Truly amazing experience from start to finish.

I wish I could give more start...because they would get 10! It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone who had a hand in my purchase was amazing. Orlando and Heri are incredible. They were never pushy, always honest and gave me 110% of their attention while onsite. Frank in finance helped me make the best decision with Leasing, answered all my questions and was totally upfront without being the typical “sales guy”. Tony explained all the paperwork and continued to answer all questions lease related. It was such a smooth transaction, I still can’t believe it! I highly recommend working with this dealership and these awesome gentlemen! Thank you for getting me into my new CRV!

Great experience at Honda of Lisle

My wife and myself purchased a new 2019 Honda HRv last Saturday, 8/17/19 at Honda of Lisle. Our salesman was Tim Render. He was very helpful and offered great insights for each model car we asked. He came with us in many test drives and explained in details all the features, packages and equipment. We are very happy buyers and we had a great experience!

Great Place for a New Car

We found all the people we dealt with to be extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in all issues that were discussed. Mike especially took the time necessary to explain so many of the different options of the purchase, and also all of the new style of control instruments and controls on the dashboard. We always felt he was working as hard as possible to help us understand all things. We were very pleased with the results of all the looking, talking and purchase.

I started looking for a car mid June, and bought at the beginning of August. Bill at the Honda Superstore followed up, but never pestered me or chawed be for a sale. When I was ready, Bill was more than happy to help, and quickly. I had unexpectedly sold my previous vehicle, and needed to get a car within 24 hours. Bill made it happen at a price I was comfortable with. No nonsense.

Positive experience

Came in originally just to test drive the various levels of Accord. Tony was easygoing and very knowledgeable about each of the levels and happily gave of his time. We came back a couple of weeks later and discussed the differences between my finalists and decided on a vehicle. However they did not have the model on the lot. Tony found the desired car and then kept me the loop until it arrived.

2019 CR-V Purchase

The available inventory of vehicles is why I chose to shop at Honda of Lisle. They had over 30 CR-Vs in the trim package I was interested in. Scott is an outstanding salesman who truely knows how to treat customers. Scott had an in depth knowledge of the vehicles features and was extremely helpful during the entire buying process. Excellent customer service

We knew what we wanted to look at before we arrived at Honda of Lisle. There was a good inventory of Passports for us to consider. Our salesperson, Michelle Mamprisio, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer questions and explain features of the vehicle quite clearly. She offered a good discount under MSRP, but at first the trade-in valueshe was willing to offer for our 12 year old Honda Pilot was almost $2K less that the estimate we received from CarMax. When we pointed that out, she and her manager agreed to meet the CarMax trade-in number. Michelle was not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. She also took the time to demonstrate how many of the car's features worked. The process of paying for the new vehicle was also efficient and straightforward and took very little time since we were not looking for financing.

Todd was awesome. He was with us all the way. He did everything he could to get the best deal possible. The entire straff was a pleasure to work with. But no surprise since this is thge 5th Honda we've purchased from Honda Lisle. I would highly recommend Honda and definitely Todd. Good job everyone I give you Kudos.

Lack of information and features.

I knew exactly what I wanted before I even got there. Honda Superstore of Lisle has an awesome inventory but that comes with a lot of missing information. I was working with Tina and she was great at laying out the different payment options available but she did however failed to mention that there would be additional warranty plans that would increase your monthly payments . I was under the impression that the monthly rate we had agreed on included all warranties. This would have been nice to know earlier on in the sales process. The reason I say this was a good experience and not a great one was because it felt rushed. So rushed that I don’t even know where to make my payments. I guess something will come in the mail? When it came to explaining the vehicle features to a new owner she pretty much said to go on YouTube and watch a video or to come back on a Tuesday for a lunch and learn. I was also pretty disappointed that the 2.0t models did not come with Remote Start - that would have also been nice to know earlier on in process. Nonetheless, I do enjoy my new vehicle but I have recently discovered that it start to make a whistling sound when driving at high speeds on the highway. I think it’s coming from the vents but I’m not sure. I wish I knew who to contact to get that fixed but that was also left for me to find on my own.. perhaps on a YouTube video? PS. I would only recommend for their inventory selection.

Javier is a terrible person let alone car salesman.

Go to a dealership that doesn’t talk down to their customers like Javier did. He started yelling at us and making a scene in the store. Embarrassing for this company. Lost at least 10 people’s business that day.
