They don’t keep the promised OTD- Hidden price Caution: Please avoid this store Here is my story, My name is Charles, I was offered a QX60(2015) for 24500 OTD by the sale representative Mr. MacArthur I drove from Kendall to Coconut creek (on Saturday morning 9:20AM) twice and finally made the deal at 1 30PM. The title was changed, The Insurance included, The car was detailed and I was signing the papers with the Finance Manager Amieke Reid and found that the OTD was 25136. I was shocked and its been hidden. Also he cleverly increased the finance term from 60 months to 72 Months. He also brilliantly created a story and didn’t transfer my old Tag and put a new Tag and charged $499 more. So we found that and inquired about him he clearly lies I don’t know the price and he went out and talked for long time to someone (Hope the Finance Director: Larry Ramie) and gave the same answer and he simply said you can cancel the deal. We asked him to bring your manager and he didn’t. We went to Mr. Finance Director: Larry Ramie’s room and called MacArthur and asked about the OTD $24500. He honestly said the same in front of him. But Larry Ramie’s answer was very disrespectful after we spend 7 hours in the store. 1) The best part of the wonderful story was went home around 11 30 AM and MacArthur called us to comeback the OTD is agreed for $24500. 2) Simply the Finance Manager Amieke Reid walked away and we were wondering like why these guys are behaving like that. We supposed to go home and came back for this wonderful story? 3) Even they haven’t admitted their mistake 4) They refused to talk to the Manager Mike Crowley. 5) It was a very frustrating day for my family.

AWFUL HORRIBLE Service. There is no Option for NO Star that I could choose..... Sales rep MCArthur Commited for one price and Went to Sign the Purcase order and Noticed that was not the negotiated price. Finance Director says he can't give that price. What they are DOING???

Horrible experience : Stay away -there are better options

I cant say enough about how poor the service was at this dealership. We leased an SUV and was told by the sales representive Moe (don’t deal with him) that we just needed 10,000 miles per year given our driving habits. We relied on his experience and expertise. Well it turned out that amount was not nearly enough and at the end of our lease we exceeded the mileage limit which cost us an extra $2500.00. When we addressed this with management at Coconut Creek, they gave us the run around. Further, the end of lease document was forged. Yes forged. The individuals who ignored us, refused to take our calls or answer our letters included Mike Crowley, manager, Larry Ramie, in finance, New Sales Manger Jeffery Poole. We’ve been leasing luxury vehicles for years including Porche, Mercedes and BMW. Never have we need treated so unprofessionally and experienced such unethical conduct. There are many options out there. Trust me stay far away from Infiniti at Coconut Creek. UPDATE: This dealership addressed my concerns to my satisfaction and I now recommend them.

GREAT SERIVICE - SEE STEVE BUSSIUS, WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP

I moved to Florida about 3 months ago and was concerned about where I should take my car for service. In the state that I used to live in, I used the dealership where I bought my Infiniti and was always pleased. In my new home, I chose to use a dealership and had the choice of two Infiniti dealerships and chose to go to the one in Coconut Creek. What a great decision!! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice person who set me up with a very friendly and professional service representative, Steve Bussius. Steve has been wonderful! Very caring and understanding, and professional of course. I needed new tires and he found a special that he could honor which saved me the cost of one tire as the special was buy 3, get the 4th for $1. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this dealership. Their employees are very friendly and professional and provide great customer service. I won't go anywhere else.

Responsive and Caring

Ralph always makes us feel welcome and cares about our family’s needs. This is our 4th Infiniti, and we couldn’t be happier! Ralph was reasonable and flexible when helping our family after an accident. My family chose INFINITI for the fourth time because our QX80 saved us from very serious injury. The car’s safety features did everything they were supposed to do to keep us safe. We are very grateful.

Went in for service BILL assisted me and mom swiftly with getting us a loaner car and called me an hour later explaining to me what the problem was with my vehicle and the pricing about 2 hours later he calls to tell me everything was done and they also completed extra maintenance work that my warranty covers so I wouldn’t have to come back for it A1 Service

Over the last 10 years or so, I have purchased 3 cars from Infiniti of Coconut Creek Infiniti. From Sales to Service I have always left the dealership happy. I have purchased cars from some of Infiniti's competitors over the years and I have yet to work with anyone as professional, efficient, friendly and honest. My father worked in the car business for many years and it has become something of a running joke between us that whenever I leave Coconut Creek Infiniti I will relate my experience with him and everytime he says something like "I have never heard of a dealership doing that". I recommend them (specifically Ralph from Sales and Nash from Service) to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle. RS

Sold us a CPO that was previously stolen and damaged

DO NOT contract with Infiniti of Coconut Creek dealership!!!! Infiniti of Coconut Creek sold us a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti vehicle with the representation of a clean vehicle history. However, WE recently discovered that the vehicle previously had a stolen-recovery police report with an insurance payout of over $14,000 in mechanical damages and over $3,000 in body damage. The vehicles history was all documented in the Infinitinet DBS National Service History, yet Infiniti of Coconut Creek proceeded to certify this vehicle, advertise it and sell it as a clean “Certified Pre Owned”. This dealership knowingly advertised and sold this vehicle with misrepresentation. We contacted Infiniti of Coconut Creek the same day we discovered the actual vehicle’s history and they refused to rectify the situation to make us whole. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP PRACTICES, DO NOT DEAL WITH INFINITI OF COCONUT CREEK!!!!!

NEXT BEST THING TO BEING THERE-HOME

My wife, my son and I all have our cars serviced at Infiniti of Coconut Creek. My son decided when it was time to purchase a car that it had to be an Infiniti. Just like I used to go to the same service garage with my father, my son and I have been going to Infiniti of Coconut Creek pretty much every Saturday, for a car wash and to see our friend who happens to be our Service Advisor, Naseem (Nash) Saleem. Nash is always genually happy to see us as we are him. Sometimes we talk shop, sometimes we just talk. He always has my best interests at heart. I trust this man completely. He knows when it comes to my wife’s Infiniti EX37 or my sons Q60, the bottom line is not the bottom line. The bottom line is always having their two cars safe and reliable. Of course I drive the fifteen year, (young 2004) Nissan Murano. Nash knows that I don’t need every T crossed and every I dotted. I just need a car that runs, is reliable, and is safe. A little rattle here or a little squeak there, if Nash says I can overlook it I do. If he says fix, I do that too. I trust this man and in his absence anyone in the service department completely. Nash is very knowledgeable, not just about cars but on any subject. My son looks up to him and yes, I do as well. I cannot finish this review without giving a shout out to Miles who always greets us upon arrival with a smile, a handshake and a good word. He kind of reminds me of my uncle who I was always happy to see when I was growing up in New York. He’s a great guy. One day when Nash says It’s time to let the Murano go, I know My next car will be an Infiniti. An Infiniti purchased at Infiniti of Coconut Creek.

I was very impressed when I walked into Coconut Creek Infiniti. I went there to test drive the QX50 and rode out a happy camper! My salesman, Raymond Camacho, was absolutely amazing and he treated me with the utmost respect from beginning to end. Although I had to travel some distance to Coconut Creek, it was well worth it!
