Horrible customer service

Finally have the car of my dreams are Range Rover bring it to the Serrito‘s dealership to have new emblems put on it my appointment was at 9:30 they didn’t start working on my car till a quarter till 11 it is now 1230 it is still not done everybody you talk to Send you to somebody else if you’re going to run that far behind you need to have the common courtesy to call people and let them know that first thing in the morning

I would not recommend this dealer.

Overall a Good Purchase Experience

We had previously purchased and Range Rover Sport from this dealer 4 years ago. It was absolutely the best purchasing experience ever. We picked out the car, went through a test drive, negotiated the price of the new car and trade in, signed the papers and were out of there less than two hours. The salesman handled everything himself. Never saw the manager or had to go finance office to sign the papers. He brought everything himself to his office. He demonstrated the features on the car himself. I went back last week when we were considering a new Range Rover HSE. Met with John Sanderson who showed me the car I was interested in. Offered a test drive, which I declined as I didn't have the time that day and I wanted my husband to look at it too. He did take the time to discuss the lease offers if I wanted to go that way. We came in the next day, a Saturday morning, and unfortunately John had the weekend off. but he had arranged for us to meet with another salesman. So we met with Rene Acevedo. Rene was very friendly, professional and helpful. The negotiations and purchase went fairly smoothly. There were a few things I did have a problem with. The test drive we were offered was only a block long, on on street that had a sign "No Test Drives". His excuse was that there wasn't enough gas to further than one block, although the gauge said it had almost 1/4 tank. The second problem was the time we spent waiting. Waiting for the deal to be approved. Waiting to get into the finance dept. Waiting for the car to be washed up etc. Unlike the prior purchase, we spent at 4 1/2 hours before we got out of there with at least 3 1/2 hours spent just standing around waiting. Now, in their defense, it was very busy last Saturday and they were getting ready to close early for their holiday party. That's the only reason I'm giving them four stars instead of three.

I would recommend this dealer.

Brought my Discovery Sport for a list of factory recall and update items. They took in all my issues as well and they fixed all of them at no cost! Loaner of an Evoque provided. They even detailed the car inside and out! Hats off to a great service dept! Thanks Greg!

Won't fix my car

I been having the same problem they say it's nothing coming up but they can see it is I don't know what I'm suppose to do

If you are looking for a deal it's not from here. If they have a vehicle that is overpriced they think that you should just pay that. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere. Rene Avocado was pretty useless in helping me with my needs.

Perfect dealer - 2016 Discovery Sport HSE is now mine!

SALES REVIEW: Best dealer in Southern California! After months of searching and negotiating, Cerritos Land Rover came out to beat out the competition! As a matter of fact, our sales advisor (SA) Rene came into beat out San Diego LR at the last minute after we had decided that San Diego LR was the best price. Nope, Rene countered and got my business. Talk about last second decision - they made it happen at 5pm on a Friday - the morning before we were going to leave. So I finally got the new 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE from Rene A. (SA) & Robert G. (GM) - equipped just the way I wanted. Rene had to deal with my multitude of questions, negotiating, and days of unrelenting pressure. Robert, the GM was very cordial and easy to converse with and made my visit worthwhile. After making multiple trips, on delivery day - I finally arranged for our trade in and got in at their closing hour which they were all very accommodating by staying past an hour. They have a nice refreshment bar and lounge. Finance manager Mrs. Davila - was super nice, quick and got us out in less than 30 minutes (I had pre-approval, online finance application, and my license & insurance card emailed to them) They were the best in service, pricing and selection. Save some money, save time and get a great deal from this dealership!
