HORRIBLE!!!!!

I would never by a car with them and don't recommend anybody else..I have only had my car for TWO months and it has been seen 5 times and now it won't start.. I have called no answer , or puts u on hold for two hours ..leave a message no call back jus unprofessional. And rude. Wish I would have never bought a car from.them.😩😩

I bought a Mazda CX5 in February from Green Mazda and haven't had any issues with the car or the customer service. I take it in every couple of months for service and they get me in and out. They have a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks. I have no complaints so far.

I would recommend this dealer.

LIARS, CHEATERS, & THEIVES

I purchased a used Dodge Ram 1500. I paid cash. About a year later I decided to sell it and cancel the extended service warrenty. The dealership boss told me (verbatim), "You don't get any money back on that. That's a SCREW JOB." -Tim Nice aka Mr. Nice Guy I purchased a vehicle 2 weeks earlier. A 2006 Cadillac SRX. The engine went out and the salesman said they couldn't just refund my $18,000.00+ and it was irreparable. A month later I brought my truck in for service and there was my unfixable SRX. Fixed. And with an even larger price sticker than before. I was infuriated by this point. I cancelled my extended warranty almost 3 months ago today and they still haven't sent me my refund check. They are money squandering crooks and if you don't do the math on your vehicle for yourself, they're going to get you.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Extremely happy with Green Mazda

This is the fourth time we have bought a vehicle from a Green dealership in Springfield. The last two vehicles we bought were from Green Mazda. We recently bought another vehicle from there and I just want to say thank you so much for the outstanding service we received. Our salesman George was amazing, he encouraged us to look around as we were not sure what type of vehicle we really wanted. He was very happy to answer any and all questions on various cars we looked at. We never felt pressured into buying a vehicle. He even stayed late to make sure all the info we needed was provided to us. I am pretty sure we got the best of the best salesman to help us because I have never had such fun and never once did I get the feeling that I was bothering or boring George. When it came time to sign the papers for our car we were told how much our payments would be. I did not take the car home as I still had our trade in at my house. The next day I brought my trade in and was going to pick up my new car only to be told by the sales manager Adam Arms that he had good news for me. He got us a better deal with a full warranty for two dollars more a month. Honestly I couldn't ask for a better experience or better people than what I received from Green Mazda. My husband and I are extremely happy!!! Thank you to all of you at Green Mazda for making purchasing a car so easy and fun.

Terrible customer service

So I decided to go to this dealership to buy a 2016 Mazda 6. I was trying to find the best deal so I was comparing prices and had a quote in hand from another nearby dealer. The manager tried to force me into buying the car right there and then and was acting like he was doing me a favor. He had a bad attitude. Terrible customer service.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Transmission Probles

Found grease drips on my garage floor. Took my CX-9 into the dealership to get it looked at and to my surprise they said it could be fixed the same day. It needed a PTU, oil change and tire rotation. All were accomplished and my SUV was returned the same afternoon.

They lie and they have horrible customer service.

I bought a car there in October. From the get go I noticed a weird rattling noise in the vehicle. Was told it was a loose license plate. Apparently it's not, it's a heat shield. 3 months later my suspension starts squeaking. Tried to get ahold of the service department for 3 days no answer and they didn't return my calls! I eventually had to go in there in person and was told that the extended warranty wouldn't cover all the repairs needed when I was told when I bought the car that it covered everything. It has only been 4 months since I bought the car and I am regretting it. I will NEVER go through these people again. Should have went with Landmark or Friendly Chevrolet. All these guys are interested in is money. I have overpayed for my vehicle by $2000 and I'm not happy about that either...

The service manager was very friendly and helpful. My car was ready when I stopped by - which was a good thing. I mentioned that I had taken the last early bird envelope and I hope he put more out there. It is not good to run out of those.

Make it easy!!!!

I had a very simply and easy visit for a old change and service. I was informed of a new additive that if I elected to use I would be covered for the life of my car on any motor damage. It seemed like a great deal for only $7 so i chose to use it. I was informed of other service that was needed and was out in a very short time. I had a great visit.

It's 2012 and their service is still as horrible as it gets. They really don't seem to care either. Hey they got the car sold. They offered me 10$ if I gave them 10's across the board on the review. WOW -'that to me tells me they know their service sucks. I have dealt with green hyundia and gree kia. What a difference. As for buying another Mazda. Won't do it because they are the only Mazda dealer around. What a shame! Dan Vilmure. PS- the salesman was great - to bad that's all that was great.

I purchase a 2010 madaza 5 in march 2010. The brakes and shock went out on me. I call to talk with Jim Nice. Only thing he could tell me go to Attorney General on your car the dealer sold me. Listen to the record phone conversion I had with him on 08-13-2012. Bad news carry fast. If I know this type of attiude you would get after you purchasing a car, I would have never recommend 20 people to this car dealer place. I would never purchase another car from this company.
