We had an overall good experience at John Paul's with purchasing our new 2018 GMC Terrain with Robert Stefan. He was very friendly and made you feel comfortable ( not a pushy person) which we really appreciated.

This is my 2nd time leasing from John Paul. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. Dealing with Dick Kaul is an easy and stress free experience. He knows his product and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. Upgrading to a 2018 was a great decision and I have the color vehicle I've always wanted. The only thing I couldn't figure out and probably lost out on is the $100 in accessories for my vehicle. Other than that, all was great!

Great Experience

Due to a crash, I needed to purchase an auto quickly at a price I felt comfortable with. I bought my previous Encore from salesman, Luis Herrera just 8 months ago. He treated me so well that when I needed to replace that car, I immediately thought about going to Luis. He was going on vacation so he recommended Chuck Block. Chuck, along with his manager, Randy Zimmerman, found me an auto 180 miles from the dealership and provided me with what I believed to be a good price. Chuck asked what I wanted and got it for me without trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. Was pretty much a one day effort to get an agreement and three days to get it on the lot ready to go. When I came to pick it up, it was shiny clean, had a full tank of gas, and in minutes my garage door opener was programed into the car, On Star was transferred over, and a surprise to me ......Chuck had my phone calls come booming loud and clear into the car. Wow! And to boot I got two free oil changes. Couple days later, Luis is back at work and calls me and thanks me for my business. I must stay the Ed in the Body Shop handled my old wreck car also with great care. Gave me all the time I needed in asking questions and explaining how this procedure works. I have always thought the service department was the best!!! No, none of these guys are my personal friends or relatives......I am just saying that this dealership has great personnel who really take care of Bill Lassow

Satisfying Experience

From the first, Lisa was very helpful and explained and answered all my questions. My financial advisor recommended John Paul's Buick. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the Buick Encore I wanted and explained in clear detail all the accessories and said I could contact her at any time I had further questions.

The correct move!

Quick and easy

Robert showed the vehicle and got the deal right. Robert then was able to have the vehicle ready the next morning and Dave was able to take care of the financing quickly. I really appreciated the fact that I was not sitting around the dealership. Again, quick and easy.

Great customer service

Left vm w/Service Department explaining situation w/my vehicle. I received a return call from Carol w/in 15 minutes. (Before Carol returned my call, she spoke w/Service Advisor, Solomon Bunn about the vm I left). Carol advised me to bring my car in, but could not guarantee it would be fixed that day depending the outcome of the diagnosis. I asked if a rental was available just in case. She confirned w/Solomon, and yes, one was available if need be. Arrived at the service area. Solomon wrote up my service ticket, showed me where the service waiting area was and told me he'll give me an update once received from the technician. Within a short period of time, Solomon explained the diagnosis (replacement part needed wasn't available), the technician was able to temporarly fix my car so I was able to get home to Oshkosh. (I was given the information w/part number for me to get fixed once I returned home). Carol went above and beyond the call of duty before and after she returned my call. Solomon Bunn also went above and beyond the call of duty for his service and compassion. I'm forever grateful for the customer care I received in the service department at John Paul. Sheila S. Regal/encore great

We are totally happy with this dealership. Our experience was great. Booth Lisa and the sales manager were great to deal with and their service department has always done a great job and the whole dealership is concerned for the customer and their needs. We will be back starting around December to decide on either a new lease or the purchase of the Regal, whichever is the best deal. Sol in the service is always friendly and willing to do everything to ensure that the customer is satisfied. A great experience always.

Was happy at first...

Our experience started off as a good one when we went to test drive our vehicle. We were happy with our salesperson, however, when I pointed out something needed to be fixed (the passenger side air bag) PRIOR to pick up 2 days later, it was not taken care of, nor were parts ordered. This turned into a whirlwind and nightmare, and I ended up being without my car for almost 2 weeks. The voice command system was not working, nor the garage code configuration on top of it. The part that was needed for the airbag was missing from the first order, and then I had to wait another week for the part to come in. While Lisa was generous in making a rental car work for those almost 2 weeks at no cost to us (thank you again), it was a hassle and not ideal for our overall situation. On the night of pick up we reviewed the certified checklist and noticed it was not fully completed. Some areas were marked as not checked at all (engine compartments) and some areas were marked as needing service, but did not have the "service complete" checked. When taken to the manager, he just checked it off, but we were told he looked it up in the computer. My husband could see into his office, and he did not see the manager on the computer at all. When our missing part was not in the original order that first week, I wish that it would have been expedited given that this was an issue pointed out PRIOR to our picking up the vehicle. Honestly, the part should have been ordered the day after I pointed it out, and our pick up/delivery should have been changed to accommodate not picking it up until it was fully ready. This would have saved me and my husband a lot of stress and driving back and forth.

I used car gurus to determine that I wanted a Chevy Traverse LTZ and to find the best value. I liked the car color and price of this one at John Paul’s. I made an appointment and was met at the door. The car was ready for a test drive. I met with the Sales Manager and he showed me how this vehicle compared to others nation wide. I am convinced that this was the best deal. Lisa then showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. Lisa answered all my guestions and we then sat down to finalize the purchase. I was hoping to get a little more for my car but it was fair. I drove it home and my wife and I really like it. It will make traveling with four people very comfortable. .
