Aaron was great. Service was excellent. Not reaching the 25 word minimum is simply an irritation. If you want a candid response to the survey, pick up the phone and call. Aaron has the number. From this point forward all categories except as will be listed as below standards solely on the basis of the surveys refusal to accept my input. Understand!

Scott was great service guy, he quickly got to the issue I came for., plus a transmission code popped up.. He got me any car and I was in my way in no time.. I was very thankful they find that problem and corrected it before warranty was out.. Great service

Because I went to 3 Infiniti dealers down south Florida area and not one could tell me what was going on with my car. I took it to Infiniti Tallahassee and Chad diagnosed my car in less than 30 minutes ordered the Part it cam in record time and less than 2 days I was back on the road! Chad the master Tech at Infiniti Tallahassee ROCKS!!

Pissed

Entered the center for a simple oil changed and departed with a damaged hood. Where is the customers consideration or safety. The tech felt in not deemed necessary to advise my husband that the hood was not secured properly and let him leave the lot in that manner. Note, when the vehicle arrived there the hood was secure and functioning fine. However, I don’t think the techs are qualified nor certified to be working on our vehicles. This is not the first nor the second incident with them.

Excellent customer service! I had my car serviced there. They are fast, friendly, reasonably priced and great communicators. I scheduled online and received a text and email reminder. I received a text when my car was ready. No sales pitch or pressure for add ons.. Getting my car serviced was seamless.

Should have, could have done more

I brought my car here for an oil change and was given some recommendations. One Of those recommendations were to have the same dealer different location check a possible oil leak. What didn’t make sense to me was why they couldn’t find out where the oil leakage was instead of just changing the oil and have a more oil to leak out. Now I need to take my car to the Nissan dealership and have the same oil drained out to repair the oil leak. Waste of time and money.

Will Drake made our visit the best car buying experience!

Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly and the front desk person was very polite. Will Drake, our sales person, introduced himself and carried himself in a very professional manner. He was honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy/aggressive at all. He knew the qx80 inside and out. He was courteous, friendly, and offer us a drink. He put us at ease and helped us make a big decision. David Hunt, the sales manager, was pleasurable and helpful as well. No doubt, this was the best car buying experience we ever had.

Very unhappy, burning foot

I have a 2017 QX50, took it in to get checked service tech (Dave)was really rude about the whole thing with his questions and why I waited so long to bring it in. The service tech put a thermometer and drove it on and almost got my QX50 hit by another vehicle, the service tech checked the thermometer when we arrived back at the Infiniti service center which read Heat of 135 degrees coming from vent burning my foot when I apply the brakes. The service Dept. Scott told me that that they would have to do more research on the why this was happening. Their results were ALL VEHCILES have the same problem with heat on your foot while applying the brakes. I replied (NO THEY DON"T) I had a 2006 Honda Pilot and my Toyota did not burn my foot . I replied can't you put a heat shield to keep the heat from burning my foot/ The service department employee told me that there was nothing that they could do and I would just have to turn my A/C on while I drive. Very, Very disappointed with the Infiniti service department and dealership and would not recommend to anyone to buy an Infiniti from the Tallahassee.
