2016 Lancer

MJ was absolutely spectacular to deal with from a Sales perspective. Although newer to the customer facing sales world, she performed like a pro. The Credit and Financing team did a quick and tremendous job despite having numerous final negotiations closing at once. The rating would be 5-star if i didn't have to wait an extended period of time for my fueling and wash, I understand it was backed up a little, but the time was excessive. I will through my recomendations towrd this dealership in the future.

Above and Beyond Customer Service!

My wife and I bought a used vehicle back in March that, through no fault of the dealership, had many problems. The GM and service departments at the Uniontown office worked tirelessly to correct the problem for a month. When it was apparent that we would simply need a new vehicle, they gave us a vehicle actually better than the one we had budgeted, or could honestly afford, as a straight up trade. This was huge for our young family, who is going through a tough time. I cant speak enough to the great customer service we received from the top on down. Thanks again, Jim Shorkey, for being the only dealership I currently trust!

1st Oil Change

This was my first trip there since purchasing my Outlander Sport. Very fast service. Only waited about 25 mins and they did the point inspection, topped my washer fluid and coolant, they washed my vehicle for me. Was on my way. Very pleased with the service department.

MITSU REVIEW

Service is good & fast, listening to customer needs is very good . However, more seating is needed in the waiting area in the Mitsubishi service area for the customers to wait for their services on their vehicle(s) . I personally had to go to a nearby office a drag a chair back to the waiting area to wait for both of my cars to be done for service . Snack of popcorn was very stale and not fresh made . The cleanup people who wash cars and get them ready for delivery to a customer or vehicle brought in for detail job, CANNOT clean inside and outside windows properly, or vaccumme properly. Found change and dirt underneath my seat from a detail job that was to been done properly last week. Not properly vaccumed . Windshield had streaks all over it . While I will recommend someone to come buy a car from the dealership, I will recommend the customer bring their car home and clean it themselves to get it done right.

Great Place to Buy and Service

This dealership is not your normal dealership, they make you feel like part of the Shorkey Family. We have owned our Mitsubishi for almost three years and have had excellent service every time. My son also has a mitsubishi and his experience is the same as ours. It's awesome to go to the dealer and feel comfortable and confident you are being taken care of and not ripped off!!

I was interested in a AWD SUV with the third row seating, so I did research from home and seen that Shorkey's was only 10 miles away. I stop by and looked at the Kia Sorentos and Mitsubishi Outlanders. The salesmen (some 20 year old kid) didn't seem to know much about either of the vehicles. After test driving an Outlander we went back and looked over some numbers. I had a trade in (06 Chrysler Town and Country minivan) that ran fine but needed some work. They offered $200 for it. I lmao and told them I would just keep it and sell it myself. So next we tried to work a deal with out it in it. They advertised the Outlander online for $22800. They wouldn't give me this price. After a few hours of waiting and going back and forth, I let them know where I was on the car and left. They called me a few days later and wanted to go over the price and rates. So I called back two days in a row and left messages and no one would return my calls. The following Monday I decided to stop by and asked for the GM that called me and he wasn't there. They passed me on to a sales manager that had no idea what was going on. So after waiting a few more hours and gone back and forth, we worked out a deal. I called my fiance and she was ecstatic!!! While she was on her way and they were finishing paper work, they told me they needed the keys to my van. I asked why and they said "its part of the trade." I argued with the sales manager and ran into the kid I dealt with the first time. He agreed that I had no intention on trading in the van and that it wasn't anyone on the paper. Even after all this they still wouldn't give me the deal we agreed on. They wouldn't let me talk to anyone higher than them or the Gm. The one salemanger left me there so he could go talk to another customer, while the kid kept arguing with me and backing off his statement. I left frustrated and furiated while my fiance was heart broken. I have never been treated so bad! Myself being a customer service rep before, couldn't believe the way they treated me. I have bought 8 different cars in my life and this is by far the worst experience I ever had!!! The next day I went to the South Park Mitsubishi delaership and had a totally different experience. They gave me a lot of information about the vehicle that wasn't on the sticker and things I didn't know. They matched the price of the other dealership and gave me good value for my van. They worked with me on my credit, price, and treated me with respect. Within a hour we had a deal. They were so much easier to deal with and upfront about everything. I spent less time on the whole process including the drive than at Shorky's. Its a 20 more drive from where I live, but definitely worth the drive. I wouldn't recommend Shorky's to one my enemies (if I had one). Don't make the mistake I made, save yourself a headache and just go to South Park Mitsubishi.
