Not only did Honda of Fife change my oil, but they inspected a leaky window and after noticing my door was sagging, they fixed it at no charge! As always their waiting room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for the popcorn!

Seamless Process

Thanks, Terry for a seamless process. Everyone seemed prepared for our visit. I appreciated the quick follow up to our AutoTrader email. We had plans to look at three other cars that day. Thank you or making my new Ford Windstar van available to me. I will be in the market next year for a vehicle. I plan to stop by Honda Fife during my search.

I like the service at Honda at Fife.

I have a 2007 Honda Pilot and I have had repair work done at South Tacoma Way Honda and Honda at Fife. The guys at South Tacoma Way Honda did a horrible job doing a tune up on my Pilot. The guys at Honda at Fife never did any bad work on my Pilot. So, I now avoid going to South Tacoma Way Honda and bring my Pilot to the Honda dealership up in Fife!

Dani, as always, was attentive and focused and took care of the maint needs. I question the business model which directs that any salesperson answering a question from someone having a vehicle serviced has had a "turn" and must go to the end of the line again. On these occasions I would like to use the waiting time to inquire about technical developments, etc in preparation for an actual visit to purchase.

long wait

everyone there was so nice! really amazing customer service. however the first day i went they ran out of the airbag i needed for my car so i returned the next day and waited an hour and a half (maybe more) for my car to be finished.

Had my car towed with a faulty battery

Faulty battery I’m told. We went to the park and when I was leaving, car wouldn’t start. 2018 I got in December of 2018. Had it towed. Was told the tow truck driver could leave my keys at the sales desk and they’d be expecting him. Not the case when he arrived. He was told they wouldn’t know what to do with those keys and he’d have to drop them in the drop box. That was a hassle because if that was something he was going to have to do, I was supposed to ride with him. I didn’t go because you folks said he could leave them with a live person which is triple aaa policy. But he was a nice driver so he did it. Just a bit frustrating for us. Dealership service department said it likely sat in the lot and was just a bad battery. Replaced it for free. Also did an oil change because I told them I got the notice for service due—and could they perform said service—I did not realize it was an oil change because I had just had one done there recently. When I picked up they said we did your oil change. I said, but didn’t I just have one recently? They looked it up and said oh yes this one was early but close to being due. This is fine, except these oil changes were covered under my warranty and my next one is not. I barely drive my car and probably wasn’t actually due for the change for at least another month or two. Doing it early, means it will be due again much sooner than it would have been. Which is money out of my pocket and I’m a single mother on one income. So that was a little frustrating. Something else I’d like to mention, when I had my Kia, anytime I took it in for service I got it back vacuumed out and washed. It wasn’t ever spotless, but it was very nice and made me come back to the Kia dealership for service even after it wasn’t required. Your dealership does not do either of these things. You did wash my car, because I asked if it was something you could do. I never asked the Kia dealership for vacuuming or washing but they always did it with oil changes or Any type of service. It’s just something that would’ve taken you guys just a few minutes and made my already bad experience with my brand new vehicle breaking down—a little brighter but wasn’t even offered. When I purchased the car, I did ask if this was something that was done in your service department and was told yes—I’ve had my car there twice and neither time was it offered or done so that’s disappointing for sure. Your staff is beyond friendly. The nicest people I have ever dealt with. From the young man who picked me up, to the receptionist to the man who took my call the night before.
