Car buying experience

We have been doing a lot of Internet car browsing and finally pick the type of vehicle we wanted. We went and check some trucks out at 2 other lots and test drove them. We did not pull the trigger on any at that point. I found the truck we were looking for on the net and headed out the next day. Shig meet us as we parked and I told him the used truck we were interested in. He took us right over. We went for a drive and came back and made an offer. The other sales man came over to help seal the deal. The price was what we expected and we did buy the warranty for the truck. It all went very smooth and everyone was so nice. Thank you to all involved.

Lonnie Timmons really has superior customer service. He was a pleasure to work with! He found my car, had it all detailed and ready to go when I arrived, and even had all documents printed and ready to roll when I arrived. Ask for Lonnie, you will be so pleased.

Untruthful

They have not made good on the premium package that was supposed to come with my car. I'm supposed to have a top of the line sound system by JBL with 10 speakers but I only have five and only one speaker in the back. The car has plastic covers where speakers should be. Management can't be reached. Toyota customer care doesn't care enough to give me an email address for anyone at the dealership. While at the same time they say I should contact the dealer. I have left voice-mail messages with every department and only received calls back from people who can't help me if I get a call back at all. Buyers beware! These people are shady!

Wonderful experience

Went to the dealership with a couple of cars I was interested in. After it was all said and done, I left with a newer car than I thought I could afford. Not only that, it will cost me less than I reasonably hoped. Definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good clean used car.

Dishonest

I purchased a van from there. During the test drive an air bag light came on. I asked the salesman about it and he said he would check with the repair department. I asked him about it again and he said that they said it was just a minor issue and run it over to Chrysler when i had time and they would be able to fix it no problem. Chrysler ended up not being convenient so I asked Toyota to go ahead and fix it when i came in for an oil change but they did not want to look at it. Took it to Chrysler a year and a half later, two repair shops later and out of a lot of money it is still not fixed. The icing on the cake for me was when I took it in for am oil change and they broke off the top of my gear shift. I started to leave the lot and then noticed it i went back in and the repair rep helped look for the missing piece which they had set up on the dashboard and he ordered parts but i could not believe they never said a word. Sales manager called a few times but just to offer a Toyota instead to sell me. Horrible customer service and misleading sales tactic.

Took care of my family twice in 6 months!!!

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Gresham Toyota about 6 months ago. I was so pleased with the service that just a few weeks ago when my old car broke down (not purchased from Toyota), I went straight to Gresham Toyota. Unfortunately just 2 weeks after the vehicle purchase, it started having some stalling issues (car ran great for over 1000 miles so I believe it was a fluke). I voiced my concerns to Craig and Steve, and they did not hesitate to help. I was able to wash my hands of the previous vehicle and get into a newer one with an awesome warranty!!! Also Russel in financing worked some great magic for getting our financing rate super low. Thank you to everyone at Gresham Toyota for making us feel like family! We look forward to our next vehicle purchase from Gresham Toyota!!!!!

Lost key fob, found!

I would like to have Rick Michael recognized for the great employee he is. He was able to find my missing half of my electronic fob that had been missing in my car for the last two years. Wonderful, Friendly Service

My mom and I went to shop at Gresham Toyota on a whim because she had previously been in contact with Kenny Shonk. We were lucky he was there. I had a great buying experienced. We looked at 4 used cars they had on their lot, he was knowledgeable about both Toyotas and there other makes/models. My favorite parts were that he grabbed all the keys from the start and let me look at each before deciding if I wanted to test drive the car. He had a "special" pocket for the cars I wanted to test drive, and one for the cars I said no too. And best of all, he was as excited about my purchase as I was. Upon handing my keys over after I signed all the paperwork, he said, "I found something out about your car." He had located where to turn on the heated seats, as well as a special sun visor for the back passengers. Overall it was a wonderful and friendly experience. If you go, ask for Kenny. He'll get you what you need for the price you want! (Their finance team also got me an excellent APR! Nick gets you through the process quickly and efficiently.)

Straight forward process

I worked with Craig to get dialed in on a Tundra. Throughout the process he was easy going and was not overwhelming with the sales pitch that I have been accustomed to in the past. He was very knowledgeable on the pickup that I was interested in and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I would recommend going through him or any of the others that work there.
