Can't even do math.....

Very disappointing, went back and forth with Steve for 7 emails without him answering the one question I was asking, he kept coming back with things that had nothing to do with what I was asking. I was interested in a XE and he brought up an Escalade?? Finally called about a car they had on their website, it says lease for $319, when they finally came back with number they said it would be mid $500's to lease....How does that make any sense?? I had called Peabody and they had given me a quote of $355....Exeters website said $320.....and they came back with $550+????? That is beyond questionable, and very very shady advertising! I was told it must be a typo, but 3 other XE's on the same page had leases for UNDER $300!!!!!!! I feel like I was taken for a ride (no pun intended) and I never even got to drive the car. Very disappointed, Steve is the worst person to deal with, and apparently this is how Jaguar of Exeter does business, very sketchy. Do yourself a favor, if you're interested in a Jag call Matt down in Peabody, you will get yourself a much better deal and not have to put up with the ridiculousness I just dealt with

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great dealership to work with from start to finish! I bought a beautiful older Jaguar XJ and couldn't be happier with my purchase and how it all went. I shopped a ton for this car and found that Jaguar Exeter was not the cheapest but had the best car for the money.

I would recommend this dealer.

Buyer beware, I now know why they only have a handful of vehicles and apparently no service.customers. I went to buy a 04 745li Bmw was assured it was in very nice overall condition only to.find out it was not. I get a email from Stephen just prior to.being there that car went to stratham Bmw for a routine seatbelt chime program. When I came to get car they had it out in Recon bay, assuming I'm dealing with a JAG dealer I didn't suspect anything. Well low and behold when I went to drive off the airbag light was on and inop a/c. Also temp plate was on car with previous owners old inspection sticker lol not sure how legal that was. They thought they would stick me with these issues and at retail book on this vehicle. I asked Steve what was done at stratam Bmw then the truth came out and he was like if they fix it correctly it would cost them 580 well cry me a river! Then to save the deal he writes a we owe that the next day the gen manager cancels lol. The also bumped up the price when they originally faxed the purchase order to my credit union which I had to have corrected. I'm still waiting on my garage door opener to be mailed to me since deal didn't happen and I was assured they would mail over a week ago. I will forward pics I took of dash lights, insp and temp plate to dept of safety for audit. I don't expect to see this place in business much longer based on their tiny inventory and bad business practices. Looks like they may have financial problems thus the games they play.
