Quick no hassle

I saw the car I purchased on auto trader and called the dealer to check availability. After a few phone calls video email and a text we were sealing the deal. The car hasn't been delivered yet so until then it's 4 stars but if it shows up quickly and detailed they deserve a 5. No hassle quick deal is how I like to work. I would buy from them again. Good job 👍

Excellent sales and sales manager experience. worked with us to get the right Armada and more importantly right price. Greg and Jeff in sales did a great job finding us the right vehicle that fit our needs. Greg very knowledgeable. Jeff was somewhat new but very friendly and did not push us to buy a car.

Average...Nothing Special

The folks were nice but didn't show they appreciated my business. No Armor All on Dash...bare minimal was done to clean interior. First stop after we got the car was a Car Wash. They forgot the temp. plate. I called days later about it. Even though I called ahead to tell them, the temp. plate was not ready when my son got to the dealership to get it. The day we got the car, nobody walked us out to the car after purchase. The Salesperson was too busy with another customer. They didn't even fill the gas tank. Customer is lacking. They made us feel that since it wasn't a new car they didn't appreciate our business.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst experience of my life. 😢

TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE! I’m so upset! My husband bought van from them in May 2018 and in October, it turned off while taking my daughter to school. We lived in Savannah and got it towed to Grainger. The engine was messed up - luckily it had the lifetime warranty on it or I would have been stuck with than $10K bill. It took 2 months to fix. They didn’t want to pay the bill. They stopped answering phone calls from Grainger or returning calls. Since I bought it from Hudson, they were liable to pay that bill. Grainger had us in an Armada so we could have something close to the same size as our van. However, 2 weeks of trying to reach Hudson with no response on the bill, Grainger understandably, wanted their Armada back and I would be without a car. I attempted to call and kept getting voicemails. When I did reach them, they told me they could loan me a Versa and I could take the Armada back to Grainger. A VERSA?! I have 3 children in 3 car seats and a double stroller. I don’t have a van for show. 🙄 Finally my mom went to the dealership, since she was in Charleston and we finally got some answers. It shouldn’t have taken all of that. It was ridiculous that it took that much effort. I was in tears feeling defeated. Hudson finally paid the bill and my van was fixed. Now, here we are in April 2019 and my car started clicking and hindering between braking and accelerating. I took it to Hudson on Rivers as they closer to me in Summerville and it’s transmission. Again, thankful for the lifetime warranty but at this point I just don’t trust the vehicle. And It’s what my children and I are in daily so I need to trust it. But something must be wrong it. I don’t drive it like that. I attempted to go in to Nissan on Savannah Highway today to get rid of it and buy something else - but was told I had to have what I owe on the van in the new loan. But - they added some money on my trade due to my previous issues. I don’t want the added money. I want it off of my hands. I shouldn’t have to deal with if it this much of a hassle. I will note, Maria, the salesperson, was helpful and tried to do what she can as she totally understood the issues. It was whoever was in the back offices. It’s almost been a week and I’m in a loaner from Hudson Nissan on Rivers waiting on the transmission. Not blaming the Rivers location, the West Ashley location sold me the van and should buy it back so I can be in a safer and more reliable vehicle and not have to worry about that van turning off on me in the middle of traffic. I am so upset and disappointed with how I have been treated. I should trust the car and the dealership and at this point - I hope no one else has to deal with this awful level of service. Literally feel treated like trash after purchase and crying now as they won’t take back that van that obviously was never any good.

Simple oil change

Called on Saturday to make a appointment for oil change. Excited that they where open early and on MLK day. So appointment to my knowledge was set monday 730am. Pulled up 720am stood outside the door till they opened. A man asked what was i there for and i told him and he explained that i had to pull my car to the service doors and wait in the line😡 so now i pull up to service doors 2 cars in front of me. 1 on the right n im behind 1. Get in and set up service. Was told should be done by 830 or with i want the wash 930ish. Just aint been wanting to wait so just asked to get it done quick 830 it is. My car been left the bay and over all friendly service but as i sat and waited a little after 8 i see a car that looks like mines lonely in the parking lot. But paid no mind cause ive been here before and im use to the adviser sending you texts bout whats going on.and i didnt get any. So now its 845 same car sitting there i go check it cause i also see people after me getting feed back personally and getting out the door quick. So i checked n it was my car. So with nothing i just figured the adviser was busy and my text was late coming. But hey my car should be ready its pass the time he gave me so let me pay and go home. Been at work since sunday night at 7pm and got of 7am monday. Wait to speak to him and xxxxx wow he is like oh let me check cause im like my car is right there is it ready? Comes back blah blah oh well didnt know but ur car is next there was 4 cars ahead of you👊😤 but ur car is next. Sigh....now its 850 and im still sitting here waiting and im watching cars come out of bay area and go inside.but still no one grabs my car. At 930 i see my car moved and taken. So lets see here been here since 730 and its 945 now and my car was not touched untill. 930. Now with that said i came here to get all my service done by here based on pass experience from Danny who was very knowledgeable and friendly and honest bout what is or what not. To where i felt based on my experience with him it was excellent and on time as well as information was provided threw out my wait. As for today nothing of the sort😢. And oh yeah after i thought my car was ready a text came in at 847 wow. I know next time appointments are not really made. Its a pull up to the door and wait type thing lol and i will next time just stick to who i know i know and thats Danny all day. Even as im still waiting i see him walking round giving feedback. Never seen the one who checked my car in once since i been in waiting area since 730 smh. Wow 930-955 they done.but i want car washed but my car passenger side looks like they speed threw a mud paddle😡730-10 thanks
