTIC!!! I had been speaking with Ferd since earlier this year about purchasing a new car, but I hadn't made up my mind yet. He kept in contact with me,alerting me when new cars that met my preferences were available and checking to see where I was in my decision making process. Last week I finally decided to move forward and Ferd worked tirelessly to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and what fit my needs. From the test drive to the search for vehicles to the finance process, everything was top notch. Renee was very patient and friendly while being professional and efficient. He definitely made what is normally the least favorite part of the buying experience comfortable, unintimidating and the best auto financing I've ever had. I look forward to a long relationship with Ferd, Renee and Global Imports BMW and I will be sure to tell all my friends to go see Ferd the next time they're thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.

Awesome experience!

Leased a 530i last month and had an easy, awesome experience. Nazeeh Majeed was our sales rep and he made everything effortless with great attention to detail. Jean DuBois and Renee Hess made the deal work and were great, too. The check engine oil light came on last week and drove into service bay. George and Collin were awesome and made it an easy, pleasant experience. This is our 3rd car from Global Imports (our 4th BMW) and this dealership is the best all around! The absolute BEST experience!

In my previous experiences, getting my car repaired was NEVER an enjoyable experience ... hidden costs, unexpected delays & up-charges for items not 100% necessary have always left a negative impression on me - I've experienced every possible problem when dealing with auto repairs .... until I met Chris & Chance at GLOBAL IMPORTS BMW. They were - by far - the most responsive, dedicated, professional team of individuals that I've ever worked with in the auto industry and I ended up having a fantastic experience while dealing with a very tricky & difficult automotive repair. Chris & Chance - thank you so much for making this experience enjoyable and for instilling a level of trust with me and our family! Royal Treatment!!

This is my 3rd BMW from this dealership and they made my experience absolutely wonderful. I feel that I get the best deal possible and I'm treated like royalty. The manager, Mark Tishler and my sales person, Lambro are absolutely the best! They are very accommodating and made me feel like family. I wouldn't think of buying my BMWs anywhere else! Thanks Mark and Lambro!!

Unethical dishonest

Change oil, nightmare!

Change oil took more than 2hrs, after the car was completed and parked outside lady in the Service counter cannot release the car because she had no paperwork from the Service advisor (waited another 15-25 minutes) before the Service advisor showed up. Upon inspection there are drops of grease on top of the vehicles trunk. "No car wash"...at which point they normally do for my other BMW 3 Series after any Service done. Upon opening up the hood, there are splattered oil and white like spots (probably brake cleaner spray) all around the engine, hoses, etc. Oil change Service "reset" on the system cluster not performed. Very slappy/poor Service. Not happy. :-(

You Will Regret Purchasing Here

Believe when I tell you to NEVER purchase a car here, I mean it from the depths of my soul! They made it seem as though they were helping me in choosing the correct car with the right loan and everything they said was false. The car they sold me was giving me issues as soon as I drove off the lot; I was back at the dealership 2 days later, very similar to what happened to me at their sister dealership. I ended up trading the car in 2 weeks later. I went back to find out if I could get a refund on some warranties I had purchased and the Finance Manger Rich Lander said I “didn’t need to get angry” with him, which is so far from the truth. I had to explain the difference of aggravation (because he didn’t want to look up the information) and anger. I am never the one to play the race card but it seemed as though he was tying in anger with me being a black female. I’ve left messages for Peter Dearsch With no response. From my experience the Sonic group is not a good place to do business, I mean you are giving them 10’s of thousands of dollars whether it’s through cash or a loan. The only good encounter I’ve had throughout this dealership was Ross and he lied to me as well, whether he knew it or not. Find out factual information before giving it to your customers. Also be careful of the finance manager inflating your interest rate for their financial gain which will cost you thousands. I will now have to file a BBB complaint based on what they did. And if there is question about the interaction between Rich and I, I have it saved to my voice memo on my phone. Update: they called me saying they wanted to resolve my issue without actually resolving the issue and made no mention of their racist (from my interactions with him) manager. There are other BMW dealerships (Gwinnett BMW, Nalley) that will treat their customers with respect and not take advantage of their consumers.

