Awful

No other words for this dealership besides awful. I have purchased a car from them and would not recommend it to anyone. They say what the need to get you to buy and then they treat you like crap. We have also had a truck repaired by them following an accident and trust me the job was subpar and it was a truck with less than 4000 miles on it. Thwy charge you incorrectly and then DEMAND a credit card to fix their mistake before anyone notices and all that is somehow the customers fault. I would Not reccomend this place to anyone.....learn from my mistakes and RUN !!!

Never going back!

Okie.. So I stopped by and finalized a car. Now before leaving the parking lot with the new (used) car, i found that the car doesn't have a GPS. spoke to the sales person and was told "Ford's now manages GPS application using Sync services". I believed him and decided to activate the feature when i reach home. I found that Sync has been disabled for 2011 till 2016 models. Called a ford dealer ship and was informed that vehicle does not have GPS hardware installed and it will cost me $1500 to get it installed. Called Lucas (sales person) back and informed him about the situation. response was "You are on your own". So finally left with a BAD taste and dealers attitude on GFY. They were great when i was buying the car, but after i bought attitude completely changed! I am going to raise this up to the credit companies and leave review about how a false promise/suggestion was made and how much of an extra effort was made to feel a customer satisfied!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Brent & Ryan were great to work with

These people are great to work with! I was two hours away an d they held the car for us On arrival Brent was extremely busy with others customers but still worked us in At 67 years old I have had many car purchaseing experiences this being the best Ryan was awesome at financing and got the deal we requested . We have a Chevy dealership 15 miles away but I will drive that two hours again to deal with Heartland in Liberty mo .

Low pressure, very straightforward and quick process

4th dealership we visited the day we made our purchase. Located used vehicle on the internet. Called to ensure it was still available. Cody had it waiting for us when we arrived. Very courteous salesman who was not pushy at all. Short Negotiations on final price after trade in. Trey handled the finance department was the best we have experienced. Had several options for warranties and extra purchases in addition but was not pushy. Great to work with, would definitely recommend.

VW used car purchase

Mike Conway was our salesperson. He had just the right mixture of being around to answer our questions and giving us space to discuss things privately. My son was purchasing this car and it was his first car buying experience so we we're happy we had a quality salesperson with the right amount of knowledge and great personality.

Did Not Honor Agreement

Horrible experience. All numbers were agreed upon according to the salesman. The GM knew I was trading a very high end vehicle for a lesser vehicle. When I arrived at dealership today after spending an hour at the dealership the GM reneged on the numbers. Thought when he got me to the dealership he could change the agreement, I left. ALWAYS do your homework and NEVER trust a salesman or GM unless you get EVERYTHING in writing. I also found that the right front bumper had been scratched. WILL NEVER recommend this dealership nor do business. TERRIBLE!!! In response to the response, the SAME vehicle I was considering had a price agreement. They then told me that they were making only $900 and the salesmen failed to discuss any further on changes. The GM did not even have the courtesy to meet with me. The same vehicle at different dealerships. Do not really care if this review is posted or not. But glad to see the dealership is reading this. In additional response to your response. Before you call a customer a Liar, you better do your homework. I expected a check for $7400 for the difference on the trade. I was not in ANY way trying to change the agreement, nor add anything to the deal. The floor mats as well as the door edge guards were discussed with your salesman before I came in to buy the car. I even stopped into your dealership earlier that day to make sure everything was a go. The salesman informed me it was. The salesman was well aware of this request. If there was a problem with these items being included in the deal, he NEVER mentioned that it would be. I would have accepted having been told that because your margin of profit was small, that he could not include those items. He never told me that there would be a problem. It is unfortunate that you do not have the courtesy or professionalism to call me and try to resolve this issue as a gentleman Calling a customer a liar before you KNOW the facts is poor judgement on your part. You need to talk with my salesman to get it right.

Onstar sucks

Onstar has emailed, called and harassed my by phone. I did unsubscribe and they are calling, emailing me. Not okay. My sales guy said the car I bought was driven by the owners dad. That's might be the case but in fact this car I bought was from enterprise leasing from reading the title. Lying to customers will lead to serious trust issues for me.. I spent $22000 on a car and the dealert failed to fill the flipping tank with gas. It takes 16 flipping gallons to fill it up. The least thing you could of done was to fill the tank. That was a critical mistake made. It's not too late to correct the issue, but I am skeptical they will fill my tank.

I would not recommend this dealer.

sold a car without title

sold me a car without a title that took 3 months to get ,and therefor I paid late fees .And never can get in for oil changes I'm done with this

@ Heartland Chevy in Liberty Mark Law the SM was the best and only reason why we decided to purchase our new 2018 Tahoe. The whole process was flawless from start to finish. I would recommend Heartland Chevrolet to anyone that is interested in the market for a new/used vehicle.
