Ski Racks

I did not lease my car from this dealership, but when I pulled in with a ski rack that I had bought from a third-party and Explorer that I at leased from a totally different dealership, Vincent instantly climbed on top of my car and installed it without a second thought and without making me feel slighted for not being able to accomplish the feat by myself.

I would recommend this dealer.

Destroyed Transmission

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape with 54,000 miles. I brought it into Ford right after I purchased it for a recall and I agreed to do a recommended Transmission fluid service. There was basically nothing wrong with the car as confirmed by the mechanic. I did not drive the car much after that. I then took it on a longer trip. At 600 miles after the transmission fluid service the transmission burned up because it had no fluid. Ford says that the axle bushing leaked. From everything I have read the axle bushing would not leak that fast. Also, if a major leak existed, why did they not see it when they did the transmission service? I have not gotten anywhere with the service manager. They took no responsibility except to tell me it would be $5400 to repair. I do not have the money to fix the car now so I am stuck. I drove in with a working car and a short time later I have a scrap heap. Do not get your car serviced at this dealer!

WOULDN'T FIX MY AIR BAGS THAT WERE RECALLED SO I WENT TO FRED MAROTTI AND HE FIXED ME UP W/ A NEW EDGE. VERY NICE PERSON AND VERY HELPFUL, EVEN DELIVERED MY NEW CAR..CALL HIM!

Horrible service dept

I have been a customer here for many years since it first came to Huntington and was a customer when it was in Syosset before that. I own a business and for the past 7 or 8 years I buy on average 2 new vehicles each year. I currently own almost 20 Fords in total. In 2016, I purchased a new F150 that almost cost me $65,000. It has been nothing but a nightmare. So far, an AC compressor has been changed, keyless entry malfunction that would not allow me to unlock the vehicle to gain entry, 4x4 did not work from day one and had to be brought back twice to be fixed correctly, sunroof shade rail gets loose and rattles very loudly which has been fixed twice and once again two days after repair it rattles again, returned for two recalls, radio/GPS/phone system periodically stops working and had to be looked at three different occasions, passenger seat headrest supports in seat became loose and rattled, knocking sounds under front drive of truck, vibrations through accelerator during overtaking acceleration (only stated recently and I'm told this is normal!!!!!) . This truck is only 2 years old with 30,000 miles. These issues have been happening since I bought it new two years ago. Twice they took the truck and both times they left me with no vehicle for 3 weeks each time. I need a vehicle every day for work and multiple meetings. It costs me over $100 each day to travel by local transportation and taxi's. Not once did they offer a loaner and I was denied when I asked because it was not considered their luxury brand. At $65,000 and the fact that I buy new vehicles almost every year for the past 7 years or so, I would have though they would accommodate me better. If I can't get good service I can't imagine how bad it is for someone that just buys a personal vehicle once in a while. Terrible......horrible

Great follow up and sales process

I didn't even buy from these guys as I am going a completely different route than the pick up I was looking at, but Vin was a pleasure to work with and worked harder for my business and to make me happy than anyone I've ever worked with. I wish I could buy the car I wanted through him and his dealership.

The Best!

Brought my brand new F-150 in for its first oil change. The Service Manager Michael Apuzzo greeted me at my car as I drove in. Michael is the best! He answered all my questions, and had my car serviced and ready for me super fast. The entire staff in the service department is super friendly and courteous. I wont take my truck anyplace else. Thank you for an excellent service experience!

Got directed to Huntington Lincoln through Lincoln concierge. Third dealer ( two different dealers before Huntington) attempting to remedy brake rotor issues on a 2016 MKC. The service advisor Mike Apuzzo was terrific. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Great experience. Every dealer needs a person like him on staff.

