Sold me a defective auto

I was sold a 2015 Toyota a few weeks ago. I asked for a car fax Chris Zazueta assured me that it had been checked out and had a mechanical inspection and all was great. It’s leaking transmission fluid like a sieve. In just over a month I’m having to have a new transmission seal replaced. Not Happy with Jim Click dealership at all. Margie B

The thing about Aaron that I love is he listened to what your wants and needs are and he doesn’t push you into a purchase that you can’t afford. He makes sure you are informed and comfortable. You aren’t another customer to him, you're like family.. I recommend Jim Click Dodge because here your not some walking dollar sign. You’re family. They’ll listen to what your wants, needs and recommend smart choices. I’ve been to other dealerships where they’re just pushy and just want to get it signed and done and that’s not Jim Click. Here they care even after the purchase, you become a part of the Dodge Family. I’m loving my 2012 Dodge Charger and looking forward to getting my next vehicle from them.

Aaron is friendly, intuitive & very knowledgeable ... he quickly determines your needs, recommends a product to fill that need and guides you through the negotiation process well. He knew what I was looking for and was able to recommend a few vehicles that would work. The dealership supports it's staff well - they seem to enjoy the environment - and the maintenance for life shows commitment to it's clients. Love that ....

Very Bad Dealer selling crap

This has been the worst experience in my life I bought a RAM 1500 it's been given me problems all of a sudden. I Got it on January 2014 it has only 73,000 miles and the warranty has expired I took.the truck before the expiration and the technical support said that he could not find any problem with it . engine light came on ever since I have it documented this morning. I took the truck to get looked at and the warranty is expired so much for your help Jim Click Dodge is not helpful at all.

Dewsey was awesome! Supportive of my auto desires and professional about my salary realities. Attentive, astute and knowledgeable. Will be forwarding all potential business his way and to the Jim Click Dodge family. Dewsey understood that I knew exactly what I wanted and helped me to come over to a more feasible alternative that was STILL more than I could ever imagine being what I came for. Also helped put together a game plan to return and get my dream car after working on my credit.. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, professional and knowledgeable that I will be recommending JCD to all my associates. And will be returning to get my wife her car.

Outstanding Service and Sales.

I went to Jim Click Dodge for a Recall on my 2016 Ram 1500. The service staff was professional and courteous. While I was waiting looked at the new Ram trucks and eventually purchased a new 2019 Ram 1500 Rebel. The Service, Sales and Finance staff were Outstanding. I have seen the negative reviews for the Service Department and all I can say is, for me it was just the opposite.

New 2017 Ram Malfunctioning GPS

July 2017 purchased 2017 Ram. GPS malfunctions tells us we are in a restricted area (Tucson, Freeway, Sahuartia, Vail everywhere). Has us take frontage road or through residential areas. Jon and his supervisor told us we can update the GPS for $800, this is a brand new car and we purchased a NEW GPS, but we can now pay an additional $800 to update. Jon and supervisor can not replace the GPS because it would cost them $800. Jim Click can take your money but can't spend $800 of their money to make things right. Yes, we are sorry we purchased from Jim Click, stuck for life 😧 HEAVEN Help Us!

Disgraceful ... every negative review is correct!

The service department looks at you and lies, every time they open their mouth. They are without question the worst organization, either completely incompetent or total con men, or both. Every word from every critic of this service department is 100 percent correct.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

The Service Center doesn’t know the meaning of the word “service”. It’s impossible to reach them in the phone. When you call, you are forced to leave a message and wait for a return call that may or may not happen. After leaving 3 messages over the course of 2 days, I finally received a return call from a service advisor, only to be told that they couldn’t even get my car in to diagnose the issue for 11 days. The individual I spoke was completely flippant & unconcerned with my needs as a longtime customer of the business, who has purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Nothing but liars

Bought a used explorer from them and they advertised that it came with gps. It needs an sd card which they put in the contract that they were going to order one. Call them every day and all i get is that they’re working on it and will call me back. Never call back! Plus the finance manager said i would get tags for a whole year but they only gave me two months, so now i have to pay 400 to renew them in January! Will never buy another vehicle from them i will let all my fellow veterans and family members to not buuy a vehicle from them because they do shady work!

