stressful and hostile

i had a bad experience with this dealership. i was about to trade in my car. i have even made a deposit. but a few factors made me change my mind. christine glen my agent is nice . at first she would agree to my terms. but later on doesn't keep most of her promises. but would just tell me - "i don't want to argue with you. i don't know what to tell you. i can't do anything about it".(like the waiving of my doc. fees, and fixing the sensor on the bumper. that we agreed upon).then theres also one agent mark long, when i was talking/ negotiating with christine, out of the blue. he said interrupted me and told me that "this has to stop!". i never even met him. i think for me its a bit rude and uncalled for. customer like me has right to negotiate the various issues of the car im going to buy. and lastly i talk to till, finance manager. i ask her to help me refund my deposit. she told me that brock ( manager) wants to have a chat with me in a while. so i waited and called, even left a message with the receptionist. but after few days. he never called. so im just wondering if this dealership really cares about their customers? and why do they treat them like garbage? just saying from my observation.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Car purchase

Bait and switch

I was lied to about a used truck being a 1 owner vehicle, I was also told it was in premium shape for it's year. Once I was able to go and look at the truck it was clear it wasn't in premium shape, for example the hydraulic pistons that hold the hood open didn't work!!!! The body was a 3 out of 5, and the interior was a 3 out of 5 as well. I stumbled upon the previous owners add on Autotrader and gave him a call prior to going to see the truck. This is how I knew that they were lying to me. When confronted about it the sales person at first denied claiming it was an original owner truck until I reminded her that she wrote it in an email. They advertised the truck for 34,000 online and then when I was there the manager told me they were asking 36,000. The truck also had 3 insurance claims that required body shop repairs, I don't call that a PREMIUM quality vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

No idea what they are doing

Took 6 days for them to look at our Jeep. Was told "what they thought" the problem was. Seriously, the techs don't know what they are doing because they did not diagnose the problem. Customer service is lacking. Receptionist needs more training as her response of " I don't know, go ask the back desk ..it's not my issue" is rude and not polite. They said the Transmission Range Sensor needed replacing...would have been an almost $1000 fix. Not the issue!! They should have charged the battery to double check this! Huge waste of our time and money for them to take SIX DAYS to supposedly pull a code that is not the issue. Our Jeep is not fixed and we are back where we started due to incompetence. We will not go back, or will we recommend them to anyone.

Best overall experience in purchasing a vehicle, I came from prince rupert to get my Lincoln navigator and they picked up my family from the airport had the insurance available on site. financing was very easy and good experience. the truck was everything and more as advertised. all the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I also appreciate the followups on service and helping with any warranty claims after purchasing. can't say enough at how grateful I am to have had such a great experience. Kostan Lagace

I have dealt with a few Chrysler dealerships in the lower mainland. Realistically they all have issues but ovrall the best experiences I have had White Rock Chrysler has succeeded the most in dealing with all my needs with my vehicles. They have been very thorough in helping and accomadating all my service and sale needs. I will defanitely reccomend White Rock Chrysler. Top of the line Mechanics, caring and honest service. The Sales department is very thorough and helpful. A very positive enviroment.

Ripped off

Took my truck in for its 35,000 km service,walked out of there with a $1020.23 dollar bill,they added 6 litres of def which was not discussed$29.99,repair a wiper which a nut came off,is still on warranty another $46.20 told me warranty only covered to 20,000km(which was xxxxxxxx) replaced a fuel filter $226.79 (total rip off)clean battery posts $106.58(really)checked with 2 other dodge dealers and they said I got ripped off,they can charge what ever they want. I quess if you live in Morgan creek or south Surrey the people pays this without questioning their ripoff rates.Sent a follow up with customer service not a word back.Bought 2 vehicles there and won't be buying again or recommend,also the service for 35,000 should have been a oil change,tire rotation,the one they did was for 48,000km

Sales personal lied about vehicle condition and maintenance. Was told I would get extras to sweeten the deal. Those were never received. Tires worn when were supposed to be new. When I went back and inquired they said I had worn the tires in the week I had it. Said I received new brakes when I purchased vehicle but 1 month in I needed over $3000 in brake work. Finance sold me a warranty and stated I would receive my money back in full if I did not use the warranty. When I went back after the warranty expired and I had no used it I was told they have no record and Cody the head of the financial department failed to fill in or sell the correct warranty. Don't trust sales, service or financing they all LIE

Flat Tire and Flat Out Deception

We bought a used 2010 VW Routan from Haley Dodge in mid October 2016. It's December and we've been in on 3 separate occasions. Stuff happens... I get it. What I don't understand are the unconscionable attempts to deflect responsibility on others for safety related issues and known recalls. The Haley Dodge service department sets a new low for customer service, The service manager even went as far as blaming my wife for a failed service in which we were forced to return the next day only to deal with the same issue all over again. $270.00 later were no further ahead. If you're looking for first class service, look elsewhere. But hey, that's my opinion.

This place is a joke

This place is a joke I was outside for over 20 mins looking at trucks. I decided to ho inside when a young guy going inside the showroom asked me if I was looking for someone I said I'm looking for a sales rep. He said he didn't know n e. Anyways he turned out to be the guy that helped me. To make it short and simple this guy didn't know n e thing about trucks. This was the first dealership I visited n boy was I a fool to ho there. What a waste of time. So we went on a couple of test drives with the 2 different motors n this guy kept saying I'm not sure to every question I asked he had no idea what so ever of n e thing. Seriously what a joke.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service Department was great!

My power windows on my car and I was desperate to have them work before it started to rain. Jim Tarves who was the technician who worked on my car was able to find out what the problem was and fixed it. My car is older so they didn't have the part that was needed so he was able to adapt another way to fix it. The price was reasonable considering the time and attention. I have dealt with dealerships in the past and not any of them have been customer service oriented like Haley Dodge. Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff at the parts and service counter as well. Thank you again Jim Tarves for your excellent work and taking the time to explain what happened to the windows and how it would be fixed. Would go to Haley Dodge Chrysler first with any of my car needs without hesitation!

Don't stand behind their vehicles

They are a joke. Don't stand behind their vehicles. $2000 in repairs after 4 months on a $20,000 vehicle and they try to say it's wear and tear? Save your money and go elsewhere. They don't stand behind anything. They try to tell you to buy the extended warranty but it won't cover it anyway. Salesman was nice but after that your on your own. I will never buy there again!

Dishonest advertising - Canadian Auto Rebate Program

Before you go to see these people please read the CBC article regarding Haley Dodge trying to target Seniors will a bogus Rebate Program as being an official government documents. Shame on them!
