Honest and Competitive
I just purchased a Honda CR-V at Greenwich Honda. My sales contact Elvis Kocan and his manager John Strazza were very helpful and transparent. I liked that they did not say "this is a limited time offer" or other pushy sales tactics. I did a lot of research in advance including calling around to different dealerships. I was concerned that there would be a mark-up given their location in Greenwich, but the price they offered was the most competitive even when you include the CT conveyance charge (I looked around dealerships in both CT and NY). If you are buying a car, definitely give this place a chance (but as always, do your research first!)

Excellent Customer Service
Leased a New Honda CRV EX-L yesterday from Elvis Kocan. Elvis did a great job getting me in the car I wanted and got through the process in record time. Many thanks to Elvis and also Jeremy Brooks who set the car up and walked me through and set up all the features in the car for me.

Best customer service at Honda for first time financing
It was my first time financing a vehicle after a few leases. I had an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealership. When I called, Patricia was super friendly and helpful. Right away she made me feel that I had landed in the best place. She put me in contact with the financial officer, Raquel Diamond, who answered all of my questions, concerns, and was very accommodating. Needless to say, I ended turning in my lease and buying a better vehicle thanks to the wonderful customer service and support of these lovely ladies. I recommend Honda of Greenwich, especially Raquel and Patricia, for their outstanding customer service.

Horrible Sales Service
About a month ago, I inquired about a vehicle that was less than MSRP. I wasn't ready to purchase because I was doing my research and it wasn't until recently that I wanted to proceed with purchasing a Honda vehicle. When I went through TrueCar to check on the price of the car, it went up about $5000 above sticker price. When I tired to call about why this was the case, the initial person I spoke with gave me some story about how the car is a limited edition (which is not). She then put with someone else (I think he was a sales manager) that spoke with me as if I was bothering him. As if that is not your just to answer question. He then proceeded to tell me that markup is the price the car is going for today and that I would not find it any less than that (which of course, is a lie and I did manage to find it for less than MSRP). I told him that I did my homework and that if he was going to give me this talk as if I knew nothing about the car, then our conversation is over. He then proceeded to end the call. What compelled me to make this review that even after all that, they still keep calling me if I'm interested in the car. This leads to believe either they don't keep a record of who they are calling (even after I told him I did not want to do business with them) or they just don't simply care and want your money. Regardless, Greenwich Honda's level of customer service is lacking and in need of improvement. Unfortunately, the action of two individuals reflect them whole as a company.

It was the best experience i have ever experience
I had super great experience. I had went to many dealers and i was turn down due to my credit score and any other particular reasons. I got home one and received a letter saying i was pre approved for a car loan. At that moment i really didnt pay attention due to the previous turns down on the other dealers. I decided to give a try and give a call. I spoke to a wonderful young lady name patricia that convinced me to come in to the dealer and help me. I happy to say that raquel and patricia make sure i left the dealer with my beautiful brand new honda accord sport 2019

My experience is to long to write here. Had up and downs. Overall I can say I was completely satisfied. Raquel was amazing she got us approved which was what we wanted she was nice and did everything in her power to get us the vehicle the dealership was convenient. And I love my vehicle. We didn't go through a sales person but, when we needed help putting anything on the vehicle like the temp plates they didn't hesitate to help even if it wasn't their deal, they didn't seem bothered and I absolutely loved that. Everyone was so willing to help and the customer service was just amazing. I will continue to go there to buy vehicles and I will also recommend people to go.

Excellent Sales Support
I had excellent service at Greenwich Honda when I recently purchased a 2019 CR-V. Elvis Kocan, who was my initial contact, was ill, so I was handed over to Ray-Anthony Haynes, a delightful young man who spent a lot of time explaining the car, taking me for a test drive and answering all my questions. When I picked up my car, the registration (from New York) was not ready, so they gave me dealer plates to use until my registration was completed. When I picked up my new plates, I was surprised to be informed that what I had paid was more than $60 less than what it had cost, and at first they wanted me to pay the difference. But a brief discussion with sales manager John Strazza quickly resolved the problem, and I was off in my new car without having to pay anything more. I found the sales staff to be most friendly and helpful, a real team effort. I am very pleased with my purchase experience at Greenwich Honda.
