Finally a good experience at haselwood.

Jesse Roksa was awesome. Respectful and knowledgeable. Made sure everything was done right the first time. Major improvement over my last service advisor Aaron Taylor who thought women didn't know anything about cars. I will only take my truck to Jesse from now on. He really improved my perception of this dealership and my trust of their service department

I was well taken care of. The ladies were very great about asking if I needed anything (not being misogynistic just factual). I was comfortable while I waited and finally finished that book I've been reading for a few days.

Justin Becker helped me trade in my lease that I was really needing to get out of. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze and it is perfect! He made it so easy and was BEYOND helpful when I was being picky and indecisive. I am so glad that I went to Haselwood and had Justin as my salesman! I would recommend him AND this dealership to anyone!

Haselwood Auto Group is excellent

My Silverado refused to start in a grocery store parking lot. I sent my wife off home in a cab with the groceries and had the truck towed 20 miles to Haselwood, leaving me stranded. I called telling them to expect the truck. By the time I managed to get down there they had the thing diagnosed--a cracked fuel filter housing caused a lack of fuel pressure, rather rare--and had they the part it would have been fixed. It took overnight to get the part. I had no appointment yet they were completely accommodating. Their "Auto Group" includes other brands as well. I have never purchased a car from them, but I take all my vehicles there and have always been well-treated. This time it was a little more stressful than most and they did very well.

We purchased a brand new Chevy Equinox Premier because the no pressure atmosphere and product knowledge we received from everyone we talked to, especially Tudor, he gave my wife and I personal care and attention, answered all our questions throughout the entire purchase process. it left us with a no-worry purchase and every detail was answered so we could understand it. Tudor and his integrity, personal touch and care are the reasons we feel comfortable with and will be purchasing our next vehicle at Haselwood Chevrolet Buick GMC at West Hills Boulevard in Bremerton, Washington. All the folks we worked with at Haselwood Buick including Scott, Robert, & Vincent were charming, efficient and professional. Our purchase experience was very pleasant! Our salesman, John McLoughlin, from the dealership up the hill, was top-notch! He was patient, knowledgable and skilled. We were impressed with how well he could operate the car & figured out how things worked. We will certainly be back and spread the word about Haselwood with it's premium service and prices. Rotate the tires.

Service advisor Aaron Taylor refused to have my tires rotated. He gave anne some crazy explanation of how my tread is even so they don't need to be rotated. I tried to insist that common sense and the owners manual both state a regular schedule for rotation to ensure even wear. Not waiting for uneven wear to appear and then rotate. He still refused. My truck has 28,000 miles now and should have had the tires rotated 2 times at least. I asked him to assure me in writing that the tire and car warranty won't be voided by not doing required maintenance. He declined I guess I will pay for a tire place to rotate them. Another problem was I asked for the tires to be inflated to the recommended 35 lbs cold. I was assured they were when I got in the truck the TPS indicated the 4 tires ranged from 28 to 31 lbs cold since the truck had been there over night. I asked and was told the TPS is never correct and to not go by that. I can only assume Aaron thinks women are too stupid to know about cars. I can assure I am not

Extraordinary Service

I needed to service my Buick before leaving on an extended road trip the next day. I really didn't expect to be able to get a maintenance appointment but decided to give it a try anyway. To my surprise I not only was able to get an appointment but the service advisor got my car in and out within the time promised. Cameron (my service advisor) is beyond compare.

RIP! RIPI RIPI

I have a new Buick Encore and every time I've taken it in for and oil change it has taken two hours with and appointment and I've been treated like a second class citizen. The last time I had my husband take it in for the oil change he was told he had to bring in the car at 15000,00 mile for a motor check and pay $250.00 out our pocket. No such thing. Rip Rip Rip! Needless to say they will never see us again.

Finance was horrible and no owners manual

I did not like my experience with this dealership. I got the car I wanted picked out and sat down to talk about finance. When I went into the office they wanted me to sign without knowing at all what my monthly payments would be or even what bank I was going through. It was horrible. If I wasn't aware, they would of just signed me into some contract that had a ridiculous interest rate and high monthly payments. I shoud of walked then. Too bad I loved this car. Also they don't pay any attention when cleaning out the car. They left personal information from the previous owner in the glove box. And there was no owners manual. I called to ask about getting one and all they had to say was that I could buy one on Amazon or download one online to my phone. All I wanted after spending so much money was a book. But they didn't even care. I just wanted a book so if something went wrong with my phone I would still be able to reference it. I am so disappointed with how they treated me after I had already bought it. I didn't think that was so much to ask for. I'll be sure not to recommend them ever again. I would give them two stars but it says 'fair' and I wouldn't rate my experience even that high.

Nearly Painless Recall Service

Fast check-in for a couple of minor re-call items, very minimal delay in getting a shuttle ride to the office with a very friendly driver. Truck was serviced quickly and I was promptly called to arrange for shuttle pick up. Then another very friendly driver took me back to Hazelwood, and finally a quick paperwork closeout with Randy (who did a great service rep job). A First For Me!

Hazelwood, Hazelwood, Hazelwood......... I can not say enough about Lucas Hart and David Siler from Hazelwood Chevy/Buick. They were so kind, genuine, and did everything they could to make my experience enjoyable. It sounds completely corny but I felt like family. This is truly the FIRST time in my car-buying life that I have not been completely stressed out and felt sold to or pressured. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I can not say enough good things about the staff there. I really appreciate the call that Aaron gave me after the technician looked at my car to double check on the exact problem to be sure it was fixed correctly. My car was ready on time and the problem was gone. Service department is very busy but they always show courtesy and greet you on arrival and offer help right away. Very impressive.
