Scam warranty

I was sold a warranty that has turned out to be a complete waste of money. The manager (Shayna) promised the Red Shield was the best warranty and she would stand by it if anything went wrong. It has been 25 days and my Qx56 is still sitting in my mechanics bay waiting to be fixed. They all know this company is a fraud but the product keeps getting pushed. Good luck getting your calls answered.

As mentioned, great experience. My car was recently totaled, and I wanted to purchase the same car as before ( Genesis ) I visited a few dealerships, and they didn't listen to what I wanted, only what they wanted me to have! My Sales Rep Shikara & Finance Manager Shanya was open and honest, no bait and switch techniques. These two young ladies made sure that I got the car of my dreams. If your in the market for a luxury car and live in the Sandy Springs/Roswell/Marietta or Kennesaw area, please give this dealership a call or visit you won't be disappointment.

Ok so I’ve been going to import autos for many years they have great selection of cars and trucks foreign and domestic Shanya the finance manager is top notch she work get you the best low price and best interest rate. But when you go there ask for shikar Wallace I believe she’s best sales lady in George she warm kind have a smile that would melt a ice glacier she find you the car you want I promise you I love the whole staff there great people I won’t shop no we’re else for my cars

If you go to this lot. You will find Very Nice Pre-Owned Clean Sound cars with NO problems and low prices. Go to this LOT. I've bought many Pre-Owned cars. Most important is: 1. The Car Condition and Health 2. A Good Low Price 3. A Helpful and Knowledgably Manager that is Honest and Professional. 4. A Car that you really Like, at a Good Low price that you want to Buy. That's what is here, and that's what I found. Long Story Short: Ask for "Shayna", and Go check out the Car you like here. I did, the cars I looked at were in near Perfect Condition. The one I bought checked out Excellent, the price beat everything on the internet, and I shopped a 300 mile radius. A+ Dealership. Thanks! Any questions? You can email me. I saw their cars. They failed to fulfill their own contract.

Import Auto Brokers in Marietta, GA, has not honored their own contract. It clearly states in the purchase contract that they will pay me $150., for brakes and provide me with a spare tire for a Lexus 430 SC I purchased over Memorial Day. I flew in from KC, after being told the car had just been inspected by prospective buyers and "passed with flying colors". I am retired from a 25 year career in law enforcement. I could tell it needed brakes although Mamawdi stated it was just because they were wet. I delayed my departure an additional day while they tried to get their mechanics to fix the brakes to no avail. I also was told the hard top convertible was in working order. Long story short, they could not get the brakes repaired the next day. I come home, have the car inspected and learn it needs new tires to pass inspection. $1,200.+, right there. The roof does not work week ONE! Over $3,300, out of my savings. I've spent all summer haggling with various individuals on the phone, never receiving return calls from management, Shayna, or the owner, Joseph Janini. I've been to Judge Judy with a case that spoke for itself, much like this one. It's a no brainer! Import Auto Brokers apparently believe because I'm a female, and out of state they can take advantage of me! They have selected the wrong individual. I made some lovely friends while visiting beautiful ATL, and will come back to ensure they are held accountable for their actions. I gave them substantial time, until my birthday in October. I now have purchased my spare tire, and will have the proper paperwork to proceed with my law suit. I'm sure Joseph Janini and Import Auto Brokers are no strangers to litigation with this type behavior. They were not honest about the car and took advantage of this public servant.

My Experience with IAB

I would like to take a moment and share my experience with Import Auto Brokers. Upon arrival, I was met by Brian, who I had talked with a couple days earlier. He was very pleasant & responsive to my questions as well as knowledgeable about my vehicle. We were having issues with financing me because I had NO CREDIT-not bad credit. Shayna went above and beyond to find a way to get things done. Long story short, Cindy had to take me to my credit union to get a cashiers check. While finishing up the paperwork, Brian took my vehicle to put gas in it & have it washed! When he returned, the paperwork was finished & I was on my way. Thank You to everyone that was part of my FANTASTIC experience at IAB!

Went to browse the dealership looking at a specific car, knowing I was not planning to buy a car until mid-October. When I met Jimmy Hawk and he showed me the Mercedes-Benz I drove off the lot with 3 days later, I knew waiting until October was not an option. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. A personable, outgoing, and humble individual, who did not even attempt to persuade me to buy when I did, made my first car purchase at 21 years old something to remember. I'd recommend him to anyone, and if i'm ever in the market for another luxury car, i'll definitely be contacting him. You won't regret it!

