Great Car Buying Experience!

Loved the ease of my purchase! Traveled 5 hours from NC to West Virginia and never hesitated to purchase this vehicle from afar - thanks to Damion McGinley’s (the salesperson) responses and his emailed online brochures, links, photos, and carfax. Enjoyed working with the entire dealership and LOVE my new car! Great price and quality on the SUV. No pressure sales and a very relaxed car-buying experience. Specifically, Damion McGinley truly went above and beyond with extra photos and with answering my many questions before I traveled to the dealership. Thank you!!! Jason helped with quick responses on final pricing and trade. Trey helped tremendously with the paperwork and the many details. Will be back in 4 years to purchase again! Highly recommend!

Used Vehicle

Retired fully disabled veteran and on Sept 11th I find ZERO honor in this dealership. Left a credit card YESTERDAY to BUY the car (was told it wasn't back from detailing yet) but AS THEY DROVE it up another person bought it (I live in Colorado so clearly didn't have this ADVANTAGE) Sadly, typical sales with NO HONOR money talked I lose EVEN though I gave my credit card YESTERDAY (10 Sep) I'm sure THEIR response will be " we had NO idea you left a PAYMENT the DAY BEFORE we sold it right out from under YOU due to " MONEY " talks and honor/integrity is DEAD" SO much for paying ANY tribute to veterans -- very sad especially from NORMALLY patriotic WV -- R/ LTC ZAGATA

Attitudes

18000 miles...wore out the tires. took service, a sales manager and the owner to finally get them to line it up and put 4 new tires on it.. which was badly needed. now at 40000 miles I just put 4 new tires on it....wore them to the wires on the inside, just eat them up. I called and asked if they would check the alignment for me because it does have a problem somewhere. whoever I talked to in service just told me he look at it, if it needed lined up it would cost me for that. I think the car has a problem and they should check into it. he wasn't interested in hearing that I guess.finally I just told him screw it I have it lined up somewhere else.

Good Sales and Financing

I have purchased here in the past. Was there a couple of Months ago, but just didn't care for the salesman, personality was not there. But with Chris he was right on point, very knowledgeable and great with people. Took me for a test drive showed how everything with the new technology worked and then did it all over again when I came back to purchase with my husband. He went out of his way to make it a good experience and it was. Then I went to see Trey for financing and he was very good at explaining all the documents and what the purpose of them was. Sold us some additional warranty and got us on our way. He was very good at his job and made you feel very comfortable. Both of them are Great Guys and did a wonderful job.

Terrible salesman

Had a horrible experience with Damion McGinley at Jenkins Subaru. Tried to let Mr Jenkins know about it but never received a reply back from him. We left the dealership and bought elsewhere same day.

2017 Santa Fe Sport

It was time to upgrade from my '09 Santa Fe, so I was already familiar with the Hyundai brand and the Santa Fe model. I'd test drove and sat in newer Santa Fes in the show room as well as did online research and was pre-satisfied that a new model would match my needs, expectations and budget. With that said, I knew pre-hand where I wanted to be in regards to trade-in value and expected cost, including financing. Travis Johnson did an excellent job in ensuring that those pre-expectations were met. Jenkins actually exceeded my estimated trade in by about $500. Later, both Travis and Mike Bacco took extra effort to find a matching APR for the financing when the institution that I belong found a stipulation not to extend it to me. Another institution matching the rate was found to ensure that I got the deal I wanted. The experience was hassle free, I felt no pressure and was given a pleasant personal and professional experience by Jenkins, primarily by Travis. Thank you, I am enjoying and pleasantly surprised by my new vehicle. It's exceeding my previous two earlier owned Santa Fes.

Dealership did not have the vehicle I was wanting but Travis Johnson found one that was was looking for and within 30 hours I was in my new car. Worst auto buying experience ever.

Worst car buying experience start to finish. The SP knew nothing about inventory. Three different prices on car, First time there the number on windshield was the number used, not the sticker price. The price was increased on offer form by about $400 gave benefit of doubt. After waiting in hot sun to test drive, I walked in to get keys to test drive. Damien came out explained features on car he was knowledgeable and really polite. Came back picked upgraded version SP said you really dont need to drive this car in rain its just like the 1st one you drove???What??? wanted us to finance amt on car that was already pay off. She wanted us to finance in loan and rec ck back no. She only came back with, one offer , we ask for $300 more on trade. She refused to,go back to SM yes you heard that correctly she refused I ask sales manager as he was walking by no negotiating whatsoever The line there is "we are all in on this deal". We wanted to know int rate cd not get an answer, we had been there about 2 weeks prior on Ioniq,decided car not right for us, so credit had been pulled, scores of 844,842. My wife has worked in credit and LO for years those scores from Experian just not rule of thumb, we sd have been receiving best rate Hyundai cd offer we dont believe that happened. First dealership that we were ever left sitting at SP desk. We weren't given explanation like I am really sorry finance is backed up. Nope no reason given.left sitting, we ask SP several times why we were not in finance by then. We were given blank stares, no answers. Apparently they have their SP involved in financial things that are never delagated to sales. There is so much more that occurred that day and after. Do we regret not walking away and going to another dealersip, absolutely. Took us no time to select vehicle, were there way past anything reasonable. Still dont have reasonable answer on the 3 prices on car, it led back to original sticker price, and it still was different. We were so exhausted upset, that we definitely missed key things on finance form. I took car back to dealership, Chris was asked to give me details on car, he was great, professional knowledgeable about the car. We do love the car.

Service with a capital S

We needed a new car after our VW Jetta debacle. I already owned a Ford that I bought from Mr. Jenkins and I was so happy with the service that I got from the Ford garage that I decided to try the Subaru. We test drove three or four Subarus three or four different times over the course of about six weeks. Chris Napier was extremely patient with us and we got ready to make a deal Chris and Mr. Jenkins and Trey Scalise made everything work out just perfect for us. We got the perfect replacement for our Volkswagen and we couldn't be happier with the car or the service we received .