I cannot rehash what I've already said about getting my truck to the dealership for the recall of the airbags so moving forward to the return of my vehicle.... although the Ford Corporation left me a message that my vehicle will be picked up and brought back to me if a loaner car wasn't available the general manager Troy at this facility doesn't feel he has to abide by the policies put forth by Ford in his words"" it's like McDonald's having to fix a hamburger that Burger King messed up""", even though my car was finished before the closing time they would not bring my truck back they told me I had to find my own way there even after I told them I had no way nor did I have any funds for a cab,, they just didn't care,, Lauren actually hung up on me so I was stranded without a way home,,, I am 61 years old I left my job in Babylon at 6 p.m. and I got home to Shirley at 1 in the morning I went from 7:11 to 7:11 on the service road of Sunrise Highway asking people for rides and by the grace of God I made it home safely, I wasn't able to get to work the next day. Troy the general manager told me hed bring my truck back if I took down my review, he doesn't feel any obligation to bring me my truck and I should be very grateful that he fixed it in the first place because he doesn't get paid for it,,, so my advices if you want the backing of the Ford Corporation stay away from this dealership

Ford Lincoln Of Huntington service department is by far the best. The whole team is exceptional but I have been working with Mike Apuzzo for several years now and I can't say enough about how he treats his customers from start to finish. Salesman kept his word

Turning in a lease on a 2015 Escape and needed to reduce monthly payments. Originally looked at SEL with lower payments than I was making on the 2015. After looking at a Honda CRV, Vincent offered an upgraded Titanium with all the bells and whistles for a 2.5 K down and a monthly payment lower than the SEL. At closing, the business manager wanted to add a bank fee but Vincent and his manager held firm on the agreed upon price. I appreciate someone sticking by their word.

This was the worst car buying experience we ever had.

In August my husband's 1996 Mazda truck bought the farm. As we all know on Long Island we all need cars to get around. Because of this we were on the hunt for a truck to replace the one that died. We went into many car dealerships and ended up at Ford Lincoln of Huntington. We gave them the specs we were looking for in a truck, miles, color and the amount we wanted to pay. There was a Nissan Frontier that we were interested in. After speaking about financing at the dealership they stated we could not finance other model vehicles through Ford. The only truck we could finance was a Ford truck. They showed us a white Ford F150. The entire truck was filthy. There was mud on and around the gas pedal, this truck was not washed or detailed. My family has purchased many used cars and trucks before from different dealerships and never have we had a car or truck given to us in such a state. Due to the truck being so dirty and the milage on the truck being so high we took the truck to our mechanic to check the truck out. There was a laundry list of things wrong with the truck. Just to name a few: there was an oil leak, cracked belts, it needed rotors and the tires were dry rotted. According to the inspection sticker this truck "passed inspection" with all of these issues and was safe to be driven. We went back to Ford with this list and was told to go to the Service Center to have their people look at it. They stated at the service center that the dry rotted tires were good enough to drive on this winter. I became frustrated at their lack of concern for my family's safety that I went back to speak to my mechanic about these blatant concerning safety issues. After speaking with my mechanic I was told to contact Motor Vehicle Safety due to many problems with this truck. Motor Vehicle Safety referred me to the Attorney General about these safety issues. I was told that a vehicle with that many problems should not have an inspection sticker. We informed Ford of our next course of action was to contact the AG of NY state. We were called that same day and told to bring the truck in. We had to leave the truck at the service center for over a week, no courtesy car was offered, all the repairs we asked for on the multiple occasions we took the truck in were finally done. This place is so piddling that good luck coins that were thrown in the truck were missing after they finally got around to cleaning the inside truck. The only advice I can give anyone reading this is don't buy anything from this place, it is a scam, they deliberately bait and switch the vehicles, they do not take care of the basic maintenance required to sell the vehicles and once they have your money they do not try to help you at all. I had to threaten legal action in order to get anything done, and the things that were done were basic maintenance. The two salesmen that sold us the truck names are AJ Pell and Vincent Visceglia

Honest, fair, personable

We were treated with respect by the salesperson, financial person and other dealer personnel. The vehicle features were explained and the test drive was great. No high pressure tactics. They worked with us to get the best price and all rebates for our lease Would definitely come back for another Ford.
