Buyer Beware

Do not go here to buy your new vehicle. You will regret it. If anything happens and you look for help they will leave you high and dry. In particular their GM. He is a bully and he has absoulelty no customer service skills at all!!! There are other delarships on the island that you should go to. Buyer beware!!!!!! I am going to the VSA, CBC Marketplace, ombudsman the list goes on. DO NOT GO HERE

Missing professionalism in Sales and Service department

I bought my Jeep Compass two years back and it was frustrating experience. Frustration thing was even after negotiation on price staff behavior was totally unprofessional it was looking pulling out last penny from customer. So I am also going for service because I bought extended service plan and thought I will get some good experience. And each service adviser main goal is grab money from customer. Can you believe it they changed air filter and cabin filter at 5000 km on brand new vehicle. And second service again changed the air filler and cabin filter. First two services I trusted them but third service they want to sell me break service and again air filter and cabin filter which I denied and ask then to just change the oil and oil filter which was covered in my service contract. But sale person presented case that way I was ended with break service rear and front both. Today I had another service and sales guys said I have to do some stupid check list otherwise my warranty will void. it cost me $90 and received call from service adviser my break need service. I was confused how come breaks are that bad because all breaks had full service just in 4 months back. So not question is they did not perform the task and charged me or they are lie now. Since last service I start changing air filter and cabin filter myself and planning to change service provider to some other service provider where I can professional advice instead just grabbing money from my pocket. One of the worst experience during buying and now with service department. Thanks

I got a call from jatin,sales. From the time I came in Jatin was very personable And was very experienced. I then had a very good Experience with the financial team. Of britney Shane,and brodi whom all worked very well and quickly with the banks To have me approved. In 2 days. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted In a very nice ways. Very friendly not pushy. They all asked me what I am looking for and what my needs are. My credit is not in the greatest scores, but I was still able to Drive home a brand new 2019 dodge ram. I'm all covered for a 7 year Term with my brand new Truck. I highly recommend That you take the extended warranties They are worth it at the time of buying. I as well got a call back From jatin days later Asking me how things are With the new truck. I also have dealt with service department, There are very experienced As well very personable And try to help you fix anything that goes wrong. I also have had there detail Service done on my truck And the service was great And done in a very good timely manner. I have dealt with other dealships in the past years I found that other dealships were more concerned about just selling you a vehical Dodge Harrison Yates They are able to get you approved.. Thank you again to the whole Harris Victoria Team for the excellent car buying experience I enjoyed this weekend. I just picked up our 5th vehicle purchased from Harris, a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland EcoDiesel :-) Not only am I in Love with the new Jeep, but can't speak any more highly of the level of service I received. From the moment I contacted Glenn & Rob Muloin, I truly felt like a valued customer. Rob was quick to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of them!) and worked hard to keep within my budget. He wasn't pushy at all, but kept in contact as he knew I was very busy and he didn't want me to miss out on the great end of year deals. Chad in Finance made the signing of the paperwork a breeze! He fully explained all of my payment & protection options and worked with me to find the best ones suited for my short term ownership cycle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wes Harrison and the team at Harris Victoria recently. After shopping for a month for the right vehicle at the right price I contacted Wes. As I was in the Lower Mainland Wes made it easy and was very accommodating with my questions through text and phone and eventually in person. We were particularly impressed with Omar Tubeishat, who provided us with outstanding and personalized service and went over and above to ensure our satisfaction. Worste experience in all my life

Do not go to harris dodge!! This is not an exaggeration - i just got my truck back after the shop at harris dodge had it for 7 1/2 weeks!!! Thats right 7 1/2 weeks - they could not fix it - so they sent it somewhere else to get fixed without my knowledge. One small thing that was supposed to be fixed was the original tires sold to me by harris dodge 2 were out of round - all 4 tires were supposed to be replaced brand new - i just had them inspected 2 days after getting my truck back by the other shop that fixed my truck and the inspection shows that none of the tires are new!! This is one of many many things. Harris dodge are crooked - dishonest and completely incompetent They should have their liscence revoked

Service department are so busy up selling to add costs...quoted $90 and because my wife took the car in they took advantage of her and upsold unnecessary work to $400. This is as good as thievery!!! Very sad!

Awful service work and customer service

I had my tires changed here. Discovered afterwards that my wheel lugs were torqued to twice what the spec was. Multiple lug nuts completely rounded off, brand new front brake rotors now warped, and one rear wheel completely seized to the drum due to how tight lugs were placed on. I spoke with a service manager and was told that they subcontracted the work out and my problem lies with them! That's unacceptable! I dropped my vehicle off to Harris Dodge and paid THEM good money to install my tires. They should be responsible for the work done to my vehicle. When I mentioned this I was told, "This conversation is over." This service centre does an absolutely shitty job of performing work, taking responsibility for work they are paid for, and customer service. Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle to another shop that will stand by the work they do! 100% would not even let them put air in my tires anymore!!!

