Excellent Experience with Maintenance Department
I always have a positive experience when I have my car serviced at Infinti South Atlanta. Carson is terrific. He is friendly with a great personality. He answered my questions professionally and he made sure I was given periodic updates on the status of my car. I always feel important and special when I visit Infiniti South Atlanta. All employees I have contact with make me feel appreciated. I love my QX50 and I love Infiniti South Atlanta!

Disappointed in the service department
I went to have my car service and spent $478.00, upon receiving my cash out receipt I noticed on there a car wash and Vacuum . My car was not wash or it wasn’t vacuum. The service dept didn’t replace the service sticker on my window, so I can see the amount of mileages for my next oil changes.
I would not recommend this dealer.

My Service Advisor Dane Jones was very clear with the explanation on what needed to be done to my vehicle. He's a new advisor, I like his style, I like the way he handle me as a customer. Very nice young man Infiniti of South Georgia give him five stars

Disrespected vehicle still not repaired
I have taken my car to Infiniti south Atlanta 3 times for the same issue. No tedult as of yet. I took car back today 2/6/2019. Thomas is the service guy that I dealt with. I would not recommend anyone to trust his workmanship, nor his honesty. He was very disrespectful as if it was my fault the vehicle had to be returned. I had to see another service rep....Thomas would not acknowledge me at all, maybe because I took my brother with me in order to be respected as woman first then a customer who deserved much better respect than I had received

Great Service
I came in for a oil change and they wash my vehicle the customer services was great I have never had a problem with Infiniti South their always courtesy.

Oil change took 3 hours...no consideration fcustomer.
Went in for a oil change and it took 3 hours...No respect for the customer time...Last time I had made an appointment and that took over two hours...I dread going to this place of business because the wait is extremely long...

Infiniti Service Department
Carson Gaither was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle and I appreciated his timely follow up. Having just moved from Texas to Georgia therefore having not bought the car locally, I was a little uncertain how I would be treated, but that was quickly put aside while dealing with Carson. Highly recommend!

20K Service Check
There was a warm, business welcome. The processing was professional and ensured that I was aware of every detail that was going to be performed. I was kept up to date by my Service Advisor, Carson, on the remaining time as they went through the service. I received my service inspection via email while the car was being washed, before he came and got me to review the service results and I was able to pay in his office before my car was brought around.

Service experience
I called Thomas to schedule a service appointment. I have dealt with Thomas for all of my service needs or questions since my 2002 Infiniti I35. He’s knowledgeable and professional I give him and the dealership 5 stars every time. I have never had a negative experience here. I heard a noise coming from the drivers’ side of my car. The mechanic took me on a test drive to make sure he had corrected the problem. This is what I call exceptional service.

I have been having repeatedly problems with my QX30
It seems they can’t get the job right and on top that I have to run back and forth to this dealership about un going problems I would never purchase another Infiniti again

Wonderful Experience
OMG 5 stars are not enough. I absolutely love this dealership. Exceptional customer service from my first inquiry online with the lovely Ms. Lakisha Johnson to the wonderful Khadijah Florence she wentabove and beyond exceptional customer service. Mr. Taurus Williams was nice as well. They made a no into a yes. Wonderful people they are on my Christmas Card list and I won't buy from another location. I am writing corporate write now because they were so good.

Infiniti of South Atlanta is the only dealership that we will buy or lease a vehicle from! We just least our 3rd vehicle from them, and are very happy. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.
