I have been dealing with Highbury Ford for a very long time ,since the eighties. No nonsense people and friendly. In July 2017 I bought a new Edge Titanium and today I came for the first oil change and service. Dan at service desk very helpful. The sons of the owner also number one and nice down to earth boys. I dealt all ready with there grandfather who past away many years ago and bought there last Ford 9000. By the ways I am a Ford man. Albert H

We got a great deal and have an updated version of our previous Escape for t, thanks to Mike.he same lease payment. Remote start key fob was installed promptly at no cost to match our old Escape. this is necessary in the winter since our car is parked in our driveway in all weathers.

Incredible Service

The service is always genuine and complete as per Ford's specification. Look forward to getting door lock equipment removed and replaced new before the cold weather comes due to locks freezing and not opening on cold winter days. Could be a parts defect but it needs to get done on my 2016 F150 as it was totally frustrating last winter.
