I was in the process of buying a truck, spoke to a salesman who assured me if I drive the hour and a half to this Napleton of Infiniti in Macon, I would get a good deal. I arrived at Napleton of INFINITI in Macon, everyone there was very nice and courteous, everything was going very well, I told him I had my own financing and the salesman and I agreed on a price for the trade-in of my truck, and the purchase price of the new vehicle but when I got to the finance guy things changed to put it bluntly the finance guy is an xxx. I guess the finance guy thought I would not read the paperwork, first off from the time me and the salesman agreed on the price of my truck and the price on the vehicle I was purchasing my trade-in had depreciated 3,000 dollars in less than ten minutes.Then he kept trying to tell me that’s what my truck is worth I told him no that’s not the price me and the salesman agreed on, after another five minutes of a heated discussion when he was convinced that I was not budging from the price the salesman and I had agreed too, he got up to talk to the salesman about the price of my trade-in. The finance guy came back in his office where I was waiting for him and then he raised the trade-in price up 1,000 dollars I proceeded to tell him again, this is not the price, the finance guy said let’s just agree that this is the price, I said no, after that he wanted me to finance the vehicle through Infiniti he said he could get me a better deal, the deal through Infiniti was for 4 years at a higher price and higher payment, than the 5 years deal I had at a lower price and because I would not accept his terms of the higher price deal through Infiniti the finance guy said he would not do the deal anymore at the already negotiated price, he actually raised the price of the vehicle then I replied because I will not accept your terms of me paying more for this truck now you will not do this deal we agreed upon he said yes, I responded this is crazy. The finance guy at Napleton of Infiniti in Macon is a liar and all things bad that you hear about car dealerships, I’m sure you have lost a lot of business because of his racist, scheming, and tasteless behavior. After that experience the whole attitude of the dealership changed when I left his office and walked out the other people there seemed to follow his lead except the guy from Ohio, and the receptionist they were the only two people that still spoke but no one else. I will never recommend anyone to go to Napleton of Infiniti in Macon. Some weeks later the General Manager called me from this dealership because of the response I left pertaining to my visit at this dealership, he said he was concerned about it as well as he should be, we spoke briefly and he said he would call me back I believe it’s been 3 weeks, if not longer I still haven’t received a phone call, like I always say the tail of the snake is a distinct copy of the head of the snake. Nevertheless I got a great deal from Infiniti in Augusta Ga. if you’re in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle they will really work with you and the finance guy won’t change the price on you, it’s a three and a half hour drive but it’s well worth it, the drive saved me thousands of dollars.

This was by far the best dealership that I’ve been to!! Heath Harris was amazing! He asked if we were interested in looking at anything in particular, took us to the vehicle we were set on, got the keys, went for a drive , came back and started the process of getting what we thought was going to be a long day of paperwork. It went very smooth, and quick!! From the time we arrived everyone was super nice, friendly service.
