I just purchased my new QX 30 and had the car best buying experience of my life. I had contacted my sales man, Brian, before going in as I knew exactly what I wanted. He was able to make everything happen and I picked up my new vehicle the following day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially those of us with a busy work schedule.

I have driven luxury cars for years with the company I represent. They ordered a new car for me every 2 years but I never had a choice on the make or options. When I decided to do a cash allowance and shop for one, I had a lot of homework to do! Brian Goss at Jackie Cooper was AMAZINGLY patient with me as I test drove numerous vehicles from many brands over many months. After looking for a vehicle for several months with my sister we visited numerous dealerships with with very pushy aggressive sales personnel. We found everyone at Jackie Cooper very pleasant, friendly and accommodating.After meeting Mikey Molina we found him to be very knowledgeable,friendly and helpful in answering all our questions and there was no pressure applied to make a purchase. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ken Bellamy at Jackie Cooper. He has always been very professional and follows through on what he says he will do. We drove from Fort Smith and he even came in, at the last minute, on his day off, to take care of us. Both Sales and Service have always gone above and beyond, and even though we hope to not purchase another car any time soon, we will be back when it's time.

Kendall Taylor was my sales associate - he was very helpful and there was no pressure at all to make a decision. I found my car online, then went in to check it out. I didn't want to make an impulse purchase so told Kendall I would let him know the next day. No problem! I didn't get any pressure to make a decision (and I've had more than my share of that scenario!). I did a bit more research and called Kendall the next day to do the deal. Josh Kelley was great to work with on the financing and it all went very smoothly. The first day I drove my car I noticed something that I wasn't sure about; I contacted Kendall and the Service Department - got my car in the same day with no hassle (because it was a used car I expected a delay in getting it checked out), but they treated me as if I had just purchased a brand new vehicle! Spencer Grunewald in the Service Department got me in and out in no time, explained what was going on and completely put my mind at ease. I will definitely go back to Jackie Cooper Infiniti - professional experience all the way with everyone who helped me!

My wife and I have shopped all over Tulsa for new and pre-owned cars, and suv's. We always seem to come back tk Jackie Cooper for they're low pressure sales associate (Ken Bellamy) and high- quality cars. To date, we've purchased 3 vehicles from Ken. An infiniti G-37, infiniti Qx 56, and a Mercedes C300. All quality cars, and I feel we were given a fair deal on our trade-in. Thank you, Daniel Adams.

Excellent experience!

I am a 20 year old college student who went to this dealership in search of an Infiniti I saw that I had liked online. I walked inside and Jerrid was there to help, he immediately knew what vehicle I was talking about and eager to help. He sat me down and offered me snacks and refreshments while he went to get the keys so we could take a test drive. I had forgotten to renew my license, so I rode in the passenger seat and he was happy to drive me around to at least experience the car that day. I told him about a trade in that I had and we set up a time to have me come in to have it appraised. They gave me a great price for my trade in, but I eventually sold it privately and made a little more money. Jerrid was the perfect salesman. He was not pushy, and was very engaging. He shared about his own personal life and was interested in knowing about mine in a genuine manner. He texted me later after we thought I wasn't going to be able to buy the Infiniti and wished me luck and even made a note about how he respected my dad for now allowing me to finance a large amount. I had my eyes set on that Infiniti and was able to sell my truck a few days later and came back to the dealership to buy it. When I got there I found out Jerrid was not available, but another salesman named Erin was. He was just like Jerrid, he was very friendly, engaging in conversation, and eager to help as well. He sat us down in his office and was patient as my dad and I had lots of questions. He went on a test drive with us and was even more patient as he allowed my dad and I to both drive, and even let us take it around another lap because my dad forgot to test the cruise control on the highway the first time. Once we got back we asked if we could take it ourselves to a trusted friend to have him look at everything and they were happy to let us do so. Everything on the car was perfect and we couldn't find anything to complain about because they take care of the cars on their lot very well. We bought the Infiniti and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this dealership because they have great prices on quality vehicles, they're friendly, and they're by no means pushy on their sales. If two of their salesmen are friendly, engaging, and happy to help, I can only imagine they are all trained that way which makes me want to recommend their dealership to anyone I know who is interested in buying a vehicle.
