There is a time when you begin to appreciate a good thing...that time is here...doing business with Grubbs Infiniti !! From the time of my visit at the service department to the time taken by Wale Adewale...I am very pleased to offer a TEN on a scale of ONE to TEN !! He heard my story very attentively and placed me in a beautiful Qx30...just what I needed...the numbers were crunched very effectively in everyone's favor...and by the way this is what I do for a living...I sell cars !!

Highly Recommended - Price Clark (Salesman)

Price Clark went above-and-beyond to find the exact car that I wanted. I called every dealer in the state of Texas and he was by far the best salesman. He offered the best price and offered to find the exact car I was looking for. Most salespeople only offer the cars on their lot, but Price Clark found the exact car I wanted, at the right price. I would highly recommend Price Clark at Grubbs Infiniti. I have bought several cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the best experience yet. The whole process was very professional and time efficient. I drove over 8 hours to buy this car in Dallas, and I will do it again. This was a true no-haggle experience. Thanks Price and the Grubbs Infiniti for my new car!

Not truthful-getting the runaround.

Sold us an Alfa Romero with 900 miles advertised with driver assist. Found out it did not have it after the purchase. $1500.00 price of assist package was to be returned- told they would overnight it- we live out of state. Two weeks later and we haven't gotten it yet! Told it was "in the mail".

Taylor was very accessible throughout the process and Faraz was upfront and honest about pricing. I was in the market for a used car and I liked that I didn't get bombarded with generic auto emails when I made an inquiry online. I got real people communicating with me to answer my specific questions and I appreciated that. Overall, I was made to feel like they wanted my business and were willing to work a deal that was fair to me. Very easy to work with and I would recommend them to others.

I have purchased 26 cars in my lifetime between my husband and I. This dealership by far is the worst I have ever purchased a car from. They lie, they cheat and they are very rude!!! My sales person was great. The sales manager Joe was a total jerk. I had problems after purchasing my car getting the add on features that we owed to me. The finance Dept. deliberately wrote my contract wrong and would not correct it and when I challenged them on it were VERY rude to me. BUY YOUR CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

Buyer Beware!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in February 2016 at the time the check engine light was on and I was assured that this would be checked and fixed and they would be responsible for whatever was causing this. Well 14 months later, over 3 months of vehicle being in the shop and Grubbs Infiniti not doing as they promised in any way. Of course they sent me to another dealership to deal with their problems!!! They treat women horribly and think we have no brains when it comes to purchasing and maintaining a vehicle. They are incompetent, I had purchased an expensive extended warranty and they "neglected" to get the needed paperwork to the extended warranty company resulting in my vehicle being in the shop for over a month awaiting them getting their act together and getting the needed paperwork into the extended warranty company(all while another dealership waited on them getting their act together AND the other dealership provided me with a loaner car for the whole month while we waited for Grubbs Infiniti to get their act together, of course they could have cared less as it wasn't their loaner vehicle that was being used nor was it their shop that had my car their for a month) BMW Dallas was more than patient with their incompetence and will reinforce all I am stating in this review . They will tell you "we are just trying to help you" in the mean time they place all the work on another dealership. BMW Dallas will tell you exactly what kind of dealership Grubbs Infinity is, an incompetent, untrustworthy, neglectful, misleading, prejudice and very shady dealership and I would steer clear. Especially if you are a woman. There is so much more to this story but due to legal action I am not able to speak on it. But please heed my warning, ladies especially.

Horrible Horrible Experience.!!! Buyers please be aware. I expected better from a dealership that claims to be number 1. I have owned two previous infinities and the best part of owning them was the customer service experience. The salesperson is a typical car sales men that will lie and tell you anything to get the sale. E.G. Great vehicle has leather you know!! I have yet to see an Infiniti without leather seat. Bottom line I went in with my mind set on buying per-owned certified vehicle from them. I called to made sure vehicle was still available. I never got a called back from the Sales persons Louis or Ryan. I decided to take the hour drive. Took 30 min for them to tell me that car that I was looking for was sold. Decided to look at another similar vehicle, found one that included the features and packages that I was looking for, I asked if vehicle was certified. I was told "yes". Salesperson told me the benefits of buying a certified vehicle. To my surprise there is an additional $1500.00 accessory fee added to the listed price if vehicle is certified. Bottom line take your time and try to tune out the noise. Number one objective is to sell you a car and see how far they can take advantage of you in the process. I later come to find out or have explained to me that there is a difference between certified and per-certified. If the sales department is practicing these deceptive practices i can only image the service center. $700.00 oil changes etc...

Next Level Customer Service!!!

My wife contacted Grubb's INFINITI online and they contacted her back very quickly. We expected them to but one thing we noticed was how friendly and personable they were. Every step on the way they stayed in constant contact. Not the pushy type of contact you get from dealership but it more of a "hey we really want to help you get your next vehicle." We made an appointment and they kept us in constant contact. Raza went the extra mile he was very polite, down to earth and he made sure we were comfortable. I'll be honest before coming to the Grubb's I was a little nervous and scared because I didn't know what to expect going to a luxury dealership, but they made us feel right at home. They proved how much they really wanted our business! John Adewale was a fairly new employee at Grubb's but he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty in this process either. John was also a very nice guy and helped me and my wife make up our minds on getting the vehicle that we really wanted. John took us to church.....(thanks John!) Christian came along and helped put the finishing touches on the deal. I have never had a car buying experience like I did at Grubb's. We had a lot of laughs and just a overall fun experience!. They even took us on a tour of the building which is an amazing facility!! It's also nice to know all the great perks that comes with the vehicle purchase like life time car washes and curb side service.
