Rusty Johnsen was introduced to me as I walked through the dealership door. He guided me through the process easily. He was very informative with no pressure at all. By the end of the afternoon I had my new car in my driveway - that, they delivered 20 miles away. Excellent service.

Today I leased a Jag with Rusty Johnsen, he very knowledgeable, honest, attentive to detail and my needs, totally transparent with the numbers, and nice guy that I was fortunate to work with. This is the best experience i have had at a dealership. The rest of the team shared Rusty's commitment to excellence. Another great thing about this dealership is they do not pressure you with tons of extras and add-ons like many other dealers. The process was efficient and a real pleasure. Terrible Service/Horrible Brand

I would HIGHLY recommend steering clear of this dealer and Jaguar in general. This dealer does not care about their customers, only getting a sale. After sale, they are not customer focused. In my experience with them, the customer is the very least focus. Jaguar Corporate is also not customer focused and does not show any effort is resolving the customer issues brought forth. I purchased a 2018 F-pace brand new. Ive seen power wheel toy cars with more technology than what is offered in the onboard "infotainment" system. When speaking with the "expert" from the dealer in the vehicle he was uninformed on many areas. When discussing the shortfalls of the technology he stated "what we lack in tech, we make up in performance". A luxury vehicle of this caliber should not lack in any facet. - They dont offer loaners unless your car is going to be there greater than 3-4hours. Unacceptable to assume its ok for customers to sit in a small waiting area for multiple hours - My vehicle alerted that "Service is Required". I call to make an appointment and the closest one available is WEEKS out. This is typical of Jaguar each time Ive tried to make an apt for service. Again, not customer focused - Majority of the time I called in for service, I was sent to voicemail. - I make the apt speaking with the service professional at the dealer. When I show up they inform me that they cannot service my vehicle as it is "not within 30days of the purchase date" and turned me away. Unacceptable! - I received promotional emails for someone elses vehicle. This is a security issue as they assigned my email address to someone else's account This list can go on and on....my final point to make is DO NOT BUY A JAGUAR. And if you choose to buy into this crap brand, CERTAINLY DO NOT buy from this dealer.

A pleasant experience from start to finish

Will Connors was by far the easiest salesperson I have ever encountered. After speaking to him on the phone in the evening, he offered to come in early the next morning to meet me. I drove nearly 2 hours to purchase a used BMW from him & the car was exactly as described. I didn't have to finance the car and after completing the transaction, I was on my way home within an hour. He even delivered the car to my home on the Cape. I would definitely buy from them again!

Wish I didn't buy here

Purchased a range Rover certified. Promised everything under the sun prior to sale. Month or so after purchased a light shuddering in the wheel at 60 wouldn't go away. Which was present during test drive. They said they would fix it. They have danced around this problem for a week now. Car has spent so much time back at the shop. So sorry I bought from them.

After being greeted at the door, I was assigned to a new sales person, Stephanie Mahr who was very friendly, professional and great to work with. This place is a JOKE!

Who ever is writing positive reviews has hit to work for this company! I have been dealing with them for just over 2 years and from the purchase to the service it has just been a complete joke! Incompetence everywhere. Over promise. Under deliver. The service department literally has the most unprofessional / worst people I have ever met in this type of industry. As much as I love my car, I can't wait to get rid of my range rover so I don't have to deal with them ever again!

I was in the market for a luxury SUV. Walked into Land Rover Peabody and was promptly greeted by David Warnock. David was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. I had originally come in to look at the LR4 but unfortunately the ones they had on the lot were already sold. Since I was there I decided to take a look at the Evoque. This is a smaller SUV than I am used to. I have a toddler who is still facing towards the rear in her car seat. David suggested that I go ahead and install the car seat in the Evoque to see how it fit. It was tight but manageable. Kudos to David for being open to this as this was a make or break part of the deal. Went for a test drive with kid in tow and was pleasantly surprised with the roominess and sporty handling. Unlike many car salesmen I've come across over the years David was polite, knew his product, and wasn't pushy. I'm a pretty tech savvy guy and David was able to answer all of my questions about the technological features of the Evoque. We decided to talk numbers and I was given a fair price for the trade in and on the vehicle. The dealership had a nice play area for my toddler so she could keep busy while we were talking numbers. There was very little "well my manager says" type of negotiating with the associated drama. On the day that I picked up the vehicle it was detailed and ready to go at the time I had specified. David went over the more in-depth features of the vehicle and I was on my way. Overall I would say that this was the best buying experience I have had at any dealership. I would definitely recommend Land Rover Peabody to others and I would definitely tell them to go see David. Thanks David!!!

My experience buying a new car was extremely positive. My Sales Guide knew the Range Rover Evoque model inside and out and could answer all my questions. He was never pushy and I didn't feel like I was being "sold." He was extremely friendly and professional.

This is my second Land Rover I purchased from Land Rover Peabody & I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Land Rover. David was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful and worked with me to find the "right" mix of packages and features at a great value. We test drove several cars and looked at the different ways of ordering one. I ended up purchasing a very low mileage loaner LR 4 that David showed me that had all options I wanted and was available for immediate sale. Steve in finance worked the numbers and got me a great rate on my loan in a very short time. From my prior experience with my old LR3(7 years of fun)- Chris, Steve, Ken and the rest of the guys in service - kept my car running smoothly and painlessly. When it came time to buy another car, I knew I wanted another Land Rover. And based on my past experience, the best place to buy and serice a Rover - is Land Rover Peabody!
