My problems are noted my Mr. Neil Mosely when I arrive. Technicians address the issues and the vehicle is returned to me repaired and ready to drive. Cleanliness after a repair means everything to me. Friendly staff and a willingness to address my repair needs.

the service department is awesome. The representatives are friendly, attentive listening to concerns that you have for your vehicle. GMC Arcadia Purchase

I’m a 63 year old male & I’ve bought many more vehicles than I know to count. I have bought vehicles for myself, my wife, my children, my mother & my sister, over many years. I average keeping a vehicle approximately 3 years so you can do the math. With that being said I have found this task more difficult with every year. That amount of time it takes after you arrive at the dealership this day & time is at least 3-5 hours. The really sad part of this is I had the financial part of the deal done before ever going to the dealership. The amount of paper work is totally out of hand. If you read everything you sign you couldn’t complete the purchase in in single day. You need a law degree to understand the language in the documents. With that being said, this vehicle purchase was my second in less than 12 month from Jim Hudson. They have been the most competitive on these purchases. I’ve driven 2+ hours, one way, to buy from them. My savings have been as little as $2,000 & as much as $6,000 compared to the next best deal I was able to negotiate. Both vehicle purchases have been new vehicle & involved tradeins. So if your looking for a competitive dealership you should give them a try. They will make you work for a competitive price but at least if you do your homework they will work with you. Good Luck!
