Garbage Employees

Shady people. Agreed to price of car with salesman. Went into financing office and I believed I was paying the original 8,600 for the car and began talking about the rate they could give me. The guy started at 60 month $287. Dude is out his xxxx mind. And then he all of a sudden is calling favors and all this nonsence, he lowers it to something more reasonable and I agree. But turns what he did was price the car at 9300 not the 8600, I caught it too late. And now this lying thief took my money. Villatoro or whatever his name is and his ugly pig of a girlfriend. Then they dont even wash the car good, dont bother filling me up with a full tank of gas. And that villatoro thief doesn't bother to put me for the biweekly payments like I asked. Be careful with this shady people, they smile to your face but reach around and steal your wallet. Just don't do it, find yourself an honest dealership instead.

It's not John Eagle but the Texas DMV !

Our purchase and continuing service was great . BUT , they apparently sold my phone number . For the last 14 months I have received well over 200 calls from the Honda warranty people about a warranty program , which I don't have. Some times is a live person , other times its a roto call . Coming from all over the country . and international . I have call three or four times to John Eagle dealership . One time I talked to a service manager and he said he would look into it . Nothing was changed . Since then no one ever returned my calls ! I have just received a call form the dealership ... They do not sell information . Apparently , the DMV releases it .........

Best car salesman EVER!!

Owned Chevys since 1978, had many issues with the last two, heard Honda’s were best. Went to JE, met Arvin. He is the best I’ve ever dealt with. So patient, honest, calm, and kind. It took me over an hour to decide between Accord and Pilot. I never felt rushed. He is an angel! I can not recommend a better car salesman. Ask for ARVIN. LEFT AFTER 10pm with the Accord. Love it and love Arvin Also tater in finance was wonderful, too. Just as patient.

Refreshing Service!!

I am a new Honda owner as of the last year, I came from being in a Ford car for the last several years, and never had good experiences with Ford in any capacity from Customer Service, to parts dept, etc. I purchased a used Civic Coupe last year and have come to John Eagle for a few parts I have needed, and the service team has always been quick to help me and friendly with their interactions. Earlier this week I called to confirm that you guys had a brake light in stock, I needed to replace mine before getting my car inspected. As the standard I have come to expect at John Eagle, when I went to the Parts department, I was greeted with a friendly smile and quick help securing a new light bulb. When I called earlier in the day I was also offered the ability to schedule my state inspection for later in the afternoon the same day, it was perfect timing for me. I arrived early to my appointment and was greeted by a sweet woman who took my information and my key and offered me a place to wait that was clean and quiet. I did not realize that I had an outdated Insurance card in my car that I offered to the lady behind the counter. She came out to the waiting area a few minutes later to let me know that my card was expired, but she came with a solution - SKILLS!!!! She handed me her card and told me that I could call my insurance company and they could email her immediately, a new copy. Girlfriend didn't miss a BEAT. I was able to call my agent, and immediately have a card over to Honda and was able to continue on without a hitch. The service team offered me a complimentary wash and vacuum of my car after the inspection, which was also knocking another errand off my list of things to do after work. I can not thank you guys enough for being intentional and exceptional with your service. I am extremely happy to be with Honda and am so very appreciative to know that I have a dealership that I can go to and know that I will get the help that I need in a quick and efficient manner. Hidden "addons" or "markups" and smart mouth employee

This dealership tries to make additional revenue off of you by either charging a "dealer markup," or by charging over $2000 in "dealer installed options." But they do not bother to explain what those options could possibly be. They emailed me and asked if I was interested in the car. I said yes but only at msrp. Dwain Davis then responded with "I'll sell it for msrp plus the dealer installed options, which total $2,142." When I mentioned to Dwain Davis what their local competition is selling the car for, instead of just leaving it at that, he decided to email back with a smart remark of "great..." And then also emailed back with "we will be just fine, as I'm sure you will." Honestly have no idea what this guy is talking about. But hopefully management reads these reviews. I highly recommend you reconsider who you employee at your internet management position. This position is your first contact with a potential customer. It doesn't look well for your dealership when you put someone like this guy into that kind of position. Also, if you are deciding to charge someone over $2000 for "dealer addons," you might want to tell them what it is.

Great experience!

We live in Oklahoma and were visiting relatives in Dallas for Thanksgiving. Initially we were greeted by Arvin, who very kindly came to assist us even though he was with another client at the moment and then introduced us to DP, who was very kind to the whole family, including my children. DP was very patient even when my kids were crying because we were leaving our old car! At the end, both Arvin and DP helped us transfer our belongings from our old car into the new one, answering all our questions. Next day we returned to make an extra key for our vehicle and even though it was close to closing time, Danny Grimaldi and DP helped us through the process. Especial kudos to Danny because in the past he has been very honest and helpful. When our keys to our vehicles stopped working, we went to our local dealer in Oklahoma City and they were trying to makes us pay $85 for each key. While visiting relatives in Dallas and went to the John Eagle Honda of Dallas, Danny told us that no new key was necessary and we only needed to replace the battery! He even let us pet his amazing dog Lady Liberty!

Buying Made Easy

I purchased a new Honda accord from this dealership on 8/28/18, and it was one of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I've made. The salesman, Mark Shipman, was professional and friendly. The purchase price was fair and the entire process took less than 3 hours to complete. Fast and efficient

Bait and Switch on payments...

Purchased vehicle. Delivered Car and Signed Agreement/terms and now they want to higher the payment and interest rate post delivery. I refused to alter the already written terms. Now they texted my cell: "we are reporting it stolen, get ready for the police." Really??? SMH....I wonder what the OCCC will think about them not honoring their agreements and then threatening law enforcement on me because I wont go up in payment and rate!!

Awesome Team! DP is Great!

We had been looking at a bunch of vehicles DP was the first salesman that wasn't pushy or overbearing. He was super friendly, very sincere and a pleasure to work with. I've dealt with probably 20 different car dealers in the last 3 years and he's the first salesman I would rate a 10. He went out of his way to find out specific details and check on very minor details before we made a 2 1/2 drive to look at the car. It was also nice to see very open and transparent pricing. Nate also came over and thanked my wife and I for our military service. Tariq was great and super knowledgable as well as friendly. The whole team made us feel special and the whole experience was a pleasure.