Used Sales Exellency

We went to so many dealerships in search of a truck. It was always either too expensive, a piece of garbage, or the salesperson just drove us away. We showed up at the Used Lot at Jim Click Dodge later in the day on a Friday as a last resort. (Because of the distance). So we see the truck we want to look at and we start looking in and around. Houston gave us time to look while he stood back. No hovering. No pushing. He asked if we wanted to test drive so of course we did. With it being late, we didn't expect to drive the truck away that day. Houston didn't try and push us into buying right then and there. We came back the next day to run numbers and he gave us the information we needed and walked away to let US make the decision. He didn't stand there and tell us how great of a deal it was or repeateddly ask why we wouldn't walk away with the truck that day. He gave us time to converse and we came to him when we were ready. He made the process as easy as possible and offered every bit of help along the way. Houston is THE BEST salesman we have ever worked with, and we mean it. He will make his customers feel as comfortable as possible and let them do what they have to to make decisions. Hands down, downright, the best in the business right there.

What Service Center?

I can't even reach the service department to schedule service and recall work, I have tried repeatedly over the last week, dropped calls, on hold for ever, 2 voice messages left and I still haven't spoken with a REAL LIVE PERSON. I gave up and called the other Dodge dealer on the east side and they answered the phone on the first call and scheduled me for the work. Good grief I wish I knew how to get in contact with Jim Click Jr. and tell him about my experience..

recall

I have taken my Dodge in twice to fix the recall and each time they proceeded to do the free maintenance but said they did not have time to fix the recall. I hope it is not a serious recall.

Lack of concern

I called to set up an appointment for the purpose of a recall for passenger side I airbag inflator. I was on hold for a inordinate amount of time I.e 15 minutes. I hung up and tried again after an interval of 30 minutes. This time I was rolled over to a representative's voice mail. I never received a callback. I elected to go with a competitor of Click Dodge. I would never have them service either my Dodge Magnum or my Jeep Grand Cherokee. A total disastrous customer service experience. They ought to be totally embarrassed.

A/C problem on Dodge Caravan

My wife's 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan was blowing hot air. We took it to J,C. Dodge Service Mgr. Chris Sapp. He checked if our extended warranty covered the problem. Within 3 hours on a very busy friday, he was happy to report-problem fixed-No Charge! Chris treated us very well. A few months ago Chris fixed an engine oil leak on my 2009 Corvette. With a friendly smile-he took care of it-once again No Charge! Tell me, where does that happen anywhere in the auto dealership repair business! Obviously can I possibly say enough good things about Chris Sapp and the Jim Click Dodge organization ? Nada!

On November 29, 2016 myself and husband were looking to get a new vehicle. We went everywhere and nobody would help us out. Thanks to Chris Zazueta from Jim Click Dodge he's very respectful and willing to help out his customers!! He help us get into a 2017 Dodge Durango we're very happy with our Durango and happy with all his work he did for us!! I also would like to thank him for taking his time and putting his stuff to the side just to deliver our vehicle to us mind you we are 3 hours way!!! We could thank him enough we thought we would share with everybody!!! Thank you once again Chris!!:)

9 weeks for an oil leak

I took my 2014 Dodge ram eco-diesel in for a small oil leak. It took over nine weeks for them to finish the job. I dropped it off on the November 3, 2015 and was finally able to pick it up on January 8, 2016. They constantly use the excuse they had to order parts from the East Coast which is why it took so long. There original estimate was that I would have it before Christmas however they missed threaded a bolt into the cylinder block causing it to go past the new year, because they had to order a new one. They never call me to give you an update, I always had to be the person to call. They did give me a rental car for the time it was in the shop , instead of driving a truck I was driving a Chrysler 200 . Now that I have the vehicle back it has a funny smell like, they left parts or some open oil container inside the cab. I don't want to take it back to the dealership so I'm hoping that air freshener's will work. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to the service department.
