If I could rate a negative I would

This dealership does not genuinely care about you. I went to purchase a specific vehicle from them. I was told they would pick me up from the airport. I flew 2,246 miles to purchase this car. Only to arrive in OKC and be told they were no longer going to deal the deal. This was told to me by phone. They didn’t even have the decency to pick me up from the airport and tell me to my face. Insulting, disrespectful and flat out rude! I’m from the south and we have manners. Out of respect for my time and flying across the country to do business with you, the least you could do is drive me to your office and give me a bottle of water. Nichole L. Outlaw

Customer service stops at purchase

Initial visit to dealership was pleasant as I spoke with different salesmen to acquire information on vehicle purchase. Unsure of decision on purchase I gave deposit to hold until return. Dealership then called offering to deliver vehicle as I live 2 hours away. Still very accommodating they negotiated on price and delivered vehicle the next day. This is where customer service stopped… I did NOT receive a second key for vehicle as promised even after multiple requests. A simple copy of the contract for purchase fell to the same fate. Phone calls for assistance were not returned. I would NOT return to this dealership again.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent sales experience

Knowledgeable and friendly sales and Finance staff. Clear and concise purchasing experience. Provided pertinent information about the car that I may not have thought to ask at the time. Provided technical assistance with systems start up at the time of purchase. Very pleasant purchase of a solid, weld built vehicle.

A Comfortable Experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience at Jackie Cooper BMW. Our salesman, Greg Greeson, was very knowledgeable and very courteous. The dealership facility is tasteful, comfortable and classy. All of the people that we came into contact with during our purchase made us feel welcomed and at ease. We will recommend Mr. Greeson and Jackie Cooper BMW to any friend who might be considering the purchase or lease of a luxury vehicle!
