The work was good but I was told it should take 45 -60 minutes. It took a full two hours just to get a key FOB programed

I did a lot of research prior to visiting Flow Mazda. I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful everyone was. David, my salesman, was sweet and very patient when explaining all the tech features in my new car. Angela, the finance manager was just awesome. I had some tricky issues with my trade-in, but she was helpful and explained what she needed to do every step of the way. Everyone was sweet with my goldendoodle, Gracie who came with me and needed to be entertained while waiting. Thanks to everyone. Gracie and I love our new car!

Great service. I was in a hurry during a busy day and the service manager made sure I made my next appointment. Very professional staff in sales as well. Nice waiting area with TV and comfortable seating.

The service staff and the sales staff while you wait and very courteous and attentive. They check with you periodically and let you know your vehicle status. They always wash my car too.

2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring

My 2014 Mazda CX-5’s audio system failed (Bose Amp) with 31,000 miles on the car but the the car was 4 years old and technically out of warranty. Flow Mazda agreed to cover the repair at no cost to me. They even washed the car for me after the repair. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with their service department. I highly recommend this dealership’s service department.

I had my Mazda 3 shipped from an out of town dealer and it was time for it's first service. I wanted to establish a service relationship with a local dealership, and I had no idea what to expect because I have always had negative experiences with dealerships with purchases and have never used one to service my cars. Excellence among car dealerships

Chad Mill, Lamar and all of the people involved in the purchase of our new car are by far the best crew my wife and I had the privilege of working with. For months, we scoured the internet for new information about the latest Mazda 6, only to hit a road block. We knew what model and options we wanted, and we waited until we were sure about the color and transmission type. No other dealer came forward when we contacted them. Although we initiated contact with Flow by telephone, I knew then that this exchange would lead to a successful transaction. Chad was congenial and informative. He was also very prompt and knowledgeable. Our decision to travel over one hour to find our vehicle of choice was well worth it. We love our car and we praise the people who made it possible at Flow. First time Mazda owner

I have always purchased new cars and this by far has been my most pleasant experience. I came in to test drive the Mazda 6 GT. The specific vehicle I was looking for was not in stock. David Neve sat down with me and found the exact car I was looking for at another dealership. I received an awesome price and received my new car a couple of days later. Chad, the sales manager was super nice and took the time to explain a few of the cars awesome features. I shared some laughs with Joe the finance manager while I signed my paperwork. He answered all of my questions and explained the documents thoroughly. They also went the extra mile to transport my vehicle to my home!! Kudos to David, Chad, and Joe for all of their honesty and great customer service!! They have definitely gained a repeat customer.
