They fired my car and they have no parts!!
Can I give them Zero Stars? Well, I took my car in for a recall on saturday and they blew up my electrical system in my car. I have a Hybird and they gave a non hybird to drive while I wait. They assure my that my car would be ready Tuesday after they replace the parts except my one and half year old brand new car will not start any more. They tell me that they don't know what is the probably now. They have to call the hot tech line. They have had my can 5 days. I am stuck driving a car that I have to fill up every 3 days instead of once a week. I call to talk to the General Manager and the receptionist give me the run around and refuse to let me speak to him becasue he is in meeting and that is more important than his customers. She won't answer the phone and keeps sending me to voice mail and advisor won't answer the phone either. Now, here i am with a crappy rental car and I can't get any help and the receptionist is being a pain and won't offer any help! Now, I think I think I need a lawyer and going to talk to the news stations. I get no update and I can't talk to a manager becasue the receptionist is being a b8tc5 woman. Who is going to pay me for extra gas. Update I might get my car back friday!! They don't know if that is goign to fix it!!! The really sad thing is that they don't know what they did to break my car and they don't know how to it fix. They had to call the Tech line. They think it might be a fuse now which means they pushed a huge amount of electricity through my car. What other damage did they do to it? is my battery damaged is other stuff damage? They don't know because they don't know how to fix it after they broke it. I start a case with Hyundai USA. I am calling NBC news tomorrow since the GM at Hyundai of Serramonte is in a meeting and too busy to talk to his customers.

I took my car in for servicing and received excellent professional service.. Alexei kept me informed of what additional services were needed. Victor was the shuttle driver and was extremely courteous and professional in handling my transportation needs.

good car buying experience
I walked on the lot and wasn't "attacked" by a salesman, Nick calmly asked if he could help, told him what I wanted, he showed me the inventory, didn't push me towards higher priced cars when I showed him the model I wanted, I took the car for a test drive, Nick explained everything about the car. He made me feel at ease, as much as I hate buying new cars, Nick changed my outlook about car salesman.

Zamir Hyundai Serramonte
Zamir was helpful and I felt no pressure from him to sign another lease. He was helpful explaining my end of my previous lease and starting a new one. My boyfriend and I asked him many many questions and he patiently explained them all. He followed up with me twice after I left the lot to make sure I was still as happy as I was the day we drove it away.

Our first Hyundai
So excited about our new car! Fernando and Tommy took good care of us. They were patient as we test drove several different models and they worked with us to get the best possible price for our car and the exact features we were looking for. We did end up spending a little more than we thought because we added after market leather. If you’re looking for a hybrid, the new Ioniq is a great bet!! I highly recommend Serramonte Hyundai!

The sales team treated us like kings and I will highly recommend this dealership to everyone!! We were given red carpet treatment from the minute we arrived until we left in our new car. Every employee that saw us in the waiting area offered assistance (it was a short 5 min wait) and I felt every single employee went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. I have never experienced thos service at any other dealership and we did shop quite a few! SERRAMONTE HYUNDAI IS A CUT ABOVE THE REST BY FAR!!!!
