Waste of time

Just to add a little. This was an issue that was obvious neglect by Ford in the manufacturing prosses. Ford was completely on board to fix the problem, all I needed was for the dealer to call Ford and back me up. I know xxxx well they never even called Ford. These guys need to get jobs as night security guards somewhere so they don't have to do anything. Wrong profession for negative, lazy people.

A sales rep that listened...

Usually salesmen are too aggressive and I have to be rude to get them to listen to me. Which Kourtney she actually would listen to what I was saying and wouldn’t pressure beyond my interests in the vehicle.

Best Ford dealer in the state, worth the drive!!

Hak is an asset to Henry Day Ford and the dealership is the best in the state. Honest and they truly believe they are building relationships for years to come! I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Hak over the course of the last 15 years and haven't regretted either for even a moment.

oil change gone worng

Yesterday I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change. when I got into the vehicle the driver's seat was adjusted however the seat was damaged and unable to readjust back. when I took my concern to the manager named Isaacs I was simply told that they would need to diagnose the problem and I would be responsible to have this fixed. I was not the on that caused the damage and he insisted that the technician is withing there right to adjust the seat which of course I can understand but in doing so caused damage to the vehicle and their lack of apology or need to fix the issue was concerning. if I could rank them lower I would, and. this is after being a long time customer who even bought the vehicle from them in the past. I will not be going back to them for any need in the future and will make certain everyone I know will hear about how horrible their service is

I had some warranty issues with this dealership and VERY HAPPY to say the General manager Trent Bell stepped up and solved the problem. THANK YOU TRENT !!!!!! Your AWESOME!!! Now I'm a happy Ford owner.

Seamless process.

I was pre-approved (through my own financing) and found a decently priced used work truck at HDF & my purchase order for it was handled with professionalism. From the front desk (Nettie) to the sales reps (Darrell & Donavan) to the financing (Jake), I was treated important. I was also offered an Extended Warranty w/GAP & it made my purchase complete, THANK YOU HENRY DAY FORD!

Great service department

The best, most comprehensive and competent service department in the Salt Lake valley. I bought my vehicle there 7 years ago and the sales team was great. Hard to believe I am saying that about sales but they were honest, answered my questions and had great knowledge of the product line.

My Expedition 2016 gets driven LOTS. Regular servicing keeps it running and Ford Dealerships are always handy (they REALLY know what they are doing and guarantee the work. protecting my 125,000 mile extended warranty). Having visited many different dealerships nationally, this Quick Lane is likely the most through, professional and rapid I've found from Flordia to Oregon (just to give a view of where I drive). They examine everything that is required by Ford and then other stuff that even I don't look at (at least very often). They caught several critical issues (like a missing bolt in the driver door latch) that I walked past every time I got into the vehicle. Professionalism like that is very hard to find; this dealership has identified those employees and has made them available to make a difference for all of their customers. Thanks for being a great service department and dealership, well representing the FORD brand!! :{)

Best Auto Buying Experience, Ever!

Our salesman, Hak Derviskadic, was awesome. I've purchased many new cars and trucks over the years and have never had a more informative presentation of a vehicle; All before we ever went for a test drive. Hak was professional throughout the entire process and made sure we were completely satisfied. This was my first experience at Henry Day Ford and I was impressed. Sales, finance and management, were all friendly, helpful and professional. I will most certainly return here for my next Ford purchase. I have, and will continue to recommend both Henry Day Ford and Hak Derviskadic.

Horrible follow up

I have had 2 appointments with the service center and I say that loosely because they told me both times it would be a couple of hours until they could get my truck in. I don't know why I even have a set time. The first time I took it in I had a squeak coming from the tire. I told the device advisor you had to be under 5 mph to hear it and it started after driving about a mile. 5 hours later I call to check the status and they notify me they can't duplicate it. I drive back and am able to duplicate it with the mechanic in my truck in less than 5 mins. So the mechanic says it could be a few things and it will be and theybwill contact me. So I leave. Nobody contacts me, I call back right at closing time and I am transferred to sales, who tells m3 they have no access to my keys. So I am without a car all weekend. Come to find out it was a 20 min fix and was done on Saturday. Second time (yesterday) check engine light comes on Tues and goes off then comes on. My truck does a vehicle healthbreport that tells my phone something is wrong and I also take it to AutoZone who gives me the code with the issue. I take this to Ford and my truck at noon yesterday for my APPOINTMENT. They tell me a few hours until they can get it in. At 455, I call to check the status and the service rep says let me check I will call you back at 525 haven't heard a thing. So I call because I need a car to get my kids around the next morning and for work. I am notified they couldn't find anything wrong. I state I need my car. So I have no confidence they will follow up with the shuttle service whom I had made 2 attempts on my own to contact, so I get a ride and get my truck. And I go to start my truck today and the check engine light is on and the same code. I can see now why the bad reviews on here, and I am shopping for a new car, and I think I am going to head out to Ken Garff Ford in American Fork to purchase. I have used their service department twice and they are so much better, so I have to imagine that I would deal with a better sales department there.

Great service

I wanted to write about my sales experience with Josh at Henry Day Ford. He was extremely helpful in working with me long distance on a Tundra that was for sale. He was very upfront and honest about the condition of the truck saving me 400 miles of driving. I didn't end up buying the truck but I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can't recall Josh's last name, so I selected both since there are two, either way, you're in good hands working with this dealership.

Yvonne Pellum was so patient while we looked for what I really wanted. She was able to give me specific vehicle information that I wanted to know. Such as gear ratios, and towing capacities. I will be recommending my friends to buy at Henry Day Ford from Yvonne. At the time of the delivery of my brand new F350 Power Stroke Yvonne went over all the components in and out of the truck. She also advised me that I could come back if I had any further questions. Thank you Yvonne for your commitment to help me with finding the perfect truck!
