This is second Mazda vehicle to buy from Hiley. We loved our first CX-9, were very happy with the service there and so decided to stay with Mazda. Love my 2019 CX 5 - Great Value

Hiley has a beautiful new facility which was very comfortable and inviting. Went to just check out the 2019 CX 5 and ended up buying one. Its a beautiful car with great safety features. The sales process was a little nerve wreaking...but i feel i got a fair price. This is my first Mazda and look forward to years of good service from both Hiley and my new vehicle.

Great sales and service experience

The sales process (I bought 3 cars at Hiley Mazda over the last 6 years) has always been smooth and without pressure. Negotiations were fair, and follow up excellent. For service, communications are excellent, service is fast and courteous, and I like the shot video clips they send you to show you what they are seeing under the hood of your car.

Great service visit

Nicest service visit I have experienced anywhere, including 13 years of Century BMW visits. Easy to schedule online. Service drop off extremely efficient. Beautiful waiting area with a large flat screen TV and free bottled water and coffee. Service team sent videos of walk around inspection of my car at drop off (verifies condition of my car paint in case any damage occurs during the visit) as well as one of the vehicle inspection process. This is a great idea and one I’m sure all dealers will have to start doing. I was in for a software update as part of a recall. The service visit only took 1hr 40min which I was very pleased with. Delvin Cooper is an excellent service advisor.

Vastly Exceeded Expectations!

My new CX-5 needed its first scheduled maintenance and had a few minor issues. I made my appointment online (got a confirmation email) and dropped my car off (after hours) at a brand new facility that was clean, well lit and well organized. I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was ready and greeted by a service advisor (who went through all of the work that had been done) when I came in to pick up my vehicle. He then ran out and pulled my car (which had been washed) up to the door while I settled the bill. On the way home, I remember thinking I couldn't remember the last time I had such great customer service. Later that night I checked my email and had a video from Hiley showing their technician doing his once over with my car and addressing each of my concerns. Wow, I am thoroughly impressed!

Love this place

Key Reprogramming
