Purchasing our Corvette Grand Sport 3LT

My husband called and arranged an appointment with Scott to look at Corvettes. Upon arrival we met Joe McCaul, who was later assigned by Scott to guide us through the selection process. We have purchased many vehicles through the years, in several states, but never had the process been so smooth. Joe was very easy to work with, no sale pressure tactics. Joe presented himself well, was very professional and knowledgeable. How many people can say purchasing their vehicle was truly an enjoyable experience! We will return to Jeff Gordon Chevrolet for all of our service needs and will stop in to say hello to Joe. In the meantime we are loving our Grand Sport!

Crooks

I’ll try to keep this short. They pulled a bait and switch. Fine, the car did have more options, BUT it had 11,000 more miles on it than the car I thought I was getting. Didn’t come down on price. Then offered to “help” me get a better APR, since I had to REAPPLY for a new loan with the “correct” vin number. My fault for not paying attention and shame on the business manager for not pointing out the loan amount in the contract. I assumed it was for the amount we discussed. My loan was a lower APR but it was also for almost 1000 more! When I brought this to their attention they offered no compensation and pretty much washed their hands of it. My lesson learned. Do not trust them. The only nice person was my service girl because BONUS my Jeff Gordon certified pre owned car had a slow leak in the tire and was flagged in my vehicle when I did my On Star check. 2 trips to service and they finally replaced the tire. I still had my paper tags. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. I will never go back there.

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Rude staff, empty promises and bad tempers, Sandy was very rude to my mom when trying to get her car inspected.

Rude staff

I actually stopped in here because I was having some issues with my suburban. Now it's by no means new and I do all my own mechanical work and simply wanted to speak with a technician for maybe 5 minutes. I had a very good idea what was wrong but a second opinion would have been nice I guess or at least put my mind a little more at ease as the parts to fix what I THOUGHT was wrong were 700.00$. I went in to service and asked and not only did I not get to speak to anyone but manager Jimmy seemed put off that I would even ask. I left and ended up being correct and getting my truck fixed no problem it was fuel injectors took me about 4 hrs. I guess I just don't understand why I was treated the way I was. I was willing to wait I didn't expect INSTANT GRATIFICATION and understand those guys are busy but I drive a Chevy cause it's AMERICAN. I'm a blue collar guy which is what Chevrolet basis alot of it's clientele on or at least I thought and don't see why getting an opinion from an expert is a problem. If and when I buy a new truck and I will it won't be from here

Horrible service

This dealership is extremely racist. It uses patriotism to disguise it's prejudice for black and brown people. I waited over 25 minutes just to be acknowledged by someone for service. I guess the app on their phones were more important than customer service

Omg if you promise something do what ever it takes and go above and beyond . You would think with a new truck. Which I bought from there they would replace the parts with new ones . Not bondo . Truck was promised on the 7 now the 9 . And we are moving so it really put us in a bind !had to get a rental car ! I will not ever buy or take my truck back to that dealer again. I took a day off of work to try to get this figured out and because they couldn’t finish the truck when they had promised never again Jeff Gordon Chevrole

My new 2015 Chevy Silverado

I was looking for an all black truck and found it at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet. I was close to buying a dodge until I saw the truck and met Chris Whitehurst who did not push himself on me and was honest. He was able to get me what I wanted for my Hummer and now I am driving a very nice truck. If your looking into purchasing a used or New I would go see Chris Whitehurst first and tell him Israel sent you. Very classy and Chris Whitehurst is the man

Horrible Customer Service Experience

After a horrible customer service experience shortly after purchasing a 50k truck, Their poor customer service severely lacks professionalism including their service advisors including their customer relations manager Roxanne. Who clearly and honestly cares less about their customers. I was refused service due to a previous altercation and (I was also told it was due to my negative online comments regarding my poor service experiences-Which I have recorded) that was clearly a result from extremely poor management and customer relations after my girlfriend and I were accused of not properly following service drop off procedures, which resulted in an additional trip back to JGC at our cost and time. If I wanted terrible customer service I would have purchased a used vehicle from a buy here/pay here lot. Still after being refused service, Jeff Gordon Chevrolet still refuses to apologize for their rudeness and inconvenience. I would truly suggest car buyers to shop else where. I would be embarrassed and a shamed if I was Jeff Gordon to have my name on such a horrible place that's represented by the worst. A complaint has also been filed with General Motors.
