Frustrated

I? have been trying to get a manager to call me back for 1.5 weeks. Business Dept pawned me off to sales manager even though it is business issue. At this point, I? want to turn car in and go to Cerritos. I’m. So frustrated. The girls that answer the phones are cool.

I would not recommend this dealer.

It's almost hilarious how poor this place is ran. They're consistently servicing cars (which tells you something right off the bat), the sales men are little frat boys who straight up lie to your face (even after you tell them you know they're lying), the customer service is beyond irrelevant and the expenses are outrageous. I was charged 1,200 to have my car tested for malfunctions. If you live near this place, spend the gas money and go somewhere else.

Poor customer service

I drive Infiniti and am a returning customer for their service for years, one time spent over $2K for a repair, but for some reason my name and record never shows up in their system. They tell me they will fix the system glitch every time I talk to them, but it has never been fixed. Hence I have to call their customer service every time and start from the beginning. Just to make a simple appointment for oil change, I usually need to spend over 30 minutes to talk to them, and then wait to hear back from them for next available date and time, They usually never call back so I have to call them again. Truly horrible customer service and they do not value returning customers at all. I bought Infiniti because I like it but this place really makes me think I should go with Lexus or Audi for my next car.

I would not recommend this dealer.

DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY LIE ABOUT THE PRICES

NO ONE GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Had the worst day ever. This dealership has nothing but lying, cheating, and horrible people in sales. I gave a call over today to speak about the new Q60 and if we can get a good deal. I spoke to someone by the name of Leo. He told us a price that was unbelievable. Leo told me if I were to come today, we would get the 2017 Q60 3.0 premium plus for $450 a month (taxes included) with $1,000 down payment for a 3 year lease. He specifically told me, "if you come today, I'll give you that price on the car." Hours later, once I was about to head out and drive for 2 hours... I verified the price and everything with Leo and he said "yes, the deal is still on." I drove for 2 hours and get there and meet up with Leo over at the dealership. Then he had us speak to a person named Serj because Leo had to leave. After another 30 minutes of talking and looking at the car, we went to the office and told him what Leo had offered us. Serj told us that the price is impossible and that "sometimes our people lie to customers just to get people over here." I ended up not buying the car because they gave a price that was 1/4 of the price offered to us. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE ALL THEY DO IS LIE. What the thing that bothered me the most is that they stated that the workers there tell people a low price to just come to the dealership then raise the prices on the spot. NO ONE GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Waisted 5 hours of my time with this place. They have cheating/lying workers that just try to make money off of you that like to waist your time. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU MORE THAN ONCE JUST TO HAVE YOU DRIVE THERE AND WAISTE YOUR TIME.

New car shopping

Worst customer service, Emailed about pricing and I get this from their internet manager Leonel Hernandez "So what do you plan on doing once you get the pricing??" hmmm, not a good way to start off with someone looking to buy a car. I explain what I intend to do and asked if that is not normal. he writes back "well, most people who just price shop like that end up taking much longer then other people who tend to come in an negotiate in person Most prices given arent really the lowest price. Your presence is your leverage....Our best price is usually the TrueCar but on most occaisions we work better with customers who actually commit to us correct me if i'm wrong but what you plan to do is contact every dealer in the area and see what intial price is given? then ask other dealers to beat ? it ?? You'll miss the customer service and the clarity of working with a sales person" . Explain to me where the customer service was from the get go?? No invite to come in? Didn't explain why to choose them? The closest infiniti dealers to me are all 1 hour plus away so yes I will shop around first. I also am confused how Leonel Hernandez has a job as Internet Manager if he feels the best way is in person?? isn't the point of internet sales to negotiate and work a deal out online? Worst place ever to allow to this and poor poor business practice from infinit of south bay and Leonel Hernandez. Find another infinti dealer with more professionalism to do business with.

What a waste!

I drove 130 miles to see a certified car. I was told it was in perfect condition with no paint flaws. Upon arrival I checked the car and the front bumper had some paint damage. They said it was not there before???? Ok, I guess we need some leadership here and have somebody check the cars daily? I guess not! We need process improvement here gents so as not to waste client's time. Seems this dealer do not care about their customers. If you are coming from a distant location to see a car that means business and should have the car at least ready washed up etc. Anyway, goodluck with this dealer.

Tried to purchase a new Inifiniti from them twice but each time they played games with me. First they gave me a competitive price but when I arrived at the dealership it was for a 2015. The sales manager was sleazy too. Tired telling me that they were giving me the car at a loss. B.S. this car was not a deal and in fact was way overpriced for a 1 year old vehicle. Next I tried the dealership one last time 2 months later thinking they got their act together. I was very wrong. They didn't even bother to try to negotiate with me and wasted 1 hour of my time waiting for the finance manager to reply. STAY AWAY....This dealership was bought by Infiniti of Beverly hills and has the same scam artists working here in the south bay. Low class salespeople and low class deals. STAY AWAY!

Adjustments on a new car

I leased a brand new Q60 convertible infiniti from South Bay Infiniti, and before I put the first 1,000 miles on the car I brought it back because I noticed that there were 2 spots on the top that were from the hard top folding up and going into the trunk, when I explained to the service department that I was not going to be held responsible for these marks when I turn the car in at the end of my lease, and the first thing that the service manager ask me is if I had something in the trunk while letting the top down and I said excuse me I am not stupid it was explained to me that there is to be nothing in the trunk when it is put into the down position, and she argued with me that this is clearly a sign of that, instead of examining the situation she immediately try to tell me it was my fault, nevertheless after another infiniti service provider assessed the problem it was clearly a small adjustment that needed to be made, I'm cool on South Bay Infiniti service department! It's just sad that you can't get your car serviced where you purchased it!