Great experience with Import Auto Brokers

After I wrecked my Mercedes SL500, it was deemed totaled in early April. I googled for a replacement and found several available SL500's within 100-mile radius. After viewing some cars, obtaining CarFax reports on all cars I considered and communicating with several dealers and individuals, I settled on Import Auto Brokers. Shayna Weiner responded immediately to my email, was very helpful and stayed in contact. After a few weeks of debate and low final settlement with the insurance company, I traveled to Marietta to look at the car. Ivory Corley was the salesperson , and he was very pleasant and quite accommodating. He answered every question I had, took test drive with me, filled the tank, and we tested every option on the car!! After the paperwork was completed, I met with Shayna (finally in person), and she was very pleasant and made the purchase phase quite easy. She fully explained all the paperwork before I signed anything. I drove my SL500 home immediately after purchase and had no problems. Since I had a Carfax Report prior to driving the car, I knew the history of that car. I would recommend this dealership!! Shayna was the reason I drove to Marietta to see the car!! Ivory was quite professional and pleasant! I'm very happy with my purchase from Import Auto Brokers! I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Easy to Work With & Went - Extra Mile... '08 Toyota 4Runner

My salesperson was Ivory Corley and he was a pleasure to work with. He was more than helpful carefully reviewing the AutoCheck (Similar to CarFax) report with me. The vehicle had 99,000 miles and was well cared for by the previous owner. However, it had been rear ended approximately four years ago but was repaired properly. All parts, fit (gaps between the body panels were perfectly uniform on all sides) and paint work was excellent. The vehicle needed work on the front brakes. IAB agreed, without any arm twisting, to not only repair the brakes but to install new rotors and pads without any argument over turning or re-machining the existing rotors. There were also some minor issues with the tailgate hatch button, and front headlights, (seals weren't keeping out the water). These items were identified after we had agreed on price and agreed to take the vehicle. Without any resistance whatsoever IAB had their mechanic order the parts and replace the tailgate switch and also ordered two new headlights and installed them the following week, 5 or six days after we took delivery of the vehicle.

Poor Sevice dishonest employees

I found a car listed on auto trader by Import Auto Brokers that I liked a lot. I did my research on the vehicle and read almost every review written about the company on auto trader's website. There was a majority of the ratings were very poor, but I went to the dealership deciding to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went and saw the car and confirmed the online price that was originally listed with one of their sales associates. I did this because that was one of the problems reported in other peoples reviews was them changing the listing price of the vehicle. I also took the car to my well trusted mechanic to get looked through and many codes came up on the computer the wrong oil was also put in the car and the spare tire wasn't properly put on. The mechanic said based on the condition the oil was in that the dealership had to have done maintenance on the car. A majority of the maintenance done was either faulty or to cover up something about the car. I got a professional quote from the mechanic for around $3,000 in repairs and things that needed to be done to the car so it would be safe and reliable. I went to make an offer on the car and when I called to give the offer the salesperson I originally agreed on a price with had changed the price and raised it a significant amount after talking to him previously. He also denied all of the problems on the car that needed to be addressed saying that the report was not true. I am truly fed up with this dealership and was looking forward to making a purchase with them, but am more than glad to take my money to anther place that is truthful and not disrespectful. The dealership tends to respond to these negative reviews saying that it was the customers fault and that it is not the dealers fault, but they are truly a sleazy company that prides themselves on ripping off customers.

GAP Insurance

Purchased a car from this dealership about three years ago, paid it off early and in the process of trying to get the remainder of the money I paid for the GAP refunded. Have been at it for about three weeks now and have been getting brushed off by everyone at the dealership. They keep saying that they will call me back with info and to this point has not followed thru not one time. I have spoke to Ownerguard and they told me that the dealership has not even started a refund on my money. Have been dealing with Shayna and someone who was supposed to be a manager. When I bought the car from them I was informed that I had to purchase the GAP Insurance, the people at Ownerguard said that they hear that a lot also and that GAP is not manditory. I also learned that I will not get the full refund owed, the dealership will get part of it also. You guys should be prosecuted for the things you are doing and telling people.

