Friendly, courteous service.

Hope it stays fixed this time. This is the second time Jim Butler has replaced the Axle Seal. The first time it was replaced by Bommarito Chevrolet South. The car only has 39,000 miles on it. May be a Chevy Equinox problem that can't be fixed. Tired of it dripping oil on my driveway.

Perfect vehicle

From initial call to find out if a couple of vehicles were available to how my wife and I were treated by Scott Johnson our sales rep and the finance guy. The experience in purchasing our 2019 Equinox was very good.

They go above and beyond

Appointment made for service on my 2017 Mailbu oil change etc and was done quickly and my car was back to me that afternoon. Mike Johnson was friendly and professional and explained what they would be doing and would give me a call. Was driven back to work by Marshall Bean and later that day car was brought back to my work. Realized that evening that my plates were expired in August and didn't tell them to a inspection. Called the next day and Mike Johnson got the car right in. Had the car back within 2-3 hrs. Very impressed with the great service.

Oil consumption issue and keep having to come back :(

I live a lot of things about this dealership. That being said, I am having an issue with oil consumption in my 2012 Equinox. I was recently due for an oil change within a few hundred miles and I noticed it making a strange noise on startup. I checked the oil and it barely registered on the dipstick. Over the weekend I made an appt for Monday midday. I brought it in at 7:30 Monday morning and pd for a rental. At 4;30 I was called and told that it wasn’t registering anything on the dipstick and they’d do an oil change and I could bring it back in 1000 miles and we’d check again. I have been through this since last year, and it seems to use the most between 3-5000 miles. I will bring it back, but I am very frustrated as I only have a few months left on this known problem for chevrolet to cover it. I would really like the service manager to call me! PS Amanda was great!

I schedule my appointment time, arrive on time, and my last service representative, Kim Hausmann, took excellent care of me. She got me into a rental unit since the work took a little longer than planned, and she kept me up to date on the progress.

Last Minute Appointment

I realized I was overdue for my oil change but I was still able to make my appointment online within just a couple of days. I worked with Kim Hausmann the day of the appointment and she reminded me I also needed to have my transmission service done as well as showing me how out of alignment my car was. I always receive excellent service and this day was no different.

Oil change and strange noise

Time for an oil change and had been hearing a mysterious 'popping' noise in the rear. Was given a loaner for the time my truck was in the shop. The popping or bumping noise wasn't serious and was fixed under warranty and truck was serviced to my satisfaction. Staff I dealt with were more than helpful and courteous. Great service.

Warranty replacement of my Volt’s batteries

First dealer didn’t take the time to dig into the cause of my problem. They sent me home with the assessment that the problem I was having, was normal. Jim Butler took the time to discuss the problem I was having and dug into the symptoms to find the cause of my problem. Jim Butler replaced all three segments of my Volts main battery under warranty and in less time than I was expecting.
