I have always loved the service from Hyundai Pembroke and the staff are very helpful!! In all my years and my 3 vehicles from Pembroke Hyundai I've only received excellent service and attention.

My appointment at Hyundai Pembroke was a pleasant visit. Very friendly and every aspect of the service was explained to me. A clean and positive atmosphere. Very happy with my service. I recommend this dealership. Everyone is friendly.

Thanks to Andre, he was wonderful explaining what was happening and giving excellent advice. I have never felt so welcome and well treated by a car repair shop. I would recommend this dealer for service to anyone who will listen.

My worst service experience in 40 years!

By Should have got service elsewhere on 5/20/2017 at 2:57 AM. Helped by Service Manager.

Check to make sure the service work has actually been performed. I was not satisfied with their service and when I expressed my concern to the Service Manger and showed him the issue he became irritated and told me to leave. Dealer management was no help whatsoever and showed no interest in customer service or responding to me. Double check their work!

I would not recommend this dealer.