Michael Somer very professional salesman

I am not nore have I ever been a Dodge fan, still not a big fan. That being said; I have recently purchased a 07 Dodge Nitro SLT., for my business. Which I am digging more and more every day I drive it. Mind you, I do throw up a little in my mouth, every time I get in it, as it is an automatic and not a standard, which is what I have driven my whole life. I feel a little lazy driving the Nitro, but I am ok with that now. Lol I want to give a shout out to the Salesman that dealt with me, and I say dealt, because I gave him a tough time right from the get go. Not in a mean way, but in a (I knew what my budget was and what I wanted) kinda customer. *Harris salesman *MICHAEL SOMER* Did an outstanding professional job as the point man on this sale. He was very kind, funny, professional, informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle in which he was selling to me. He was sympathetic and understanding towards me, as I was finding it extremely difficult to let go of the car I loved and babied for many yrs, which was a Mustang Bullitt, with a nice V8 in it. He didn't just want to make a sale, and push this rig on me, as a lot of car sales personnel do. He even told me to take my time and think about things in ref to trading in my car. He talked about the pros and cons of the Nitro..more pros then cons. I didnt feel like I was just money walking into this dealship. I was made to feel like a person, and was treated with kindness and understanding from them all. Michael Somer made sure I had a coffee,water,juice, made sure to listen and hear me, hear what my needs were, and listen to what my needs were, in ref to buying a vehicle. The whole staff there was awesome. They also gave me a Military discount%, and once they found out I was a Veteran, is when the owner started talking about what they do for Veterans. Thank you for looking out for our Military personal, active and non active(Veterans). Michael Somer has contacted me a few days after I purchased the Nitro, to make sure I was still happy with it, which not alot of sales personnel do. He gave it a great personal touch, by making me feel important and not just another sale. Thank you all at Harris Victoria Dodge For treating me so great... And Michael Somer, you are an awesome salesman, one that is going to go far. *****

Work not done and charged for it.

I have had my truck in for service at this dealership maybe 3 times now one was for tire rotation oil changes and fuel filter replacement. the other times were for a recalls that were done at no charge. After the first repair I was quite happy didn't think anything of it. then I had the first recall done. within a few weeks my exhaust had started to come apart. pretty poor since I put on less than 10k a year on my truck. Then i went to a local tire store to get my tires rotated and an alignment done... they said that my lug nuts had been torqued to tight by the last place that serviced my vehicle and to take it back to them. So I did. That's when the big red flags came up. They were supposedly the last place to do my service so i took it back to them and they came back with. "we didn't rotate your tires last time, beacuase we couldnt remove the lug nuts". I said I paid for a tire rotation. So I was charged for a tire rotation which they never did, was never told that the lug nuts couldn't be removed and my tires are now worn twice as much on the rears as the fronts. This is also an issues because i spend a bit of time in areas that have next to no cell reception. If I were to get in to an issues there would be no way to remove a tire and place a spare on.

Trade in for an upgrade

I had a great experience with friendly staff. I wasn't happy with my 2011 Ford Escape so I traded it in and got a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with only 5000 km. The safety features were a big sell as I have three children. I actually got the news I got it the day of my move. I was actually short on some strong arms and my dealer offered to help me. I ended up getting some last-minute help so I let him off the hook but that was an amazing offer and I was really grateful for it. We have been enjoying our vehicle for almost a month now. I thank them for all the work they did to help me get out of there fast on my Moving Day. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I can not rave about these guys enough, especially Alyssa in the service department. She continues to go above and beyond for myself and the safety of our family within the Chrysler product! Now the actual product and people at Chrysler Canada are a completely different story but am so thankful for the Harris staff that have been behind us since day one! Thank you guys you rock!

Chrysler factory can be tough but Harris accommodates!

Took my 2017 Jeep into the service dept for a ‘ticking sound’ in the engine. They had it several days and Crysler made it an issue to not cover it with warranty. Despite this issue the manager Phil worked with me to get it figured out he also allowed me to keep my courtesy car. He didn’t have to do that as it wasn’t warranty work.... sometimes we are quick to jump on the dealership but they work under the direction of the big wigs dealing with warranty. Unfortunately this isn’t the outcome I had hoped for but Phil made the experience the best it could be. He did all the communication with ICBC and made sure I was taken care of. Alyssa was also helpful from day one! Arrange alternate transportation and reassurance!