Worst dealer ever!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I never post about places, but this was by far the worst experience, and I would hate for someone else to experience it. I was looking online for a BMW to purchase, and after requesting a call back I received a call from Joshua White at Import Auto Brokers. He told me the car was in high demand, and I needed to come in as soon as possible. I explained that I have a hectic work schedule, and asked if I could get information and credit check started over the phone. Joshua said I could not, and needed to be in person. I later found out that was a lie and I could've started the process by phone. Once I made it to the dealer he told me my payment for the car wouldn't go up anymore than about $100/month, which was another lie. I was misinformed a lot about this car, but the worst part is my current issue that I'm having with them. I ended up purchasing a car in October and within the first week the breaks were squeaking and the car light came on asking for a quart of oil to be added as soon as possible. I immediately called back to notify them, and Joshua made an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived he had the car checked by the repair shop that they work with and told me that he also drove the car and didn't hear any squeaking, and maybe it was all in my head. The repair shop also got on the phone and confirmed that they did not see any issue with breaks, and the oil was fine it just needed to be topped off, which I found weird since Joshua claimed the car just had a oil change, new brakes and tires put on right when I bought it. I spoke to the new manager, Mike Walley and explained what was going on. He apologized and gave me his direct number to contact him if I had any other issues that I could bring the car back and they would take care of it. He thought the breaks might be squeaking because they were new and I needed to drive the car a little more. Unfortunately about a month later the car started asking for another quart of oil, and the squeaking brakes never stopped. I took the car to a dealership nearby and they added the quart of oil. A few days later the engine light came on. I called the manager of Import Auto several times on the number he provided me with and could not get him. Finally, I called the dealership back asking for the manager and was told Mike was no longer there, and Bobby was the new manager but he had just stepped out. (Sadly, Bobby is the third manager since I purchased the car in just a couple of months). The lady Cindy took a message and said he would call me back, well he never did. A few days later I called again and heard the same response "he stepped out". I requested that they go and get him because I had been waiting for a call back and never received one. Finally, he came to the phone and said he would look into it and call me back. When he called back he told me that the car was purchased used and that's what I have the warranty for so I need to just take it to a dealership and use my warranty. I explained that I had only made one car payment at the time and should not be having so many problems, nor should I have to pay anything out of pocket at all, since all of these issues were happening from the time I purchased the car, and the lay manager promised he would take care of any problems I had with the car. He said he was sorry and there was nothing he could do directing me back to the warranty. I took my car to the BMW dealership and they ended up finding $13,000 worth of problems with the car, from leaking valves to warped rotors and brakes. While my car was at BMW for the first week they did not have a loaner for me and my fiancé who has cancer had to go to the dr in a cab, even after I was promised a loaner. I called Import Auto back and again Bobby apologized and said the warranty should take care of it. Well obviously warranty doesn't cover breaks, so I asked if they could at least take care of fixing the breaks and somehow compensate me for the deductible I would have to pay for the warranty claim. Bobby told me he would reach out to the owner to see how they could help. He called me back saying the owner "Joe" would not be able to help and I need to use the warranty that I purchased. Clearly they didn't care at all. I explained I couldn't pay $1200 for brakes and 100 deductible, as I only have one household income due to my fiancé having Cancer. Again, he apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I asked him to have Joe call me directly but he said he wasn't sure Joe would do that, but he would relay the message. Of course Joe never called me. Unfortunately I followed up with BMW and the warranty dept several times for updates to finally find out this week that the repairs are not covered under warranty. I called Import Auto back to speak to Bobby, and of course Cindy informed me that he had just stepped out. I am beyond pissed, and it bothers me to know Joshua lied to me from day one telling me the car was like brand new and I would only need to maintain the maintenance and nothing else. Obviously they sold me a lemon and now don't want to be responsible. I traded in a 2016 Nissan Rogue with NO issues, but now have a 30,000 BMW 750 LI Hybrid, which is a piece of junk that no one wants to be responsible for. This place does not care about anything except getting your money. Once the deal is done they could care less, and with them having 3 managers in such a short period of time says a lot! They have the WORST customer service and Joshua is beyond sarcastic and rude to customers. At this point I will be reporting them and getting a lawyer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! You will regret it!

I had no idea why my Lexus wouldn't start! Just had left the dentist, and wanted to get home. Called Superman White, and he immediately drives to rescue me. Car started for him immediately, guess I need to learn to operate my new vehicle. So pleased with the service.
