Car buying experience

Hello, I normally do not write reviews but yesterday on a whim my husband & I stopped in at 4 pm. On a Sunday so you close at 5. Was not expecting to buy but rather look around as I was looking for a car. Johnny Rodriguez was our salesman and he was wonderful. By 4:45pm I was test driving a 2016 Ford Explorer and @ 5;15pm (Closes at 5) I decided to buy it. Johnny was knowlable, Pleasant and patient while I made up my mind. My favorite part was NO PRESSURE yet had me making up my mind easily. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Johnny! Kathleen Sheridan

I have a 2008 Ford Escape, with over 103, 000 miles. I bought my car at Jack Madden in 2007. Thanks to Frank and his professional caring to detail, my car is always well serviced and problems are fixed in a timely way. Frank is open with communication and I trust his judgement. Frank helps me keep my car running in tip top shape. Hats off to Frank!!

Service was quick

I was in last Thursday for oil and anti freeze change. I dealt with Debbie. I have dealt with her before. As usual she was quick and I was out in a little over an hour. She is really good to deal with.

Buyer Beware!

This place is a SCAM. I could talk about how rude their customer support team is or perhaps how snarky they are when you are trying to get a quote. But, I’d like to focus on the fact that they are liars. I made them an offer for a car in writing. They respond “My Boss says he would like to do the Deal…. But he has to see the [trade in].” Great! I drive in they evaluate the trade in and give me exactly what I was asking for but, the price was $5000 over the deal they said they would do. Called out the sales manager Sean and his response was “I never agreed to anything!” A representative of your company did. Basically they are performing a horrendous bait and switch. They lie to get you in the door and then don’t offer their claims. I have been to multiple dealers and purchased multiple cars. A surprise $500 document fee? Annoying but ok. $5000 extra out the door? I’m willing to bet their sales manager has a get people in the door quota so he is willing to misrepresent to meet it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!

Unsatisfied Customer

The same day we bought our 2015 vehicle we noticed a problem when driving on the highway. We spoke with the service department immediately and scheduled an appointment. After numerous attempts, driving back and forth (we live an hour away) getting a rental car only to be told we needed to bring it back because the part wouldn’t be in for two days and they wouldn’t pay for the rental for two extra days. Also being told we can’t diagnose the problem on a Saturday those are our oil change days. So I’m using vacation time to drive back and forth an hour to the service department only to be told at the end “Sorry we can’t fix the problem and are done we have made enough attempts”. I go to another dealership and they find the problem after the second attempt. Not once did a manager reach out to me, I had to do all the calling and chasing people down. At the end of the day was still let up to the consumer to fix. Bad customer service!!!

I just bought a Ford Escape from Jack Madden Ford in Norwood Ma. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesman was Johnny Rodriguez and he was great. Beyond showing me everything I needed to know about the car and answering all my questions, he was patient and understanding and made it a very comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a car.

Poor Service

I spoke to someone in the maintenance department about dropping my car off on a Friday so that it could be looked at over the weekend and returned on Monday. I dropped the car off first thing Friday morning. Monday came and they hadn't even looked at the car. I picked it up in the exact same condition I left it.

60,000 mile service & new tires on 2014 Explorer (CPO Purchase at Jack Madden) - Researched best tires for my needs & JM installed with best price. No charge for 4-wheel alignment because vehicle was "perfect" when checked. Service has always been timely and reasonable cost. Other dealerships (not Ford) have attempted cheating me in the past to charge for repairs & parts not needed.

I would recommend this dealer.

Service Department Horrible

Bought a 2010 Ford Explorer from a salesman named Ken.. Awesome guy and I love the truck... I had also purchased a high end warranty for roughly $3000.00.. I bought the truck in for service because it had a few problems I was concerned about.. 3 times in a row they let my truck sit there and did not work on it at all, the third time they broke my windshield... All days they called at 3:30 pm to say they did not touch the truck. I work out of this truck and lost 3 days of work.. The last time, the 4th, they had it for 2 days and the things they fixed do not work... Horrible service department.. The manager Al should be fired for incompetence..

I would not recommend this dealer.

Lack of communication

Tried for a week to have them send me trademark in along with any new trucks that met my criteria and got nothing. Called on three separate occasions to remind that I was awaiting this and was told it would be emailed over or get a phone call back. My current truck came from here and was an easy buying experience, the lack of professionalism ensures I won't be back again.

Dime in my seatbelt buckle.

I dropped a dime in my seatbelt buckle. They told me they can't get it out and I would have to buy a new one at $160. Plus the labor cost. I don't know a lot about cars, but I'm betting they could take it off and turn it upside down and get the dime out.

Purchased a new 2017 F150 STX. Found almost exactly what I was looking for at "Jack". Traded my 2013 Honda Ridgeline Sport. Purchased in Massachusetts but live most of the year in New Mexico where vehicles are registered. "Jack" made a difficult out-of-state registration process easy and seamless. Dealt primarily with Michael Chammas (sales) and Sean Alpert (Sales Manager). Both are genuine good guys and knowledgeable. Their attentiveness even after the sale was impressive and they made me feel like it will continue to be so. I'm very appreciative!

First TIme Experience at JMF

This was the first time for me at JMF and it could not have better! Sean Yessayan is an asset to the sales department. He listens to your needs and has a good knowledge of the products. I went there to check out a vehicle you had in stock. Sean took me out for a demo ride, reviewed the features and accessories with no hesitation. He knew the car!!
