A huge thank you to Dan Serritella for helping us find the perfect car! We told him roughly what we were looking for and he actually took the time to listen (unlike the last 2 dealers we went to). He gave us a few options and was more than fair with what he gave us for our trade in. He explained every step of the process to us so we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. It was refreshing to work with someone with years if experience that actually cares. We'll be back to see Dan for out next one and will be sending anyone we know to see him too. Do yourself a favor and ask for him when you visit. You can thank me later :)

Waste of time

I had the worst experience trying to buy a used car. I was told that they were paying off my trade in and my payments were a certain amount. I went to sign the contract after another 30 minute wait and the numbers were wrong. They were not paying off my trade and my payments were higher than I was told. The finance manager told me I was still getting a deal, they dropped the price of the car. No they didn't I was still paying the internet posted price. Wayne the salesman was no where to be found to question all the issues. Thankfully, I left without a car. I did email the owner and general manager about my issues and no one has returned my emails. I don't expect to hear from anyone.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Avoid this den of thieves

Tops down the worst 90 minutes of my life. This crew tries to confuse and bewilder the simplest of transactions. They double speak, make no commitments in writing, and leave you hungry to get the H*ll out of their. Recommend Tom O'Brien. Horrible experience.... Avoid!

Oil change gone wrong

Took my 2 year old Jeep in to get oil change. Since last time was such a horrible experience. Turns out this time was worse than last.. They tried to tell me my rear brake pads were worn down to the rotors... Wanted to charge me 435 and another hundred and something for fuel cleaner... None was needed on my new jeep that only has 40,000 miles... Biggest scam ever..

Service Can't fix a problem without leaving another!!!

!!! Warning!!! I recently took my Jeep here due to a driveability issue. They diagnosed it with one thing that lead to another which eventually took 2+ weeks and $2000 + dollars to have it running again. That wasn't it though. After sliding under my Jeep the night I brought It home they had left bolts that attach the transmission to the engine out, It was also leaking from a place it wasn't and had never been before. After giving It back to them I showed up to pick the Jeep up again only to find another issue that wasn't there before. I was told that it needed to be driven for the code to reset and the light would go away. My light has now progressed from just a notification on the odometer to a check engine light. Save yourself time, trouble, and $, and take your vehicles to true mechanics. You would think that a dealership would have the ability to service the brand of cars they sell? Not this one.

Auto Fraud (Bait & Switch tactics;Cancel Purchase Agreement)

I believe that Kahlo Dealership is guilty of AUTO FRAUD because they lied to me about Canceling a Purchase Agreement. They have failed to refund me back my down payment paid to them for the purchased vehicle that they canceled the purchase agreement on or compensate me for the inconvenience and lack of transportation problems that repossessing this vehicle has caused me personally. I believe that Kahlo Dealership practiced AUTO FRAUD (Bait and Switch tactics) because the minivan that I bought was advertised online to have a leather interior and an entertainment system, but didn’t. Kahlo Dealership tried to sell me, had me financed and approved for a 2010 Silver Chrysler Town & Country with approx. 82,000 miles, advertised for approximately $10, 000 which I wasn’t interested in. When I complained about their false advertisement regarding the 2012 Silver Chrysler Town & Country minivan that I purchased, they installed an entertainment system in the minivan at no cost. Due to Exeter Finance Corp. requiring a 2 yr. service contract/extended warranty, instead of a 1 yr. service contract/extended warranty that I ask for due to the brakes needing to be repaired twice on this minivan, Kahlo Dealership Finance Manager canceled the purchase agreement or contract with Exeter Finance Co. without notifying or consulting me, verbally or in writing regarding the above issue with financing the service contract/extended warranty. I believe that Kahlo Dealership and Exeter Finance Co. violated my rights and the law by NOT canceling or notifying me in writing of their desire to cancel our purchase agreement within 14 days/2 weeks after my having signed the contract. Do yourself, family and friends a favor and tell them to stay away from this dealership.

Beware!!

Beware of this dealership! I have never had such horrible customer service in my life! Even worse, they cannot effectively fix your vehicle. My Jeep is just a few years old and has been there multiple times over the last six months due to their inability to fix it correctly. The transmission has been rebuilt TWICE since July, three attempts to fix a simple factory recall, the list goes on. I picked my vehicle up today to find the navigation system/ radio broken. The manager basically told me too bad, it wasn't his problem that his Technician damaged it. So now I am stuck with pursuing legal action to get them to take responsibility for the damage and do the right thing! These people are HORRIBLE to deal with and will certainly not get your vehicle fixed correctly, all while providing terrible customer service!
