Harassing Emails

Best Experience ever in car dealership

The sales experience was good, but...

Rudy and Abel handled the sales part pretty well. Waiting for the documents to be signed was rediculous. Literally took 2 hrs waiting around to get them ready. I'd like to see that greatly improved. The after sale experience was quite frankly not good. I had to initiate the calls to find out the status of my key that was being made to pick up the car. It was always 'It'll be ready tomorrow' with another reason why it wasn't ready. Being proactive is not their strong suit. Travis in Service was great. He was on top of things. In the end, they made it right and I appreciate that. Thanks

Long wait

When we dropped vehicle off, they said it should take a couple of hours- then 6hrs later it still wasn't done so we went over & had to wait another hour but they still didn't complete work & wanted us to come back another day/ schedule another appt. To us it doesn't matter what the issue is (squeaky noise, spongy sound, etc.), if good customer service the company should at least offer a Rental Car since it is an inconvenience for us to come back another day when the issue should have been resolved esp since the car was there All Day.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Buying a Sorento

Received KIA recall notice. Called John L. Sullivan dealership for fixing of recall issue. Part ordered and appointment scheduled and completed in an efficient and timely fashion. Jeff Poniatowski, service consultant, called me that my vehicle recall was completed and car was ready for pick-up. Smooth service.

The experience I've had was just that, fantastic! Owen customer service was absolutely good. He was kind, patient and a man of his word. Awesome young man, keep up the good work Owen! And Ken and Nick I don't know where to start with them. From day 1 they have been nothing but professional caring customer service men. They really care about their customers and has always made me feel important as a customer. I would come in with a smile and always left with a smile. These men need to be rewarded or compensated for the hard work they do to make sure customers like me are happy and satisfied. And last but not least. Abel thank you very very much!! You were that man that made it happen. You were right, they don't call you Abel for nothing! Thank you for fighting for us. Someone give this man a bonus, raise please. Thank John L Sullivan!

2/12 hr job turned into a week and half

Took my car in for a second recall , long story short I had them also fix a bearing , which they ended up messing up axel . Communication was horrible . Ubered my daughter to school which costed me 100 for the days my car was gone . Gave me a rental finally. At the end they couldn’t even wash my car like other service places. Last time I got an oil change for a recall. Then to compensate me . They took off maybe half what I spent on Uber and had to show proof like I was lying . Then acted like they did me a favor by giving me a rental . Smh. I should of got one out the door or first day.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Ac went out

Problem not fixed completely

My driver seat was broken. It was wobbly and the handle to raise and lower the seat wasn't working. I was told it was fixed. Yes, it is fixed in a fixed position. I can no longer raise or lower it. I didn't discover this until a few weeks later when I went to raise it. I sent an email to the service department and haven't heard from them. I have always been very satisfied with my service at Roseville KIA. It is difficult to schedule service with my work hours so I don't know when I can reschedule for it to be fixed properly. Very disappointed for the first time.

Tire pressure warning at normal inflation

Travis was my rep. Super helpful, covered all my questions. Turns out I needed to over inflate tires due to my altitude. They also updated my service history as I purchased my my Kia Soul from a previous owner. My only purchase was windshield wipers for under 30 dollars.

Fast and friendly
