NEVER AGAIN WORKERS ARE STEALERS

Twice I had service done there and first time, they stole some loose change and my phone device holder. Second time, they stole the rest of my loose change that was in my white wristlet purse. And there was a lot of loose change in that white wristlet. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE WORKERS. SUCH STEALERS!!!!

I would not recommend this dealer.

Never Again

I wish I could leave a better review. Unfortunately, after all these years of doing business with them and unlike any of my previous experiences at Honda West this by far has been the absolute WORST! I took in my car to have it looked at with DOMINICK P. the other day and found myself second guessing if I need a new dealership. At first he was understanding of the problem and even offtered me a car wash. Nonetheless, when I picked up my car he did not even go through me what was the problem and was rushing me (yes rushing me) to get out of there. In addition, he had said I could follow up on some questions once I returned to pick up the car. Again, I never even got to ask those questions. In addition, and this is not a major issue was that why promise something and then not keep it. When they brought my car it still had not been washed and they seemed so bothered when I asked them why it had not been done if it was part of the package. With all this being said I am extremely disappointed.

I would not recommend this dealer.

not very helpful

It was a fine experience until the final purchase. The salesmen was not accurate in the warranty information given to us. And also was not accurate with the financing rate. They were able to honor the financing rate told to us in the end. Once we told the financing guy that we were not purchasing any extra warranty or insurance, he was no longer friendly to us, and tried to rush us through the process. Our salesmen left before we left with our new car. Neither the salesmen or the finance guy congratulated us. And also they only gave us 1 key, nor did they fill up the gas tank. They did say that they will give us another key.

I would not recommend this dealer.

The worst customer service

My friend went to service to Honda west on May 21st. They talked her into buy new car for ridiculous interest and high amount of car payment. We went to return her car. They just ignored us and rude to us. I never ever buy a car from Honda West. I had the worst experience my life. Tim,Larry and Atiq were not helpful at all....

Superior Customer Service

Ever since I purchased my new 1998 Honda, in 1998, I have always taken my car to the Honda Dealership Service Dept. and here's why... Recently, I contacted the Honda Service Dept. and told them that my oil filter may have fallen off and asked if I could bring the car in. The person over the phone suggested I have the car towed in, since it was smoking when I got home. She made an appointment for me with Service Rep. Saun for when the car would arrive by tow. The tow truck picked up my car; I called the Serv. Dept. to let them know the car was on its way and that my husband would meet the tow truck there. Saun met with my husband and said he would call us as soon as they evaluated the car, about 2 hours. He called and said I needed a new oil filter and advised on getting an oil change since we lost so much oil; I asked if I could use some Honda Service coupons I had received via email; he applied them and included a tire rotation all for $34 total; within 45 mins he called back to say the car was ready for pick-up; plus they washed the outside of car! Great Service and all I had to do was call.

Pros and cons...

I called and scheduled repair appointment. There were three specific repairs report to the scheduler and I stated that a time the next week would be okay. I was scheduled for the next day at 8:00am and brought my vehicle in at 7:30am the day of the appointment. I told the service advisor the three specific repair needs, so he was aware. The scheduler and service rep were friendly. I get a call later that day and it was apparent that almost nothing had been done. I get a call midday the next day and was told that a part was needed and the repair would not be completed until three days later. In addition, the service representative more than implied that the timing belt issue may not be covered by the warranty (at 23,000 miles) because another vendor had completed an oil change. I expressed that there is no possible way that would be fair or reasonable. It may be they test the waters to avoid paying on the warranty in case a customer is gullible enough to acquiesce. When the job was complete, it was covered. Thus, even though I had an appointment, it took five days to complete the repairs. One reason to pay a little more at a dealer because they would have the parts, especially those relevant to a common repair such as a timing belt issue.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Service Adviser Rodrigo is friendly, helpful & informative. I always make the trip to Honda West from Henderson due to the consistent high level of service. It starts with Rodrigo, to the service techs, to the Manager Evan Childs. I bought my Honda Accord EXL here 3 years ago & i've returned to Honda West for all my service since. This is one of the few places i can recommend without hesitation!