A Great Experience

I had routine service on my BMW X6. I dropped the car off with lots of pollen. It was retuned sparkling clean inside and out. My key fob battery was also low and it was replaced while I was there. Plenty of accommodations for customers while they wait for their vehicles too. Overall it was a great experience. Business logo Customer Feedback Survey Thank you for your feedback! Global Imports is amazing

Nic Odom (William) who was my service adviser was absolutely amazing and a spot on example of what customer service should represent. He truly made the experience memorable by his genuine attitude and excellent customer service that showed me he and BMW cared which is a rarity really with any of my past experiences with BMW dealerships and I’ve been a 15 year customer now but never Global Imports except maybe a one off service and a life long fan of BMW cars and definitely a life long driver. I recently decided to change my go to center because of a really bad experience at Nalley BMW in Decatur where they took less than zero responsibility for totaling my wife’s old X3 on a test drive after repairs (thanks again Nalley for being an embarrassment to your manufacturer - Nalley BMW actually treated me like i had a disease because they didn’t want to admit any responsibility because they were scared babies probably worried I’d sue them) and Nic just won Global Imports all my wife and I’s future business. We also had a great experience buying my wife’s car from Global Imports around 6 months ago so this sealed the deal honestly. Thanks for really going above and beyond on this. Impressive is an understatement. First time I’ve ever felt good leaving a BMW dealership so thank you Global Imports. Nic, you have restored my faith in car dealerships.

Fraudulent Misrepresentation

The service team at Global Imports is horrendous. I was told that I needed an oil change, brakes (front and rear), brake pads, brake fluid flush and tires. My warranty expired, so I purchased an extended warranty to cover the services. Two days later, I scheduled an appointment to have the services performed; unfortunately, I did not need any of the services that were required. I took the car to BMW Gwinnett and they checked the car to find the car is in perfect condition. This entire experience is very unprofessional. I am not satisfied with the service nor am I satisfied with the outcome. This is very frustrating. No one seems to care. Global Imports BMW = Hustlers.

Great car buying experience

My car buying experience was awesome at Global Imports BMW in Atlanta. My car salesman was Omid Bashiri. He's the best! I have purchased over 10 cars in my little life and by far he has been the best salesman. He did not pressure me and listened to what I said I wanted. He remembered my kids names after only being introduced once. He made this car buying experience very personal and enjoyable. The dealership as a whole has been the most pleasant. I paid for my daughters car with cash and I was not hassled about financing or adding extra options. I told them what I wanted which was no finance and they didn't pressure me into doing something else like the other dealerships have tried to do. I highly recommend their dealership and will be sending my friends and family to them.

I was so frustrated with this dealership in all my years of owning a BMW I have never received such treatment. I called to schedule appointment for my car around a loaner car because my work schedule is busy and I dont have the time to wait on a car or be limited to a shuttle ride. They told me they don't offer a loaner unless it would be longer than 4 hours. I have owned over 5 BMW's and never have I heard such crap I did 10 years in the army and have been all over the world and this was the first time a BMW dealership has pull this crap my spouse has a Toyota camry and receives better treatment than I did at this dealership I'm livid just reliving the whole situation. long story short due this and how the situation was handle me and my parents will be leaving the BMW brand I will not pay premium prices for basic treatment!

Best experience ever

I have owned a BMW before and dealt with a different dealer, however, purchasing a new car at Global Imports BMW has been the best experience ever so far. No pressure and excellent customer service. Kudos to Chris Byers-Sales Manager, Morris Evan-Sale Person, Robert Rego, Business Manager and D. Wade the BMW Genius who dedicated over an hour to show me and teach me how to use all the features for my X3. I recommend and will buy again at this dealer.

Great Experience

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew during my car buying experience. He talked me through the differences between a lease and own and advantages of each. Andrew was able to get me into my dream car; the 2019 BMW X5. The finance manager and sales manager both made a point to come over and say congratulations while offering to answer any questions I had. The process took about 4-5 hours but the dealership was super busy and the standard time I have experienced buying any car. Andrew followed up with me today to see if I had any other questions. I will be taking my partner back to Andrew to buy another BMW in the next few weeks.

How are they still open

I’ve made an mistake by giving Global another chance. After years of trying other dealerships. I decided to try Global again. I was thinking by now, things had to get better... WRONG!!!! Things got worst..... it took over 45 minutes to drop my car off ( I had an appointment) with only 15k miles. It took over an hour to get my car, they lost the keys to my car. When i asked who was in charge, the manager (Chris Bundrick)came out and told me they were looking for them. Never did he apologize. He didn’t have to,.... i rather drive across Atlanta to get better service than to travel 2 miles and be treated like xxxx. This may be the last BMW I ever buy.

