We had a fairly good experience with K&G cars within the last couple weeks. The owner was very cut and dry, not willing to negotiate much, but the salesman we dealt with was very kind and more than willing to help us in any way possible. The process was painless and decently quick. The day I picked up my car the salesman saw one smudge on my windshield and jumped right in to make sure it was perfectly clean. Very friendly staff. I'd recommend this dealership.

I was initially excited to purchase a car at K&G as my old car had been stolen a month prior. My almost perfect transition into purchasing a new car quickly turned to a headache. When I informed the dealer when I was coming back to make my down payment and take the car home, my car was not ready. Strike 1. He knew I was coming to pick up the car on a Thursday and failed to have everything ready for me. I still paid my down payment and was given a rental to use until that Saturday, which was when I was told my car was going to be ready. Fast forward to Saturday, I was elated that my car was ready. I was excited to be back on the road as I had been depending on my husband, sister in law and family for transportation since my car was stolen. Everything was perfect that Saturday. Less than 24 hours later, as I am driving home from my mother in law's house, the car shuts off on me in the middle of the highway. Scariest thing to experience. I was able to carefully make it back home but the car began to make different sounds and every light on the dash was on. When we initially contacted the dealer, he was not responsive. My husband was upset and wanted the car towed back to K&G. When the tow truck arrived to our place to bring the car back, the car failed to come on at all and we were forced to push the car onto the bed on the tow truck. When the dealer did get back to us, he had assured that work had been done on the car prior to my purchase but failed to provide a Carfax. He refused to give me my money back. He was apologetic and informed me that he would bring it to the Infiniti dealer to have it checked out. After the car was "checked out" at the Infiniti dealership, there were no reports about issues with the car. The car was fine at first, but the service light on the dash remains on. It's been about three weeks since this incident and I have not been contacted by the dealer in regards to following up on how the car had been working for me. It is quite unfortunate that my business interaction with K&G was not a positive one. I do not see myself nor will I recommend anyone to do business with K&G in the future. I hope that reviews such as this one will find its way back to K&G and be used to ensure they have positive customer satisfaction for future business.

My hubby and I each bought a car from the guys at K and G this year, and we are beyond happy with our purchases. They are amazing mechanics and always greet us with a warm smile. When I put bad gas in my car from a gas station that will remain nameless, the guys at K and G drove all the way to my home (a 1/2 hr drive), picked up my car, and had it completely fixed within two days!! I recommend K and G to all my friends.
