Awesome Dealership

I have owned a Mazda for 12 years. My husband said its time for a new car. We came to Gray Epperson and found this wonderful man name Rick McCarthy, who help us find the car that we purchased in May of 2017 the CX-3. Loved the car, now its a year later, and we decide the car just was not big enough for our family, not Rick fault, mine. So I returned to the dealership, and of course I am asking for the wonderful man that helped me last year. Now I own the CX-5 everything went great. Such a wonderful dealer everyone there is very helpful. Thanks for all they do.

Wonderful Experience

This is my second vehicle purchase from Rick at Gray Epperson Mazda. Both experiences have been absolutely fantastic. They are so easy to work with. Rick is very laid back and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. I found the exact vehicle that I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it! Also, Donna in the service department was so friendly and fun when I came in for the oil change on the car that I ended up trading! She kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle until I decided to test-drive and purchase something else. Ha. Tony was great in the finance office, very informative, everything went quickly. It was just an easy process and I appreciate the team at Gray Epperson!

Routine maintenance

Had to go in for my 10,000 mile oil change. Staff was very friendly and very fast service. I forgot to turn my coupon in at the beginning and Donna took care of me at the end. Tire pressure light came on after I left and they took me right back and fixed it for me. Amazing service will recommend to everyone and will definitely go back for my 15,000 change

Great Dealership and Great Car

Mazda 6 Recall

I called and got an appointment early on Monday, April 2nd. This fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Donna in the service department. I explained what I was there for and she showed me to a more comfortable waiting area in the main showroom. I was shown and offered coffee and told the work should not take long. Donna was right, the work did not take long. The service technician also inspected my vehicle for other areas and I was given a copy for my records. Oil service 30000 mi

Friendly staff. Offered a 20$ off coupon for next service when I upgraded to full synthetic Paid $65 this time but next time should be 45. Not too bad.

They TOTALED my car and won't even reply to an email!

Once repair on my Mazda 6 was complete the tech took it on a test drive and TOTALED my car when he pulled out in front of another vehicle! They refuse to do a thing to help me. They won't return an email or phone call. They have turned it to their insurance of course...who is stonewalling and screwing us over because that what insurance companies do. I asked the dealership so very nicely to help me in buying a replacement with some extra discount since they totaled my car. The response from the manager Billy West that was communicated through the sales guy, "We won't take any loss." Really?! The insurance company is offering $5000 less than what I can replace my car for in the real world. I am taking a $5000 loss and they won't give up their precious profit dollars to make it right! The folks at Grey Epperson are the poster children for crooked car dealers!!!!!

High prices and low service. Junk car

On day one the a.c. did not work or back latch. Was told just needed Freon. Which he did not even offer. Well turns out bad compressor. He said he would fix a.c. or latch. We fixed latch then guy said if air got fixed I needed to pay him directly cause it would come out of his pay and he had kids too. This was a lie. So finally I complained to his boss and it got fixed. I have had it 3 months and rear end has went out. Manager said being in for estimate and we would try to figure something out. Yeah 1300, I don't have for a overpriced 2006 jeep. Well got a call a couple days before Thanksgiving and they read my previous review and he said he would sort it out and call back. No call, and not surprised. Just a goosechase since I have had it. Not even drivable at this point and owe a lot on it. So dissatisfied. My transportation for my child and me. I have frequent Dr. Appts. And my child is in school.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New MX-5 First Service

So, I took my new MX-5 Club Edition to Gray Epperson Mazda for its first recommended service, which included rotation of the tires, if you are familiar with the Club Edition it has dark grey wheels, well they service technician damaged the paint on three of the four wheels, needless to say this will be the last time I ever use this dealership, now I must pay a wheel professional to repaint my wheels..........

Salesman promised items not delivered

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav4 from this dealer back in November 2015. The salesman promised me floor mats, cargo mat, and extra keyless entry with purchase. When I picked up the vehicle I had the floor mats but no cargo mat or keyless entry. I have since called back and spoken to the salesman at least on 3 occasions, I even spoke with the sales manager last time. Every time I have called I am given the same story, "I will call you back". Well that call has never happened. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase and didn't think I would have to write a negative review based on something this trivial.

Awful Customer Services

In 2014 I bought a 2013 Fiat 500 Pop I had car less than a year.I took car back to dealer I left car with two sets of keys.They advised me to get my car off their lot.I do not recommend anyone getting a car here! Poor customer service.

GMC 2008 canyon rayfields

Bought my GMC canyon here few weeks ago showed up at 8 pm bought truck and drove away at 9 pm awesome customer service in f these guys say something then they can and will do it highly recommended rick I think was his name is awesome. Full tank of gas and oil change came with the truck.
