Customer in a panic.....

It took longer than expected to get there but Robert Miller helped me and checked right away to make sure someone was available to service my car so late in the day. I’m so grateful that he didn’t just turn me away because I really needed my car fixed ASAP. I too work in customer service so it was nice to be treated so well at Honda Hayward. Thanks Rob, because of your team’s great service I will certainly come back again.

Low pressure tire sensor

I was travelling and my tire pressure notification came on. The dealer got me right in and checked my tires and reset the notification sensor. They were very pleasant and did not charge me anything. I don't remember the name of the ones who helped me out.

Purchasing used Honda civic

This dealer is very helpful,nice and friendly. Specially the finance director Phi Le he help us to lower our monthly payment within our budget and the percentage rate was low. And sales person Cynthia and her Sales Manger. They have honest and respectful. I definitely recommend this dealer Honda Hayward. If you guys want to purchase used or new just go to this place.

10k mile service Honda Odyssey

Easy to schedule online, reasonable check-in time, 2 hour wait time for service. Everyone friendly and helpful. Clean waiting room and bathroom.. They have Peets coffee and healthy snacks available. Television and magazines. Looking forward to their new Service Location when completed in 2020.

Airbag recall

I recently went to Hayward Honda service center for a airbag recall and as soon as I got there the guy who did the inspection prior the service told me that the airbag light was not gonna be removed because it was something else wrong with the airbag,assuming without taking in consideration that the problem with my car was specifically related with the passenger airbag and needed to be replaced per Honda dealer suggestion. This guy was trying to charge me 159.00 for diagnostic because he was way too smart and assumed that was another issue related with that airbag light. I won't go there again and hope next time they try to charge you or sell you something else you might not need for yoir car,make sure you ask somebody else or wait until you find out that it really needs to be fixed or replaced.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Oil Change And Battery Issue

I came to visit the dealership for an oil change and battery issue. The employee that helped me was Robert Miller. I informed him that I needed an oil change and that my car had died on me twice. He informed me that the staff would take a look at it. I waited in the waiting room and he informed me that it was a battery issue. Robert is an excellent staff and knows how to provide customer service.

quick and smooth service

What xxxx title do you want

Disappointed on a couple of minor things. They could have had it washed while the paperwork was being done and they could have replaced the floor mats. The one on the passenger side is damaged. A minor cost to them, at best.

Shopping an accord but got a Clarity!

I was talking to Ella in the email about getting an Accord Hybrid. When we get there Ella greeted us politely and told us they wontbe getting the model that we like until two weeks. She recommended us the Clarity Plugin Hybrid. We found out about getting incentives and we went for it! Got the car the same day and we were there at around 5pm. We took home the car around 8pm. We just gotta get back to them for cleaning but no big deal. I enjoyed the experience with Ella!

No experience service writer

I gave my Honda oddest for servicing. On the same day when I drive it I knew the power steering fluid needs too off. When I took it again the following needs immediate attention The brakes The transmission fluid The new alternator The power steering fluid How come all this was not noticed on my initial servicing .I was told not to. Drive as by brakes needs immediate attention. Why didn’t the service underwriter Or the tech called me to let me know about this important services needed That these things are needed
