Different Advise from different person in same company

Calling for service, which you will not get in one call every time i have to call three to four time to get the service, literally i have to beg for the service, i feel like, Then why i need this kind of car. So i decided to with this car is different if they do not resolve this issue.

Consumate Professionals

I am a car nut and involve professionally with reviewing, evaluating and comparing automobiles. This means I know a lot about the vehicles and chose mine carefully. I specifically flew into Atlanta to buy my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio because of the professionalism shown in pricing and resolving my lease. They also had the exact vehicle due to their large inventory of Giulias. After all my dealings from every angle with car dealerships, Mr. Pigford's service and professionalism were a couple of deviations above normal. Knowing my knowledge of the car he diplomatically pointed out to me the areas that could be problematic and showed me the easiest ways to connect my phone and customize the multimedia. I don't think very many salespeople would take the time to insure that my wife and I were so comfortable and informed. He even warned me about the moveable front spoiler and speed bumps/railroad tracks. Although I knew of this feature, I had not thought about the possibility of expensive damage, but Arthur was thoughtful enough to warn me. He even went to service and tracked down the placement of an errant plastic nipple we found in the trunk, though I had told him it wasn't important. (It screwed into the liner of the trunk lid.) Luke made everything go very smoothly in the office, clearly laying out the options for extra protection and scratching out the ones that were pointless due to my distance. It was very satisfying to have all the paperwork and issues ironed out in advance with little trouble. (This was a corporate lease, in a separate state, being garaged in a third state.) Thanks guys!

Anniversary gift for my Wife

Upon our arrival to the parking lot, my wife was in total shock especially when she learned from Mr. Pigford that “her car” was being pulled around shortly. I just smiled as my heart felt Joy to see the happiness in her eyes and body, for her to know she was about to become an owner of a 2018 Maserati. Yes!! I have purchased several vehicles over the years and I’ve had an okay experience with most salesman but never had a salesman to be so courteous to develop a bond, relationship and friendship to ensure our purchasing experience was more than satisfactory. Mr. Arthur Pigford ensured that my wife and I concerns were his highest priority and needs met with finance. His consistent communication, weekly follow up and attention to detail allowed us to drive away in our 2018 Ghibli with no waiting or stress but with ease. We would highly recommend Mr. Arthur Pigford and the Jim Ellis dealership to anyone that would like the ultimate driving experience and customer service. Lastly, thanks to Luke in finance for his promptness with our paperwork and detail explaining all our options to make closing the deal a breeze. We absolutely love our 2018 Maserati Ghibli !

Worst service

I have own numerous luxury vehicles and Jim Ellis Maserati has delivered the ABSOLUTE worst service !!! Jim Ellis does not honor warranty agreements !!! Do not lease or purchase from this dealership !!!!! Every time you go to get vehicle service the dealership have new people so your not able to have a relationship with your service manager. The dealership never have loaners available and they constantly seem under staffed.

Impeccable!

I stopped by a couple of months ago just as a spur of a moment thing because my daughter had a tennis tournament in the area. I did not have a reservation. Just wanted to look at the new Levante SUV and also the Quattroporte. The staff at Jim Elllis Maserati were extremely accomodating on my behalf. Michael introduced himself to my daughter &. Even though he was busy he took time out to show me the cars I was interested in. Overall, we ended up purchasing a Quattroporte from Michael Cook at Jim Ellis Maserati. Another note: My husband & I have purchased 6 vehicles from Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover over the past 8 years. My husband wanted me to have another Range Rover HSE because its safety. The customer service has extremely gone down hill. It is very sad. So, in the end... It worked out great for me. I have the car that I love and the Customer Service at Jim Ellis Maserati won us over.

Jim Ellis dealerships are By far the best experience you will have. I have purchased several vehicles from several of the Jim ellis facilities and have always had a great experience this experience was no different. .... like that one time that Arthur Pigford and Luke Marcotte at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo Maserati of Atlanta not only got me in a 2018 for less than an Explorer, but did it 99.9% via email and had me in and out of the dealership within an hour ... ps they also offered to deliver it to me for free!! The customer service is far beyond stellar!!! GO see them today!! Tell them Chef Erica sent you!! As a single female buying 100% alone, I wouldn't suggest anyone else!

Unacceptable. Went to look at Stelvio. Could not test drive?

Live in Alpharetta and a former Jim Ellis Audi customer (for reference...I am local). Called their Maserati/Alfa Romeo store on Tuesday, November 21st. First spoke to receptionist Krista as no brand specialist was available. I was in Doraville for work purposes and wanted to come to their dealership in Chamblee to look at a new Stelvio -and- test drive. Explained that I had a free hour to do so at 1:00 PM. Krista was pleasant and understood that I wanted to make the most efficient use of my time. A half hour before my visit, I called to confirm and spoke to brand specialist, Arthur. Explained (again) that I wanted to come to their dealership, look at -and- test drive a new Stelvio at 1:00 PM. Arrived at dealership. Arthur was nowhere to be found. Spoke to Dick though and looked at two Stelvio's. Test drive was mentioned by me (again) but for whatever reason, I was ignored. Dick was pleasant and knowledgeable with regards to the brand. They have 140+ Stelvio's in stock! Confused by all of this and hesitant to go back.

My wife and I just had a great experience buying an Alfa from Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo; and while we found the dealership exemplary, what blew us away was the professionalism, personality and product knowledge of Arthur Pigford, the gentleman who facilitated the sale. I can honestly say that we couldn't recall a better car buying experience; that man is a pro in every sense of the word.

We went for a test drive of the new Alfa Stelvio SUV, Arthur was the person in charge of taking care of us, I can only say that this is by far the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle, highly recommended, he was knowledgeable, fast, friendky and extremely helpful trying to make an honest deal, we are extremely happy with the deal we made and the car drives beautifully, we highly recommend this dealer, thr Alfa Romeo brand and the Stelvio SUV.