SCAMMERS, LIARS, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Let me start by stating this is my 3rd BMW however I’ve been getting service at Global Imports for about 7 years or more. Been a consistent, loyal customer for quite some time. I set an appointment to have my routine service done, my rear brake light lamp replaced and my a/c checked out. Nic Odom (service advisor) started off unprofessional! He greeted & approached me as if I was his “homegirl”. After the fact, I get why he approached me in that manner. Nic Odom targeted me for the series of scams that was about to occur. My routine service was not done my “service due” light is on again (after driving roughly 400 miles). I spent 5 hours on Sat. at Global Imports waiting for my car. No communications during my wait until he brought my keys telling me my car was ready. I asked him was my rear break lamp light replaced and what was the outome of my a/c – he stated they did not do either and he would schedule an appointment to get that done. Appointment set the following Tuesday – Nic Odom was my service advisor again. After waiting 6.5 hours Nic came out to give my keys and invoice to pay, I asked about my a/c and confirmed brake lamp light was replaced. Nic confirmed brake lamp light was replaced but again my a/c wasn’t checked. He told me I would need to make another appointment to get my a/c checked. I requested he pull my car back in and have it checked. Nic comes back 10 minutes later & verbalize a piece needs replacing but he didn’t provide a quote with details. At this point I’m ready to go so I get my keys & look at rear brake lamp & it’s STILL broken (the lamp piece was popped out – same way when I brought the car in). I bring it to Nic’s attention & Chris Davis (Service Manager) which treated me like SH** to say the least. Once I brought it to their attention, Nic takes my car back to the garage. He comes back & says Caesar (the service technician) worked off the wrong paperwork and the lamp wasn’t replaced. At this point I’ve paid my invoice in full. I go back to C. Davis’s office & let him know what happened, he then goes off somewhere, comes back and confirms what Nic had stated in a very rude and unpleasant way. He then suggested they could make the repair – never once apologized, NOTHING – just a mean look & tone. Another service technician (labor) & an employee in parts (parts) told me I should not have paid more than 1/3 of what Nic actually charged me for the brake lamp repair. On top of that, I spoke with Rich Lander in Finance it had dawned on me that I had purchased maintenance coverage and a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) warranties – I’m covered on all parts/labor for just about any repair/maintenance. I took the coverage detail provided by Rich to Nic & Chris and again they lied saying my warranties didn’t cover the parts/maintenance I was there for – they were really scrambling at this point not knowing what to say. C. Davis stated he would refund my money and I should go somewhere else. As we were facilitating my refund C. Davis found himself explaining why Nic Odom had wrote the invoice up as he did – I stood there for a solid 20 minutes listening to him explain why the invoice was written up the way it was and he ended up getting an attitude with the finance lady & told her to refund me & he would explain it if it became a problem later. I paid thousands purchasing maintenance/repair coverage for a peace of mind. I spent a total of 11 hours over the course of two different days at Global BMW and my car still needs maintenance/repair. I’m convinced I was targeted, I’m convinced that Nic Odom, Chris Davis and Caesar have a scheme going where they are stealing money from the dealership and BMW corporate. BEWARE & ATTENTIVE WHEN AT GLOBAL IMPORTS & ESPECIALLY BE WEARY OF NIC ODOM – HE IS A CON ARTIST. I WILL NEVER PULL MY BMW IN GLOBAL IMPORTS AGAIN FOR SERVICE OR BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN, NEVER!!!

A long way from home

My wife and I found ourselves in the market for a car about a year ahead of schedule. Thankfully we had researched what we wanted but couldn’t find anything close to our home in Richmond VA. We searched the web and located an exact match at Global BMW in Atlanta, 8 hours from home. The entire team was professional and helpful from start to finish answering all of our questions. We made the long trip to pick up our Audi RS5 and couldn’t be happier. Short of delivering the car to us they couldn’t have made this an easier process.

2009 bmw 528i recall on the PVC heater valve

The car was brought in for the recall work to be completed..Two days later the dealership calls to say there's a fault on the car after the work had been done..The was no code fault with the car as it was dropped off and inspected at drop off..We went to pick up the car to plead out case, that BMW did something to cause the issue..The service manager was rude and disrespectful and stated, we are not fixing the issue..The car now has a transmission fault, therefore we had to drive the car away in this condition with no regard for our safety or responsibility on the service departments part ..This place sucks the manager said we have lawyers after we said we would file a compliant..

I would not recommend this dealer.
