this place is a joke

first of all I made an appointment for service on 2 recalls,on arrival there were 10-15 cars lined up in the street and I was told to get behind the last car.Since I didn't think it was safe to do I just left that day.Since then I've made numerous attempts to call for the service area and the phone just rings and noine picks up.Today I got an operator who finally connected to the service area who transferred me to someone else and I left a message to call me back. So far no return call.I'm going to try to get service from another dealer b is great but service sucksThe carut am totally unsatisfied with Hyundai lic and Hyundai in general.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst dealership ever! STAY AWAY!

I get to the dealership and start walking around fully expecting 1 of the 10 sales people watching a game on the show room floor to ask me if they can help, but not one did. 3 other salesman are out front smoking “cigarettes “ and come waltzing right in front of me and don’t bother to help either. After 30-35 minutes of waiting i decide my time and money is worth more than these people so I ask for a supervisor and politely let him know the situation. The response I got was ,”yea someone did help you” at which I said no problem I won’t be spending my money here. I just wanted to let you know. And then walked out with a smile on my face for not giving those people my hard earned money.

I would not recommend this dealer.

This dealership is a joke

One of the worst dealership so far. It was great before you sign your paper. I purchased a Santa Fe limited with good offer but there was many sneaky trick they tried to fool me. First thing was the tax. I live in NJ and I gave them NJ drivers license and they tried to charge me in NY tax rate. I corrected it and they fixed it. Also tried to add up as much as possible to the final bill. Thankfully I was able to correct that. That was still fine because human can make mistake but after I purchased my vehicle, I made me think that they were trying to fool me. First of all they promised me $40 for the test drive credit. They were keep telling me that I will get it by tomorrow. I know that it does not make more than 10 minutes to get it but they lied as well. Next day I called and tried to figure out how its going, they sales rep was ignoring me. I also turned in my leased vehicle because they offered me that they will pay my rest of payments. Sales rep sent me a picture message that He was working on it next day but it never did. A month later I received a message from my leasing company that payment has not been made. I called my leasing company that I turned in my vehicle to hyundai dealer. They were not aware of it. I called and figure out what is going on. Lady who took the phone told me she will leave sales manager a message so he or she can call me back. I waited 48 hours and not a single call. I called again to find out what is going on. Another lady helped me out that If I send statement to the sales manager's email and they will take care of it. I sent it the same day and no response for another 48 hours. Now I am about to give them another week before I seek for legal assistance. I hope they stop ignore what they have done and do what they have to do before it gets dirty.

they are theif

i bought inner tyroid for $87 i went to my mechanic he said he need outer tyroid when i came here to returned they said we cant return this item becouse i open the bag then same item they took for $30 same day they are big thief the guy he work here idiot i suggest never ever go to this place

I’m so happy I came here! Ray was the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He was straight forward. He was honest. No surprises on those hidden fees some dealers hit you with! He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and did his absolute best to get me the best price possible! I recommend anyone that comes here to ask specifically for him! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Ray Torres 2 weeks ago when we were browsing for a new car. He took the time to sit with us and explained all of our options not knowing if we were going to purchase a car. Of course with his great personality and salesmanship we return to Ray and are now leaving Hyundai with a new SUV at a great price. We will recommend Ray and Hyundai

Service Hyundai

Jason Bae in the Service Department helped me with an issue I had with my Sonata. The staff looked busy the day I brought by car but Jason was extremely helpful and he seemed to know a lot about cars which sometimes past service advisers wouldn't care to explain. I had no idea what the problem was but he explained to me exactly what the issues were..Thank you!!!

Worth the wait

This would be my third time purchasing a car from Hyundai of LIC. The guys there are very much interested in getting you the best deal for your buck. To be honest though it always takes quite a few hours to reach an agreement. It’s a lot of back and forth. But in the mean time they do try to work with you to get the best deal.

Very Rude Staff and terrible service

I went to there to change oil. But they didn't drain old oil out, just add new oil. When I came back to home, I checked oil with stick, which shows double amount of oil in my engine. It's so bad,,, so poor.... I don't have any idea how to describe this long island hyundai service center. When I back to there, staffs are extremely rude. No one say sorry to me. Don't use this center please.

He do not know how to treat customers and you better stay in mechanic department. First, learn to be civilized. You got paid by customer and I am not saying customers are always rite. You got be little decency to other people. Sale consultant should people living person and if u r not ... better change profession.

Bad Service from Rude Staff

Terrible customer service from staff who are inept and unhelpful. I bought my car at this dealership and tried them three times for servicing the vehicle but after three bad experiences the last of which was the worst customer service experience of my life - I will not return and will never buy from this dealership again.

Frustrated!

Being charged over $1600 for a lease return that was returned 8 months ago and it is all because of their negligence. They lie constantly.

I went to the place to get maintenance on my car and I we walked out with a brand new car, thanks to IB. Price was too much for us but we decided to go for it and try to pay it sooner so we will feel great at the end
